Friendly & helpful. I spoke with Alistair about fixing an issue that had been caused by another contractor, he came out within the hour and offered plenty of free advice & even done a quick survay of the area. He was honest with his workload & had no issues with the works going elsewhere due to our tight timeframe & nature of the works. I would not blink to request his assitance on future work.
