This company is brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends. Right from initial contact through to completion of the install, Archie did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. He wasn't a pushy tradesman and explained the options to me, answering all my questions. On the day of the install Archie arrived on time, completed the install of the replacement combi boiler in one day (so as not to leave me without hot water and heating), made a great job of the new pipework (it's a work of art) and cleaned up after himself. We had a great experience with Prospect Heat Solutions. They were incredibly responsive and flexible, and managed to fit our boiler very speedily when they knew that we didn’t have heating. The main breath of fresh air is the communication you get with them. Always replying to any texts or messages very quickly and with a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude, which is pretty rare these days! Would highly recommend.

Archie arrived to service my (leaking) boiler at the end of October, however it was actually beyond redemption!! After an informed and honest discussion I opted for a Glow worm boiler as that best suited my needs, space and budget. Archie booked me in for the following week in November and arrived on time and fitted the new boiler very quietly and efficiently! My bathroom after was spotless, no mess and no fuss - all fitted perfectly and everything was explained and shown to me. All the extraneous material (including old boiler and flue) was removed by Archie and disposed of promptly. Archie is a very polite and efficient young man who is courteous and totally professional. Archie came out at short notice to sort our boiler when we returned from holiday to no heating. Was able to fix it temporarily, got a part and came back within 2 days and fixed it completely. No mess left, worked quickly, friendly and professional.

Pre installation of the boiler there was a very thorough discussion in person with Archie who is very professional, knowledgeable and personable, to select the correct boiler for my property. Excellent service both pre and during the boiler installation with good explanations of both the boiler and thermostat displays and how to alter both if required. Great respect and care was taken to protect all areas during the boiler installation and anything which had been dismantled to enable easy access was returned to its original state and the floor was also washed. Prospect Heat Solutions are highly recommended.

Archie did a fabulous job fitting the most gorgeous faux-cast iron radiator for us.
