One reviewer reports a long-term leak from the hot water tank installed by Lough Shore Plumbing and Electrical Ltd in a new build at Moor Park, which they say has leaked into floorboards and caused black mould; they also say the tank's warranty does not apply in Ireland and that both the builder and Lough Shore Plumbing and Electrical Ltd were not interested when contacted. Another reviewer says the company finished their house to a T and sorted any problems very promptly. A further reviewer describes the team as highly professional, with exceptional attention to detail, and friendly, hardworking and punctual.
Bought a new build from western building systems, loughshore did all plumbing installation (Moor Park) seems like we have had a long term leak from installation on the hot water tank which has leaked into the floor boards which has now got black mold. The tank has a 25 year warranty which doesn't apply to Ireland haha. Contacted both western building systems and Loughshore plumbing ...both not interested
