Fantastic service from the start . Booking the appointment was first class to the engineer who serviced my boiler who was brilliant.

Really good experience with Normans Heating Ltd. All the guys who attended site, from Dave, Dan and the others were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and happy to discuss anything you wanted more information about. One thing is for sure they would not let a job be classed as completed until you were completely happy that everything was working well and how it should be. We had a few issues with our job, not of their making, but they kept going until everything was as they hoped it would be in the beginning. You might find it cheaper elsewhere but I do not think you would get the level of service, commitment or determination to get the job just perfect, as you would with these guys. Definitely recommend.

It pays to stay loyal to good service providers. We feel honoured that Normans accepted us onto their books as customers nearly 4 years ago. We have had our oil fired boiler serviced every year by them and one evening last week, at 7pm, it stopped working. We called at 8:30am the next morning and without promising anything to us, Normans said they would do their best to get an engineer to us. Which they were able to do by early afternoon and discovered the fuel pump had failed. Luckily, their engineer had the spare part on his van so we were up and running with heating and hot water again within 24 hours. Every time Normans have visited us their engineers have been professional, knowledgeable, polite and courteous. We cannot rate them highly enough and are very happy customers.

Normans have serviced our CH boiler for a few years now (based on a recommendation), and we have always been pleased with their service. When we wanted some radiators replaced we asked them to quote; their quote arrived very quickly, and they could do the job within seven days. Matt their engineer, arrived promptly, was very polite, completed the job within the day, went to a great deal of trouble to ensure that the system was properly balanced, and tidied up after himself. Great service, and completed to our total satisfaction.

My ancient shower broke down so i rang Normans for help, a guy came out same day to inspect it, a new shower was needed, it was ordered and fitted in 3 working days. The ladies who take your call are friendly and very helpful, the man who came to fix it was professional and cheerful and left my shower room clean and tidy. Thank you Normans Heating.

Installation of unvented water cylinder. From start to finish very professional. Dan did a lot of headscratching on his initial visit given the quirky nature of our flat and the need to connect pipes to the mains. However, he would not be defeated and came up with a plan which would prove to be the right solution. Both he and Jake did a fantastic job. We now have a flat fully fed off the mains and a shower/water pressure that is exceptional. Elaine was a really helpful point of contact at Normans and was always very quick to respond, making the whole experience smooth. Overall a fantastic experience. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Then unfortunately let down by Oil company not refiling the tank the boiler needed attention to restart once refilled. Upon calling Normans they sent a very friendly and efficient engineer to clear / bleed the boiler the same morning and all sorted. Took the trouble to double check it was all working before leaving. In April/May we commissioned Norman's Heating to instal a new oil fired boiler and to completely upgrade our CH heating system, creating zoned areas to help with energy efficiency. Engagement of the planned works was great and all the engineers were very professional, knowledgeable and displayed a great work ethic, with all works completed to a really high standard. David who owns the company visited and messaged several times to check whether everything was to our satisfaction as works progressed. The engineers on site were Connor, Dan and Matt and they were all very personable and a real pleasure to have working in the house. The administration team also very efficient in sending their invoice submissions and daily alerts to say that the guys were on their way. All in all a great experience and we would not hesitate in recommending the firm to others.

I was visited for a second time by Nathan. Our first visit was to service the gas boiler and latterly for a general plumbing issue. I found the staff who I initially contacted to be pleasant and despite the fact that I provided them with an issue which was very unlikely, they took my call seriously and scheduled an engineer to attend. Nathan arrived and promptly identified the fault, which might have also been undertaken have saved me an appointment at an optometrist to ensure that I looked properly. Suffice to say, I am delighted with the service afforded by Normans Heating Ltd and would have no hesitation in continuing to obtain our heating and plumbing services from them. Recommended.

Appalling rude and arrogant company, they walked out of our home halfway through trying to discuss our requirements, it wasn’t rocket science , just a simple quote for a new boiler. Avoid at all costs , we found a local company that have been most obliging , very helpful and have already completed the work at a great price and a 10 year warranty .

