CCTV drain survey carried out on my property. A drain unblocked and cracked joint repaired. Very efficient and professional service throughout. I would use again and happy to recommend Drain Jet.

Got in touch over a blocked drain in my garden. The work was completed quickly and expertly with lots of communication along the way. I am very happy with the finished results and I must make a special mention about how clean and tidy they were along the way. The guys even got a call from one of my neighbours and they were bk out in a few hours for the same issue as mine.

We had tried everything to get our toilet unblocked but nothing we did worked so I called Spencer and he came round the next day and the job was done in just half an hour and with no mess whatsoever. The price was fair and the advice he gave us was very welcome. He has a sweet tooth so do get in the biccies!

Spot on service from start to finish. Spencer carried out a homebuyers drain survey for us and everything was sorted quickly and the report was really clear and turned around the same day.

Would not hesitate to recommend this company. I rang them at 7am and they were at my house by 1pm. Communication was clear and professional. Spencer arrived and quickly identified the issue (severely blocked outdoor drain). He ran me through how he would resolve it and set to work. After the works were completed he spent time to clean up the whole area. Price was very reasonable. Thanks Drain Jet!

I used Spencer from Drain Jet for a CCTV drainage survey on a property we are purchasing, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He was excellent at communicating throughout the process. One of the manholes was blocked, and Spencer went above and beyond by cleaning it out without any extra charge. He identified issues with two drainage joins and provided a clear, professional quote for the repairs immediately. To top it off, I received the full report on the same day. Fast, honest, and highly professional—I’d definitely use Drain Jet again!

A great experience from start to finish. Communication was easy, and they came out quickly. When they arrived, they carried out a full inspection to identify the problem, and it became clear that further investigation was needed on the mains drainage. They took the time to properly understand the issue, kept me informed throughout, and ultimately unblocked the main line. They also gave me excellent advice on how to prevent it happening again, along with other options to consider if anything similar comes up in the future.

Absolutely amazing job, with great customer service. They got the drains cleared and cleaned up within the hour. I would definitely recommend, 5 stars

Excellent , pleasurable experience. Called and explained problem and Drain Jet offered to come out immediately, this was not required but a time was agreed and the lads turned up on time. Work done efficiently, more unexpected it was done very cleanly and they took 40 years of drain and washing machine soap gunch away. Drain was running cleanly and correctly, and demonstrated so. Altered and fitted drain cover above and beyond what was asked for. Service better than anticipated and very much value for money.

Second time I called Drain Jet for blocked manhole. Spencer arrived in no time and resolved issue quickly. Professional, honest and excellent service, highly recommend.

Spencer and his team did a brilliant job with our damaged drains. We had a huge sinkhole on our drive and they worked very quickly to get it all fixed. Rang Spencer in the Morning and he sent out Peter the same day! What an absolute champ! Sorted out my issue nice and quickly! Very professional, highly recommended! Thanks guys!!

Had a fantastic experience with Spender Drain Jet. The engineer arrived on time and took the time to properly diagnose the issue rather than just rushing the job. He used a camera to inspect the drains thoroughly, which gave me peace of mind that everything was done right. He unblocked everything efficiently and explained exactly what the problem was. Very professional, clearly knew his stuff, and took pride in his work. Highly recommended if you want someone who does the job properly

Drainjet has been amazing at quickly responding to drain issues! Highly recommended! Thanks

Called on a Sunday they came out early Monday morning and completely unblocked the drain within half an hour. Great service and a fair price. Definitely recommend

Same day service and a job well done! I had a nightmare situation with a blocked sewage pipe causing my downstairs toilet to fill up. After a quick call to Drain Jet, discussing the problem and costs, they arranged to call over that same day. The lads (Spencer & Peter) turned up and got straight to work on the drain, talking me through the process and clearing the blockage. Using a camera, they were able to see the cause of the problem, roots had grown in the main pipe. They also identified an issue at the main sewer junction, and advised me to contact Yorkshire Water. Friendly, professional and competent - Highly recommended! :) UPDATE 2026 Recently had to call out the lads again and this time Peter and his assistant (a very helpful young man) came to our rescue again. This time the drain was blocking due to further cracks and roots in the pipes and they kindly cleared the blockage and advised on how to proceed in fixing the pipe longer term. They were both extremely professional, had a very kind and stress-free approach and dealt with the matter swiftly. Many thanks :)

Spencer from Drain Jet was very professional, polite and diligent. He arrived spot on the time he said he would. I have used the company a few times on various properties with excellent results. Got in touch over a blocked pipe under my Yorkshire stone floor. The whole process was very carefully carried out with the proper investigation to find out the problem. The work was completed quickly and expertly with lots of communication along the way. I am very happy with the finished results and I must make a special mention about how clean and tidy they were along the way. The job involved digging up a bit of my floor but you would not know this as they left everything very clean and were particularly careful with my stone flags. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Spencer was communicative, clear and easy to talk to. He was clearly knowledgable in his field. He did a thorough check or our drains, even when it wasn’t easy and stayed to discuss everything afterwards. Will use again!

