Townsend Plumbing

We've used Harry and the team at Townsend for all our plumbing and heating work at Meraki Renovations, and they've consistently been outstanding. Every job from routine maintenance to more complex installs has been handled with real professionalism and skill. They turn up on time, communicate clearly, and the work is always done right the first time. What stands out most is their reliability. On a renovation site, plumbing and heating delays can hold up everything else, and we've never had that problem with them. Their pricing is fair, their workmanship is clean and tidy, and they take real pride in getting the details right. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing and heating contractor they can trust.

Townsend Plumbing are excellent. My family and I had an en suite and a family bathroom installed and can honestly say we are thrilled with the results. From the very start the communication was quick and anll plans explained clearly with every question or concern answered immediately. Any extra wish or request was carried out without hesitation or protestation and all work was explained and checked over during and upon completion of the project. The team were diligent, polite and courteous and time keeping was impeccable. At the end of each day the work was tidied up and any cups and glasses always brought through to the kitchen, making every effort to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition to minimise any disruption to family life. We are delighted with the work carried out and can highly recommend Townsend Plumbing.

Harry and his team provided excellent service & expertise throughout the redesign & fit of a new ensuite bathroom. Harry worked tirelessly to seamlessly project manage the entire process, connecting in his supply chain of tilers, electricians, carpenter, plasterer and plumbers who all delivered to exacting standards. Any challenges that surfaced were managed by Harry & communicated to me throughout. He worked with me to make the best possible decisions and the finished bathroom was installed with a high degree of workmanship. I’m super happy with the result.
