Very disappointed with this company. They cancelled my appointment at the last minute with no proper explanation or attempt to accommodate me. It felt unprofessional and like they don’t value their customers’ time. Arranged a site visit over three weeks ago for todayu and they did not turn up - when I called to find out why -they claimed to have sent me an email after 5pm on Friday - Reason for cancelling? they are too busy.
Aftercare service is not very forthcoming, as we developed a leak and it was just over the 12 month warranty on the internal plumbing. The engineer did come to fix the problem as a gesture of goodwill admitted poor workmanship on installation. They won't acknowledge liability on damage kitchen unit. Hence the Google review. As they now think as the've fixed the plumbing problem that's the end of the matter and we're left with a water damaged sink unit which we now cannot use to its full useage.
Mick and Logan turned up on time, were courteous and polite the entire time they were here. They listened to my concerns and carried out their work without any fuss. The leak was located and fixed and the garden returned back to its original condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Excellent all round. Clare
I was charged an extortionate price for a leak repair with vat,£570 for a repair,I approached a local company after I felt I was ripped off and found a great guy who seemed very genuine and was half the price of this company, avoid at all costs
Recommend them all the time when works need to be completed underground on the mains and always hear positive things about the work!
Second time of using.Fantastic service from start to finish on both occasions. Office staff brilliant and the tenant reports the lads on site were spot on....clean, tidy and polite. Had a report of a leak a few weeks later the tenant assumed was to do with the work carried out. Hamblin sent their plumber out same day. Turned out to be un-related. I tried to pay and Kevin, one of the directors, said no charge. 100% satisfaction, thoroughly recommend and will use again.... obviously! Simon Allder Allder Glass
