I want to commend the service I received from JT Plumbing and Heating Ltd, Walton on Thames. On 12/08/2026 their plumbing engineer Mr B Dooley came to replace my old and well worn kitchen tap with a new version and ditto our outside tap. The kitchen work was challenging due to past water leaks but Mr Dooley delivered an excellent result with impressive skill and efficiency. JT Heating repaired my leaking toilet cistern extremely efficiently. They arrived very quickly and it was not an easy job for various reasons. Placed a query on Checkatrade last night at 21:22 and received a reply from JT Plumbing & Heating at 21:30. They came the next morning and replaced the cistern filler in about 10 minutes. All in all I couldn’t ask for better service. Will certainly contact them directly next time.

Jake and Billy of JT Heating & Plumbing are a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable team. We had a new boiler fitted, Hive control installed and all our radiators changed in July this year on a very competitive quote. Jake gives great advice and is thorough in assessing a job. He and his team worked really hard and got everything done in a day. Couldn't fault anything.

Called out to deal with a leak in a flat, was out within 3 hours, communicated with the tenant and kept me fully appraised on repairs. Costs were very reasonable.

My toilet was completely blocked and plunging didn't help at all in fact made it worse leaking everywhere. Anyhow I found it was the Stack Pipe that was blocked, I called my plumber and he said he could not see to that too big a job for him. As I always try to use local tradespeople I called several plumbers - none were interested, so wondering what to do as a last resort I looked on Google Maps and found JT Plumbing and Heating who is literally just around the corner from me. How please I am that I found them, Jake came round the next day to look at the job and said the stack pipe needs replacing and he can do that, so I said might as well have a new toilet bowl while you are at it, Next day he arrived with toilet and stack pipe completing a very satisfactory job in around 4 hours and cleaning up when he finished, at a price I very much doubt anybody would match. I will certainly be using JT Plumbing and Heating for all my plumbing and boiler work in the future and would recommend anybody to give them a try, I think they would be pleasantly surprised.

Fast, efficient, great at communication. Sorted our heating on the same day when all other 'emergency plumbers' werent available for several days. Billy explained the problem clearly and solved it quickly. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I needed a leak repaired but couldn't tell where the leak was coming from... I also wanted a tap replaced... turns out the tap was the leak!! Jake and his team swooped in, assessed the issue, helped me select a tap (& then bought and collected the tap for me) - before they returned and installed it. I have used JT plumbing and heating on 4 separate occasions now and will always call them first. Every occasion has been impressive. They know their stuff and I trust them not to gouge me. What more could you want? On the most recent occasion Billy was on site within an hour, did his best to resolve a tough blockage (which I knew might be the case) but he recommended a specialist drain rodding company and then didn’t even charge for the time spent. I would have been happy to pay, but this is service at its best.

I had a great experience with this company. They’re very nice and get straight to work. Will quote you a fixed rate so there’s no worries about them running the clock. They were the ONLY plumber in the area to do that, and the only plumber to know exactly what my issue was. Highly recommend for a quality plumber. They’ve found a customer for life!

I can't recommend them highly enough. Whilst several other plumbers dismissed my boiler as needing replacing (something I could not afford) Jake worked tirelessly to try and save it and succeeded. He never incurred a cost without discussing it with me and talked me through the issues and options at every turn. Billy went back and forth to the plumbing supplier to get the parts needed as he found parts that needed replacing. I purchase a new range and needed a plumber to disconnect my old cooker and install the new one. Jake was very good and did a great job moving/altering the gas pipes to make the new oven fit. I also had a blocked soil stack and Jake got it all flushed and cleared in no time. I would highly recommend and happily would use again when needed.