They quickly identified the problem and talked me through everything they did to fix it. Really efficient and friendly and cleared up after themselves. Also a really reasonable price after being quoted double by another company to do the same job. Would 100% recommend and use again.

Drain Jet has been brilliant - responsive, reliable and highly experienced. I contacted Drain Jet as recommended by my builder. He answered my call straight away, provided me a competitive quote and scheduled my work in for the same week. He also emailed me the survey report within 24 hours which I thought was a quick turnaround.

Great service.

Spencer did the CCTV drain survey less than 24 hours after I initially contacted him, which I was really pleased about, as I want to exchange contracts on this property before the Stamp Duty increase. He located a drain cover under some decking, cleaned the drain, which was partially blocked with solidified fat, and explained that the one problem he had identified was in the part of the drain maintained by Yorkshire Water. Really pleased with the service I received and will recommend Drain Jet to others.

Very efficient, booked and came the next day. Problem solved quickly and easily. Thank you!

Highly recommended. Spoke to Spencer at 9am this morning about a blocked toilet. Came exactly when he said would and the problem was sorted within an hour. Great service.

I’ve had problems with my drains for a few weeks and called Drainjet on Saturday afternoon. Spencer responded immediately and came this morning at 9.30 prompt. He was courteous and very efficient. Cleared all my drains front and back and even checked the manhole cover at front of our properties. I and my neighbours were delighted with the service and I will definitely recommend Drainjet for drain clearance plus their other services like gutter cleaning and outside hard surface cleaning. Thanks Spencer for a great job!

They showed up on time and were very efficient and polite. Would use them again if needed.

Spencer did the perfect job. 2 other drain clearance companies (both big ‘national’ firms) had tried to clear an external foul blockage. Both charged me but made excuses when they couldn’t free the blockage. As a last resort before having to dig up the concrete to access the drains I contacted DrainJet, Pudsey. (Great reviews on Check a Trade and Google). Spencer got there when we agreed and was straight on with the job. It was messy and tedious but he persevered for 4 hrs until he had it completely clear. He explained the process and showed me the CCTV which clarified the issue. . Spencer & DrainJet, Pudsey saved me literally £1000’s in not having to dig! 100% recommend.

Quick response and dealt with the problem efficiently and effectively. Good communication.

Very pleased with the service provided. They came quickly and the price was fair. Thanks guys.

Absolutely fantastic service. Called in the morning and drains cleared by mid afternoon. Polite and friendly, explained exactly where the blockage was and had it cleared in minutes. Checked connected pipework to ensure. Provided clarification on maintenance of communal pipework. Very happy with the price given how fast the response to my call was. Highly recommend.

Was able to sort my external kitchen drain the day after calling. The service was quick and efficient.

Excellent and quick service - would highly recommend.

We had a blocked downpipe into a Victorian drain. Spencer arrived promptly, ascertained that the issue was a stone with accompanying debris stuck in the bend of the drain, and quickly and efficiently removed it. He demonstrated to us that water was now moving freely, replaced the pipe as found and cleaned the area. Both were personable and kept us appraised of progress. A job well done, thank you.

Prompt, friendly service. Problem sorted quickly.

Very professional and honest…. Explained what had happened, why and what they were gonna do. Any issues with your drains, don’t hesitate… these are the guys 5*

Had issues with my outside waste pipe. First class service, sorted the issues. Although at work, had a text explaining what the the problem was and what to do to avoid further issues. Great communication. Thank you so much. Top service and will definitely recommend and use again.

Called Spencer about roots growing through sewage pipes causing a blockage so needed pipes patch lining. He gave a quote over the phone and came out to install resin lining in 2 different patches. He was honest and straight forward and constantly explained what was happening with picture evidence as-well as showing the issues with cameras. Very hard to get honest tradesmen. I would definitely recommend Spencer and drain jet for future work due to their honesty and efficient work.

Had issues with waste water overflowing from a drain on my driveway, called these guys and they came out within less than 24 hours and sorted the problem, would highly recommend!