In 2020 Norman's Heating installed a new oil fired boiler and heating system, and they came back in 2021 to service the system. The engineers were professional and knew what they had to do. All through I was informed about what they were doing. They worked cleanly, quickly and confidently. I also have already requested for the yearly service to be booked for November 2022. The administration team always returned calls and kept me informed about the ID and time of arrival of the engineer who was allocated my job. Overall, a good experience to work with Norman's Heating.

We've used these guys for a number of years.They have always provided excellent service and are very reliable.

Installed a Grant boiler replacing another make. The installation was efficient and worked. 2 days after installation there was a problem with the radiator water filter. Although it was Sunday after Christmas an engineer visited us within 4 hours fixed the problem and it has been in working order since. We have used Normans for 4 years now and cannot speak highly enough of them.

We were very impressed with the service and communication received from this company. They left no mess behind, cleaning up as they went along and demonstrated that they were very skilled and capable of completing the replacement of our old gas boiler. Normans Heating have provided us with really great service on our domestic heating, hot and cold water upgrades. Most recently roof tanks removed and replaced with a direct hot and cold pressurised water system. We would highly recommend them, they offer accurate and fair estimates, clean and efficient installation with very professional engineers who take great pride in their work. They couldn't be more helpful, no downside all upside, great work.

Normans heating replaced three rusted/leaking radiators. This involved adapting the previous imperial sizes with metric and the revised pipe work is neat and unobtrusive. Most importantly the job was done in rooms where new carpets had recently been fitted and they were unmarked by any water spills during the installation. Thanks for a very professional job again.

Superb job... complex oil CH change from Aga/old immersion supply of CH/water to boiler and installation of new unvented tank. All carefully thought through and completed in time allocated for job. Really pleasant guys... sensitive to noise levels/home working, neat and tidy, friendly/polite... recommend very highly!

Our old oil burner was beyond economic repair and we selected Normans Heating to install a new boiler and its associated equipment. We took advantage of the disruption and converted the water system from an indirect to direct/unvented system. The engineers built the new boiler and the associated pipework into the space where the old boiler had stood with no damage to the kitchen fabric. The conversion to a direct system went just as smoothly including changing two Aqualisa power showers for the direct feed system. Everything worked first time. I was so impressed with the new pipework in the airing cupboard that I have made a point of showing the pipework to friends (I know sad). The work took 3 days and there was minimal disruption for us. All the old equipment and pipework was removed, and the site left clean. Normans made it a simple at all stages. My thanks to the two engineers for all their efforts. I would be remiss if I did not mention the office staff, they were quick to respond to my queries and orchestrating/supporting the engineers when I made small changes. I do not normally give recommendations but in this case, I would strongly recommend Norman’s Heating for the work they did for us and would give them 10/10. John Dimmer Blashford 9 May 2021

I just wanted to let you know how delighted I was with the two engineers from Normans who were here Wednesday -Thursday this week. Their names are Mattie Harling and Liam Jackson, if they had been Partners I'd be recommending that they should be recognised for "One Step Beyond", as they exceeded expectations at all times. All scheduled works were carried out with good patience and resolve and I was provided with detailed updates and information I needed to know about. A very positive outcome is that we can now isolate 3 sections of central heating in the house which hitherto we were unaware of.

I had a breakdown of an associated boiler part which was expensive to replace and it meant I had no hot water after having just managed to get two lodgers back. I had Covid on 7th March and as a 65 year old had no avenue for assistance when my Business start up floundered. I fell between all the schemes for any help. The Director and owner offered me a discount to assist me, due to all my problems, to enable me to keep my new lodger's happy and provide much needed spare room income for my food, personal welfare and utility bills. Elaine in their accounts section was particularly helpful and should be valued for her efficiency and diplomacy as I was totally stressed out before she sorted things out on my behalf. She is a credit to her firm. I am very grateful to the owner of the firm for their help during a difficult financial and personal time.

Great attention to detail by the engineers and all performed in a most considerate manner so that the hot water could be used with the minimum of disruption.
