Highly recommend WTS plumbing and heating . Very professional, reliable but also very caring team. Carl, Sam and Suzie have been lovely to deal with and have restored my faith in human nature. I was left with a boiler which wasn’t registered or certified after a renovation that went wrong. They sorted it all out and even managed to get me some of the boiler’s guarantee back which was a real bonus. The underfloor heating was also not laid out /set up properly by the builder and Carl and Sam helped me understand the issues and again improve it as best as it was possible. It has given me real peace of mind to know I have a truly reliable team to service my boiler and who I can contact when I need help.

After a previous contractor left our bathroom in a dangerous and unfinished state, the situation caused a huge amount of stress for our household — particularly for my husband, who lives with combat‑related PTSD. We were anxious, overwhelmed, and unsure who we could trust next. WTS Heating Plumbing Ltd genuinely came to our rescue. From the moment Sam (the fixer), Harry (the installer), and Luke (the electrician) arrived, we felt safe, supported, and in capable hands. They immediately understood the situation, reassured us, and set about putting everything right with professionalism and care. Sam refitted the bath to make it safe, installed a new shower, and ensured everything was properly secured. Harry installed the new bath panels and the rest of the bathroom furniture with real attention to detail, even taking the time to source the perfect matching taps. Luke fitted a new light and extractor fan to a very high standard. They were punctual, hardworking, knowledgeable, and clearly proud of their work. They functioned as a proper team, and a simple adjustment they suggested has given us a power shower we absolutely love. Suzie kept in regular contact throughout, so we always knew who was coming and when — something that made a huge difference to our peace of mind. Nothing was too much trouble. They listened, they explained, and they treated our home — and our circumstances — with respect and kindness. We would not hesitate to use WTS again. They are fully recommended. We had a new boiler and Nest thermostat installed by WTS late 2024 and wouldn’t use anyone else now! The team communicated well throughout the whole process, turned up exactly when they said they would and were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and we’ve had no issues since. Had an issue with the flow on my underfloor heating and these guys were brilliant from start to finish. The engineer arrived quickly, was incredibly friendly and personable, and took the time to talk me through exactly what the problem was and how he fixed it, reassuring and professional. Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!