Thought my gully was blocked but turned out to be the drain. They explained everything, showed me the drain and spent an hour unblocking it. They had explained the price range beforehand and didn't exceed that. Polite and helpful.

Would definitely recommend this company. Prompt service, competitive rates & a good job done.

Spencer was on site within the hour and cleared the blocked toilet drain with the drain jet with the minimum of fuss . Great job would highly recommend.

As said in a previous post “these guys are spot on” - definitely would use again / recommend highly. A Blocked drain so I called early and they came same afternoon - very professional, clean and tidy and no drama (and no flannel) - just got the job done in a timely manner. That’s all I wanted at a fair price, which it was (and they were thorough ie didn’t just try do the minimum). Excellent job, all clear and (camera) checked. Many thanks guys.

Spencer arrived on time and managed to clear the problem (which was worst than I had thought) and stuck well within his quote. A very impressive and friendly service

Recently, I encountered issues with my drainage system – the downstairs toilet was not flushing properly, and a foul smell intermittently emanated from the first-floor toilets. I reached out to Drain Jet and was attended by Spencer, who offered an estimated price range after gathering some background information. His approach was thorough, not rushed. Spencer promptly confirmed his onsite arrival within an hour. Using their technologically advanced van, Spencer and his colleague swiftly identified and resolved the blockage, restoring full functionality in under twenty minutes. Throughout the process, Spencer was patient, professional, and meticulous. I was particularly impressed with how he ensured my satisfaction before departing, all at a reasonable cost. Drain Jet’s service is commendable, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for any drainage issues. Their professionalism and efficient problem-solving have made me a returning customer.

Fantastic service. I've used Drain Jet twice and both times the service was excellent. Spencer is fantastic, very clean and prompt. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Did a job for my stepmother: arrived promptly on the same day, within hours of first being contacted. Got to the bottom of the problem quickly. Did a brilliant job, were very pleasant, very polite. Very clean and fresh looking, smart young men. Work was very reasonably priced - far better than previous jobs she had had done. Drain Jet provided a quick and friendly service for our blocked outdoor drain. They unblocked the drain and left the area clean and tidy. I would recommend!

happy with the service - gave me advice on what to do from now on to keep drains clear

Had a domestic drainage problem ongoing for months and two expensive expert drainage companies out who didn't solve the problem. Drain-Jet came recommended. A family owned business, not one of these big companies with Area Technicians you can never speak to. Spencer and Simon were easy to speak with and had a wealth of experience and expertise. They came out promptly and quickly and expertly identified the problem, where the previous companies had failed. They dealt with it quickly, efficiently and professionally. Such a relief, very happy and highly recommend!

Excellent service, would highly recommend. Spencer did a fabulous job, jet washing my paving stones, they look better than new now. Quote given immediately and job completed promptly the following day.

I have used a few people to sort drains in past but this company drain jet is by far the best I’ve used, came on time on very short notice and fixed issues almost immediately, 100% recommended

Drain Jet got back to me quickly when I left a message , came when they said they would and were efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They did what they could with the gear they had with them but it turned out that the clearing of roots in my drain drain would have required them to come back another time with more specialist equipment. Rather than booking the work, and more of my cash, they rightly pointed out that the particular drain is actually Yorkshire Water's responsibility and advised me to call Yorkshire Water. They were spot on, and I am now dealing with Yorkshire Water to deal with the problem at no further cost to me. Very satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend.

Very quick, friendly and professional. Will use again

Fast response, nice chaps who got the drain unblocked in 20 minutes after I'd spent a day shoving hosepipes down the drain. I know who to call if it happens again!

Blocked Drain. These guys were Spot on, phoned late Sunday night and was called back straightaway. The lads turned up 1st thing the next morning as promised. They were nice guys and got straight on with sorting the problem. Checked everything over and cleaned down the driver for us too. Would highly recommend. Price good too.

Easy & reliable company to use . Thank you again Simon xx

Reliable and top quality service. Highly recommend

Quick response time even on the weekend, effective service, and professional attitude. They not only fixed the problem but also explained it thoroughly. Highly recommended!

Drain Jet fit us in their busy schedule to come over and clean the drains in a rather neglected home. We've recently moved in and have inherited many issues. I was able to send them photos to see how bad the drains were. After a few quick questions, they booked us in. They got to work right away, cleaned the drains in no time at all, and informed us of a crumbling manhole cover. I had no idea it was falling apart and worried about my son stepping on it and falling in. While we were discussing solutions, the cover actually cracked right in front of us. They made up a temporary cover, ordered a new manhole cover, and came back to our home as soon as the new cover was in. Again, they got to work right away and fixed a new frame to the opening and installed the new cover. Drain Jet's prices are fair and they go above and beyond to provide good service. The drains are completely clear now after years of neglect, the new manhole cover is much better quality than the old one, and the work area was left clean and clear. We would absolutely recommend Drain Jet to anyone and will use them again when needed. They're also friendly and very pleasant to talk to.

Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Fabulous service, good communication, arrived when they said they would & did a neat & tidy job replacing my waste pipe outside. They also cleaned up after themselves, would highly recommend 👍

Quality work and the guys are lovely, would definitely recommend!

Called yesterday morning as a Tennant had a blocked drain in her garden , they arrived within the hour and sorted the problem. Highly recommended .

Very friendly and polite, sorted our outdoor drain blockage quick and easy. Was also with us within the same morning our landlady rang. Thank you so much

Did a brilliant job. Cleared all outside drains with no fuss and pumped out a flooded cellar. Quick and good value.

Brilliant fast service from Drain Jet. Spencer and his colleague cleared my 85 year old mums drains that were blocked, and repaired some cement that had broken away and fixed the holes as requested. Very polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. Affordable quick service. Thank you. We are both very happy and highly recommend.

Good, fast, efficient and clean, called before arrival. They identified the problem, got the job done and cleaned after them. Sorted Within 30 minutes. Desent price not expensive. I'd definitely recommend drain jet. They are really good.

Very professional and quick service. They repaired the rest bend which involved quite a lot of work to get underground. They fixed the problem and it was a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service.

Were on time, efficient and friendly! Got the job done quickly! 10/10 - Would recommend

Had a blocked and backing up drain. Got a company out who couldn't clear blockage, charged me £200 and tried to tell me it was a badly installed drain that needed reinstalling at £1740. This team turned up, unblocked the drain, tidied up the mess and all in under an hour. Great job and very reasonable price. Saved me a fortune!

AVOID AVOID AVOID - quotes are not clear, told a price over the phone was then invoiced more than double. When questioned this I was told it was for ‘travel time’ even though it was a local job within Leeds. No mention of travel time when quoted. They also pumped sewage into my tenants garden and left human waste everywhere and then lied about doing this. Terrible company who are not willing to communicate to resolve. DO NOT USE!

Called with a blocked outside drain. Quoted price much lower than others. Came out within a few hours and took less than 10 minutes to unblock. Recommend Simon and his team. Thanks

Blocked sewer drain could smell it in the house rang Drain Jet this morning and Simon and his co worker (sorry didn't get his name) were round as soon as they could after their last job. All sorted in under an hour and the smell inside the house has gone. Great job guys quick and efficient and a reasonable price to boot

Great job! Replaced soil stack on our house in Bramley and we're very happy with the standard of work.

great job guys down at Ron's in calverley. speedy and professional service. THANKYOU.

Outstanding this guy is a genius ! I have houses and flats in Leeds one tenant came home at 11.30pm Boxing Day after a Christmas holiday to a nightmare poo all over her bathroom floor about 6 inches in the bath and her toilet completely full to the brim. It was so bad she couldn’t stay there and had to go to a friends overnight. I phoned Drainjet Jet first thing in the morning and he was here within the hour. It seems the people in the flat above had blocked their toilet with wet wipes and had tried caustic soda which didn’t work so borrowed a plunger which they’d tried over a couple of days causing the poo overflow downstairs but not thought to phone me or the consequences of the plunging! The blockage when it eventually came out through the outside drains was huge but sorted for the afternoon.

What a star this guy is shame I couldn't give him 6 stars. Fantastic first class service I will never use another. I let my properties in Roundhay and the old blocked toilet and tenants who flush wet wipes in the are one of my worst nightmares. I called Dyno first - the guy who came was nice and friendly but I now realise had no idea he used the plunger and then the snake and made no difference he told me I needed to get a new toilet that was the only way forward. What I hadn't realised until he left was that all the plunging caused a flood in the next door apartment along with all the brown stuff ! I phoned Drain Jet who arrived 3 hours later - what a difference this guy is knowledgeable he followed the pipe work out through a cupboard cut into the top of the pipe and poked all the gunge out and down and then filled the hole with a stopper that we could take out should there ever be a recurrence. He then checked the bath and sink wastes in both apartments which admittedly have been running slowly for years and cleared those.

Used Drainjet to unblock some Drains on our rental properties in Bradford. Would highly recommend them. Fast, efficient, punctual and well priced too.
