Excellent experience and service. My call for help for our boiler was processed efficiently and Stuart Giles came next day, although I did not say it was urgent. I was expecting a recommendation for a new boiler, but after a thorough assessment Stuart made some repairs and the boiler may last a good while yet. He certainly knew the make/model in great detail and analysed the whole plumbing set up to ensure everything worked efficiently. The invoice was incredibly competitive. Huge thanks for your help. We have been using Giles Heating to Service our Gas Boiler and Central Heating system annually since 2006. They have in all that time never been late, always done a good job. A proper family firm that puts the customer first. I recommend them to everybody I know and have never heard anything other than praise from friends who have used them too.
