I phoned Sharon at approximately 1pm and explained my problem. I was told she would try to get a plumber to me at the very latest the next morning. True to her word a lovely guy turned up about 3.30pm who quickly found out the problem. He went straight to their supplier to get replacement parts and came back and fitted. He ensured we were very happy with work before he left. I have used Prestige Plumbers for a few jobs in the past and should I need a plumber in the future they will be my first port of call. Called Monday morning to check if anyone could fit some new taps that I had purchased. Was told that someone would be around this afternoon to check out what was involved and provide an estimate. Plumber said that the two hand basin taps were fine but that the Mixer tap in the bathroom basin may be tricky due to the limited space and pedestal (a previous plumber had declined to do it) but was happy to give it a go. After providing a price and checking with the office that he could fit the work into his schedule, he confirmed that he could do it that afternoon. Within a couple of hours all was done and all looks great and works well. Very friendly, great service and reasonable price - would certainly recommend Prestige Plumbers to anyone requiring a plumber.

A pipe burst behind the wall called the company they was very professional and helpful had a plumber with me in 60 minutes. The man Jamie was a top professional and fixed the pipe without making any damage top service would only use them in future

I called Sharon at Prestige Plumbing as I wanted a new kitchen tap. Sharon provided me with my options and photos to which would fit my sink. We arranged a convenient time for us both.. I honestly can't recommend this company highly enough. I'm sorry if I'm wrong but I think the plumber who come to my grandmother's house was called Andy and he couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. It was an emergency task but not necessarily a straightforward one and I feel others would've looked at and decided it too much hassle, or hiked the price up, but he worked dutifully and with a smile. This is customer service on another level and we will always be using Prestige for any and all of our plumbing needs!

Momentary panic set in when I found a water leak in my bathroom after 10pm on a Friday evening! After switching off the water and underfloor heating I phoned Prestige Plumbers on Saturday morning. Sharon called me back within minutes and Jamie arrived shortly after. I was shocked when I saw the extent of the problem but Jamie calmly announced he could obtain the replacement parts required. On his return the work was completed within the hour and I now have a further isolation switch in addition. I would like to thank Sharon and particularly Jamie. In addition to resolving my problem so swiftly they were also participating in a major local event this weekend. This Review is going to be exceptional, because this company, the people in their team , their service and professionalism are all exceptional. In context, Prestige Plumbers are based in our village of Southwick, so to us they are local. They also support our community hall professionally and regularly attend at no cost to the charity that runs it. As the (past) Chair of the Parish Council, I can testify that this means a lot to our village community. But more than that, they are very customer focussed. Used Prestige Plumbers for the first time after having a very slow running water to shower tray outlet. They sent out Jamie Lindsay who is a senior engineer. He assessed the job which was slightly more complicated but explained what he was going to do and gave the price. He was friendly, obviously very experienced, and carried out all the work to a very high degree. He cleared up and after carrying out further checks before he left. Very rapid response - submitted the online enquiry form on a Sunday evening, got a call Monday morning, the work was completed Monday afternoon! I needed attention to a non-functioning toilet cistern. The work necessary was fully explained and justified and the cost advised before any work started. The plumber was courteous, completed the job rapidly and left the area (my bathroom) clean and tidy. Could not have asked for a better service - highly recommended.

After phoning through a leak coming through our ceiling Prestige were at the door within 15 minutes! 30 mins after my initial phone call the leaky pipe had been replaced and the leak stopped. Absolutely BRILLIANT service!

We’ve used Prestige a few times and recently came home to a burst outdoor tap. We called Prestige for advice after turning off our water supply. Terry took the time to explain what we needed to do over the phone to isolate our outdoor supply so we are able to continue using water in the house whilst waiting to replace the outdoor tap after the winter. Five star service from Prestige Plumbers! We found we had a problem with our shower on Monday evening. Phoned Prestige Plumbers on Tuesday morning. They called, diagnosed the problem and gave us aquote to replace the shower before midday on the Tuesday.! Replaced the shower on Friday. Job done! Thank you

I called Prestige plumbers as I my toilet cistern was very slow in filling. Also I needed new taps fitting in the kitchen. I phoned in the morning and Michael was able to come the same day. He fixed the toilet cistern straight away as he had the part with him. My kitchen mains water supply was a very slow 'dribble' and I had been advised by a previous plumber I had called that I needed new taps. I thought this was unlikely as the current taps were fairly new, so I didn't use him. When Michael investigated the problem he found that I needed a new isolation valve which he immediately replaced, and the water supply was fully restored. Had I used the previous plumber I would have paid for new taps and still not had the problem solved. Prestige Plumbers will be my go-to company in the future, the cost was very reasonable and all the work was done cleanly and efficiently.

Had a leaking in flow pipe in bathroom. Stop screw wasn't working. Plumber Jamie quickly assessed and identified the issue. Replaced the ball valve and washer/bolts, the stop screw, and also the fit push button Syphon to help avoid future issues. Explained the issue well and was friendly and polite throughout. Job only took about 40 minutes and the price was good. Very happy with the service

Bathroom pillar tap which had been leaking on and off for nearly 2 years needed to be totally replaced. They were able to come the next day, and Michael the plumber phoned us about 30 minutes before arrival to let us know when he'd arrive. An unexpected problem in the cistern, meant a trawl through NextDoor App for a recommended plumber. Prestige Plumbers were recommended quite a few times so I took the chance and called. Terry turned up within the hour as locally in the area, and was terrific in listening to the problem and getting it sorted straight away. We had a leek in our broom cupboard. It looked to us as though the tap to turn off the water supply to the. House required a new washer.. After a look at the tap the plumber said we needed a new stop cock at a cost of circa £120 +VAT. However, he and I were unable to find it's location. After a further examination of the dripping tap, I was told the issue could be resolved by renewing the washer inside the tap which he did. The subsequent invoice was for £118.20p. including VAT. The tap no longer drips.

