I couldn't praise this company highly enough. Everyone involved with replacing our aged boiler was professional,knowledge and approachable. The two young men, Adam and Ben, who fitted the boiler were exceptional. They were so efficient, working together like a well oiled machine. Respectful and friendly. They clearly seem to enjoy their work and are very good at what they do. I expected there to be some mess involved. Absolutely not. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Wilson Plumbing & Heating changed a radiator and all the thermostatic valves last year. Their service and workmanship was excellent, they were tidy and reinstated fittings on completetion. They have just serviced the boiler, again excellent friendly service with a two hour time slot for the service.

Jamie came to sort my tap out when it wouldn't turn off, needed a new tap which wasn't as easy as we hoped being a totally different fitting to normal, but Jaime never gave up,three different taps later he managed to find one to fit,was still smiling when he left hours later .Leaving a very happy and relieved customer. Why can't all companies be like this! A week before the visit they gave me a two hour window when the Engineer would arrive. On the day they called in the morning to confirm it would be in a 1 hour slot. Engineer Paul arrived bang on time, worked efficiently and explained what he was doing during my oil boiler service. Finally, he cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be using them for future work.

Wilson Plumbing installed our new boiler two years ago along with a Hive thermostat system. Paul came out to do its annual service. Cleaned the internal parts, checked its efficiency and checked the thermostat. Never had any issues with it since it was installed and always get a helpful reminder from Lauren for our annual service. Can’t recommend the team enough. Great communication booking and invoicing through Lauren on reception, and great service from Paul today, who came to the house on time and got on with the job in the kitchen whilst I looked after my baby in the living room.

Booked my boiler service with Wilson plumbing and from the start the lady in their office was simply excellent, so helpful. The day of the service I got Paul the plumbing engineer. Arrived on time to the second . Paul was pleasant and straight on with the paper over boots . Clean tidy and efficient straight in and out . Lovely job .

Had a new combi boiler installed by Wilson Plumbing & Heating from Redcar in March 2025. Following impact damage to the front of our property in June they responded at very short notice when we needed our gas supply reinstated.Then - on 22nd September we were having problems reconnecting our Hive system to the boiler following an RCD fault repair. Not only did I receive advice over the phone, but on his way home from work Nick Dale very kindly called at our property and reinstated our system within 10 minutes. Can't praise this company enough. Would highly recommend - JT.

Just had a gas safety inspection from Jamie , He was very professional. He called to say he was on his way then when he arrived was lovely. We have a dog that is scared of everything so he gave him attention and fussed him and calmed him down . Highly recommend as we have been let down previously by other companies.

Booked this company as they still deal with LPG. I can't lie that I was a little dubious that I had to pay them in advance but I had no need to worry. Bought a house which had an old boiler that wouldn't come on. I called Wilson's out on recommendation from my dad and couldn't be happier, fantastic service from start to finish. Was given good advice and recommendations on fixing vs buying a new boiler. Decided to go for a new one, appointment was booked within a week, and was actually done a day early. Ross fitted the boiler in an afternoon and did a brilliant job. I would recommend Wilson Plumbing & Heating to anyone, and will be using them for the annual service or anything else I might need in the future.

After having agreed a price, time and date for a boiler service, the engineer Paul arrived on time (from experience, that in itself is worth 5 *) The service was done very efficiently and provided additional advice on efficient usage of the heating sytem. Paul cleaned the condensation tank, tested the efficiency and completed the task in a very reasonable time. The price for the service was very reasonable. I recommend this business and they will now become our heating engineers of choice.

I had very urgent deadlines due to a lack of heating, and Wilson's juggled their workload to accommodate this. Just had a vary bad experience with this company.this is the first and last time I have/will use them as a single man living with his 3 adult boys been left with no gas boiler for heating and water in the middle of a cold spell .no solution given just sorry got to turn your boiler off sign here not told why or no full explanation. Seems like retaliation for not getting given work after I decided to look for a cheaper quote. Its a long story but I was always open and honest with the company so they new what was going on and unfortunately my builders turned up and started putting on a garage roof . So left with no option by the plumber just turned boiler of and walked away this should be illegal I think. Parting words of plumber if you get it sorted fine or you can pay us to come back and reinstate the boiler for you . No thanks . Left me feeling very upset . Paul arrived bang on time and started the boiler service. He identified a problem with a worn seal, showed me the defective part, then asked if I wanted him to replace it straight away quoting me the price. As he carried spares on the van he replaced the worn seal and gave the boiler a clean bill of health.

