Arney from Twinheat Services installed our new boiler this week, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From the first visit through to the installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Arney and his team worked incredibly hard, even in the 35°C+ heat we had during the installation. Despite the conditions, they never cut corners and completed the work to an exceptionally high standard. They were friendly, reliable, kept everything clean and tidy, and took the time to explain how the new boiler worked before they left. The quality of the workmanship and customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Needed a radiator isolating at short notice and Arney sorted it no problem. Turned up quickly, did a clean job and was a pleasure to deal with. Will be using him again.

We have used Twinheat for a few years now and they always do a fantastic job. I’ve just recently had an entirely new bathroom fitted and the whole team were wonderful. They were very respectful in the house, keeping everything as clean and tidy as possible and the finished bathroom is beautiful and completed to a very high standard.

Really honest and reliable company. Our boiler broke months before our second child was due. Arney and his team gave us honest reliable advice. He was prompt to help and went above and beyond to respect our home and think of solutions to limit disruptions to our daily lives. We ended up having the boiler taken out, relocated and replaced. Knowing that we wanted to renovate in the future they listened to our wishes and nothing was too much to ask. Thank you.

Had an immersion tank exploded and almost flood the entire house, Arney was super helpful and professional rushing to the rescue and getting us cold water back. After that real quick turn around on getting all the replacements required an organising engineers to come and replace it. The engineers were friendly and professional, left 0 mess and gave a real quality job, I cant recommend the service I was provided enough. I would give a higher than 5 star rating if I could

Fantastic Company - Arney very quickly came to our rescue last week when our water tank had blown and was leaking water thru to my ceiling 😳 He promptly turned all water supply in the house off, but thoughtfully left me with a cold tap in the kitchen so I could still boil the kettle! A new tank was ordered and within a day Arney & Jacob were back to fit it, working well into the dark to ensure we had hot water supply to shower the next day. Throughout the works they took the time to respect my carpets & laid plastic sheeting and wore shoe covers, these little things mean a lot. Great service reliable and reasonable, we had multiple issues which were resolved quickly. We had our boiler serviced, radiators removed and new hob and tap fitted. The work was completed quickly and to a great standard Arney was really tidy and clean too! Always a bonus.