Their prompts response was unbelievable, they came within few hours of me messaging, knowing exactly what they needed to do, and especially not charging or replacing things with no reason at all. They fixed my issue promptly and professionally, this is where you need to look if you need honest reliable and professional service.

Prestige Plumbers responded to an emergency call out with a first class service. They replaced a faulty stopcock, a section of pipework and several push-on fittings with copper soldered fittings and charged what I considered to be a very reasonable fee. Would have no hesitation recommending them or using them again if need be.

Fantastic workmanship, replacing the flush system on my toilet where the cistern is housed in a unit. The top of the unit would not come off so Jamie only had the smallest of spaces to fit everything in via the upper front panel. Having been dropped by another local company after promising an appointment today or at latest tomorrow and then told they couldn't fit me in for two weeks it was like a breath of fresh air to get in contact with Prestige Plumbers and to get a visit just a couple of hours later. Jamie arrived on time and listened carefully to me (a nice change to the usual telling me what they wanted to do without finding out the problem). He was grateful for the advice that I had used a chemical drain cleaner to no avail, as it saved him from burned wrists and hands. Once he knew what the problem was he quickly checked the plumbing, rerouted a discharge hose and cleared the discharge pipe. All reassembled he ran the taps in both sinks and short programs on the washing machine and dish washer to ensure that all was watertight and no drips. He cleaned up the little mess his work had caused. I cannot praise Jamie enough, and also his company for the courtesy, speed to attend and fix, and professionalism displayed throughout. Well done all of you. Oh, and the price was reasonable as well.

This company has a great reputation and many ways that is well deserved. Prompt to replace damaged toilet. But! My elderly mother is upset with the way the waste pipe is finished. There is a large unfilled opening where a smaller sized waste pipe is fitted into a larger format pipe opening. Unhygienic and ugly. I called and was told someone would come out later that day. No show! No resolution! It appears that they have had the money and can't be bothered to make good. Sadly that equates to bad review and no further business from this regular customer. **update** Hello Terry. We did have conversation when you called a few days ago. You were keen to make good, which was appreciated. We discussed the fact that you were under staffed through no fault of your own. We also discussed how communication about this and your inability to attend as promised, would have avoided a negative review.

Shower blew up on a Sunday! Emailed Prestige Plumbers who contacted me same day and made an appointment for a plumber to call Monday. I had a lovely new shower later Monday morning fitted by professional, knowledgeable plumbers. Brilliant service, excellent price and I would highly recommend Prestige Plumbers to anyone.

First encountered Terry Hack when he did some work for me back in 2010 but regrettably lost his contact details until late last year when I spotted his link with Prestige Plumbers. I kept the contact details because his reliability and work had always been top notch and was I right to do so. When I phoned Monday concerning a problem with a water heater he responded promptly and the problem was resolved within 24 hours.

Excellent service, very informative about work needed and problems solved quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use the company again and recommend it to others.

After i called the plumber turned up quicker than promised, within half an hour and had finished and gone with the blockage cleared within another half an hour. We had an outside tap which was faulty, contacted Prestige Plumbers, who arranged for the fault to be dealt with that afternoon. Maritin arrive as promised and the tap was replaced, the price was very fair and the work was done to a high standard. This wasn'tthe first time I have used this company and I would highly recomend them for their prompt an efficient work.

Having called them as I had a problem with my toilet cistern an appointment was made for the following day. I've used Prestige Plumber three times now, and each time they've been quick, polite and effective. The first two occasions were 'emergencies' (shower pipe leak in the loft, toilet cistern not stopping filling) and they came out very quickly (a few hours) on both occasions. The third and most recent occasion wasn't an emergency (fitting some new bathroom and kithen taps I'd sourced myself) but a plumber was still available to call round within a day and was able to do the job straight-away. Highly Recommended.

I called Prestige at 2pm today in a bit of a panic after attempting to remove a radiator; the valve at one end wouldn’t shut off. Water everywhere! Jamie had come out, capped the valve, took the rad off, cleaned up and gone by 2.45pm. Recommended.

We are a local business and Terry and his colleague managed to sort our water pressure issues with the absolute minimum of disruption to our business. Again, to minimise disruption, Terry suggested a 5am start when they return to replace the boiler - the only downside being I will have to be there to open the doors! Causes of our lack of water pressure were clearly explained by Terry as were the options for sorting the problem. At last I have found a plumber I would be happy to recommend.

Fantastic service from a great company. Our bath waste pipe fell off on a Sunday flooding the kitchen and putting the bath/shower out of action. I called them at 9:30 on a Monday morning, Jamie turned up at 12:10 the same day and fixed the problem immediately despite the pipe being in a really awkward spot. He was really friendly but efficient and quick to fix the problem at the same time. It's always great to have a company you can trust when you need them and we've found our go to plumbers.
