CW PIPEWISE have been outstanding from start to finish. They attended our site on two occasions to repair underground pipe leaks using electrofusion welds, and their professionalism really stood out. Great work by Charly and the team. I had an underground leak in my front garden and Charly came round quickly for a site survey. They were then very patient while I sorted out the insurance. As soon as I accepted their quote (which was half the cost of the insurer-appointed contractor to do the exact same job), they booked me in and got it sorted. Super professional and got the job done! We’d been dealing with low water pressure in our house since July and tried a few different plumbers, but no one could figure it out. Spent a lot of money over five months with no results. Finally called CW pipewise as a last hope, and I’m so glad I did. Replaced my lead water main and moved stopcock with professionalism, speed and cleanliness. The team moled under the driveway and you can’t tell they’ve lifted any bricks or caused any disturbance. They made what I considered a really troublesome job in to something simple and very reasonably priced considering the tools they use and the effort they put in. Could not recommend enough.

Just before Christmas, Thames Water hit us with a massive water bill out of the blue. Concerned, I called them to request a thorough check by an engineer. Unfortunately, the engineer who came over did nothing meaningful and simply reported that everything was fine, leaving us to deal with the issue on our own. He quickly arranged for someone from his team to visit us at 7:30 AM. True to their word, the team arrived right on time, conducted an incredibly thorough inspection, and confirmed there were no leaks or faults. They also provided a detailed report for me to present to Thames Water for further review. What stood out the most was their professionalism and empathy. Despite all the work they did, they didn’t charge me anything, understanding the stress I was already under due to the hefty bill. This was particularly impressive given that other companies were quoting steep fees just for a callout. We were advised by our Water Supplier that there was a significant water leak at our premises. The leak was underground with no evidence of it on the surface or in the property. I contacted CW Pipewise, who were on the Watersafe Approved Plumbers list. Charly visited and explained the work that they could do to replace the main supply to the house with a new pipe. Having envisaged a major trenching project through the house he explained how they could use a moling system to lay the new pipe and connect the new supply around the outside of the house. The work was completed in one day and the site left in a good condition which, considering the dreadful weather on the day, was quite an achievement. The price I also considered to be very reasonable for the work carried out. The staff were all polite, cheerful and able to assist with all our questions. I would have no reservations at all about recommending this company.

Unfortunately, the leak detection company I had attend before Charly were incorrect in their findings, luckily, Charly and his team continued to investigate was able to source another leak detection specialist who attended and pinpointed exactly where the leak was. Charly and his team attended the very next day and by 3pm (on a weekend) the leak was found, pipe replaced, hole filled and kitchen units back into place! Property management isn't an easy task and leaks can be some of the worst issues I come across. I would not hesitate to use Charly @ CW Pipewise in the future, quick turnaround, left site clean and tidy and really went above and beyond to end this nightmare for me - not to mention saving us £thousands on the water bill. I was advised by our water company that the meter was indicating a leak on my property. As the water company couldn't attend for 6 weeks and I was moving house I rang Charly at CW Pipewise. Charly was brilliant and arranged to attend the next day (a bank holiday.) He and his team were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and motivated. With the minimum amount of disruption Charly ascertained there was no leak and that there was no further work needed despite the fact it would mean a financial loss to him. So rare these days to find someone who is doing what is best for you and not the other way round. I rarely leave reviews but given my experience with this company I couldn't not. I contacted cw pipewise when finding them on the water safe site due to have a lead supply feeding my property, the pressure and flow rate was very poor as it had been in the property from when it was build, Charly and his team provided me with a fantastic quote and carried out the works to such a professional standard. After a botch job done by our insurance company, I reached out to Charly after being recommended by Thames Water. He has been brilliant from start to finish. His team (specifically Sam) were polite, professional and took the time to help me understand underground pipe work that needed to be completed. We had to take up part of the driveway and flower beds, to lay rainwater piping and fix 3 gullies. The team left the site tidy (which is hard to do considering a mini digger was needed!) and I would definitely trust Charly and the team for future work! They respected the site, took the time to show me as pipes were laid and completed the work super quickly! We look forward to working with them again.. hopefully next time for something less urgent!

Got in touch with Charly to replace a mains water pipe to our Victorian house. Getting a quote was a really fast and smooth process and we got the work booked in. Charly and Danny arrived on time, got the work done to a really high standard and ahead of schedule, and left the site looking exactly as it was before. Would absolutely recommend (10/10) The supply pipe connecting water mains to our property had burst and we had essentially no water coming into the flat. Charly picked up the phone straight away and came round to look at the problem the same day. Even though it was January and busy season for burst pipes, he reorganized his schedule to prioritise our issue and came within a week (all other companies were quoting a 2-3 week wait). He and his colleagues arrived bang on time at 08:00 on a Saturday, got about 30 metres of pipe replaced within a day, left the property tidier than when they arrived, and the water pressure is even better than before. Charly Wild and his assistant Dan replaced our old leaky copper water supply pipe with a 25 mm MDPE pipe. They used the moling technique that avoided digging a trench. Once they detected the problem and realised the urgency, they prioritised the work and came on Sunday to do the work. The main work was completed efficiently within a day. CW Pipewise located the leak under my home suspended flooring, and identified that the outside pipes that I am responsible for were lead, and very corroded. It was well worth replacing the pipes with a new bigger (25mm) pipe from internal to external stop cocks.