This an excellent business. I needed to quickly find someone to repair my 94 year old mum's Combi Heating Boiler. Living 90 miles from her these things are often difficult to arrange. A Google search found Wilson's and I couldn't be more pleased. A very pleasant and efficient lady answered the phone listened to my problem and quickly arranged for the lovely engineer Steve to go round to mum's and 'sort things out'. The whole procedure was done in under 2 hours. Thankyou so much.I would use this service again and highly recommend to others.

As winter draws in I wanted to get out boiler serviced and Paul came out the same day. We had been experiencing some intermittent hot water issues and he quickly got to the bottom of a leak and fixed the issue as part of the service. We are moving to an old house in need of extensive work and Paul and the team at Wilson Plumbing will be the first ones I call to install a new boiler and replace all the radiators in the property. Wilsons are the very best there is. Every time I have used them, I have been absolutely delighted with the way they conduct their business. They are always professional, friendly, fast and efficient. On Monday evening my daughter's boiler went wrong. I contacted Diane at Wilson Plumbing and Heating Ltd the following morning. By Tuesday lunchtime the engineer came out to fix it. Unfortunately, it was a very old boiler and dangerous so had to be condemned. My daughter was very worried that she wouldn't have heating and hot water for a long time and at this time of year that was a big worry. However, this lovely company worked hard to ensure that wasn't the case and even though there had to be landlord approval for a new boiler. They sorted all of that directly with him. By Wednesday lunchtime the engineer was back to install a brand-new boiler and by later that afternoon she had hot water and heating back. This is not the first time we have used Wilsons and most definitely won't be the last because I don't believe there is service as good anywhere.

Extremely friendly and maintained communication throughout the process. They were very time efficient and always arrived on time and they provided thorough care in repairing my boiler and they maintained a clean working space in my home! it was a pleasure to work with them and I would highly recommend them.

Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. After moving into our new house in January this year we were in need of the gas boiler to be serviced. We called Wilson Plumbing who gave us a quote and were quick to get someone round to do the job. Since then we have used them to fit a new gas fire, new valves for the radiators and yesterday to fit and connect a heated towel rail in the bathroom. All the jobs have been done quickly and professionally and at affordable prices. From the office staff to the engineers, everyone has been efficient and courteous. It has been a pleasure to deal with this reliable company and we will only use these from now on and will recommended them to people looking for this type of service.

Great tradesman with prompt appointments, quality service, good price, and great customer service.

Following an initial visit by Steve to diagnose a problem where the boiler wasn't firing, realised that the boiler would need replacing. This was immediately followed by a visit from Craig the boss. We then discussed the options and prices in an easy to understand manner. Within a few days we were able to get an appointment for a new boiler to be fixed and on the day Ross arrived nice and early and got straight on with the job. He explained everything that he was doing as he went along and the whole process was carried out very efficiently. We suffered minimal disruption and Ross cleaned up after himself everywhere he'd been. We now have a nice new Worcester boiler with a 10-year warranty and, considering the gas supply how to be rerouted, it only cost a few £100 more than the boiler that we bought 8 years ago. Impressed by the whole process from first contact with Diane in the office through to the final fitting of the boiler. Well done all. We would definitely use Wilson's again.

Craig advised me that our Worcester Boiler's heat exchanger was still 2 months in warranty so to contact Worcester Bosch where I could get on for FREE one ( with a small labour charge ) Saved us over £2000. I cant think of anything negative to say. would not hesitate to contact them in the future. Brilliant !! Thank You !!

In March 2021 Wilson heating and plumbing installed a new central heating system in our home . This involved supplying and fitting a new gas boiler , radiators and associated pipe work. Carpets and floor boards had to be taken up through out the house - a procedure we anticipated with a certain amount of dismay ! However , we need not have been concerned , as the work was carried out with the maximum efficiency and minimum of disruption ,and all within the predicted time schedule. We have been delighted with the final result and would unreservedly recommend Craig Wendy and Graham to any would be customers. In conclusion , we would add that the quotation for the job was on a par with other suppliers
