Myself and my partner could not recommend Karl enough! On calling him he came out quickly, identified exactly where the problematic leak was coming from which other plumbers failed to do so and was able to replace the part of the pipe fixing the leak and allowing our bath to drain properly for the first time since moving in, without it pouring into our kitchen! He is extremely polite and also explained the issue as it wasn’t a straight forward one! We will always use Karl now for our plumbing and will always recommend him! 5 star service

Fantastic service from Karl. Phone on the Friday evening with fault with our boiler and said he would visit first thing on Monday to help. Arrived 9 am and fixed the issue and gave a service to the boiler as it was due. If you want someone reliable call Karl!

It’s been a good few years since I last had a reliable plumber and it’s genuinely a very comforting feeling to know that you have tradesmen contacts that are reliable and responsive. I’m not saying that he can always get to me within a few hours, but he will always respond to the same day and let me know what he can do and how long it’s likely to take and he always turns up when he says he’s going to. He left to say that all the work he has done is also fine otherwise I wouldn’t continue to use him so Karl is most certainly someone I would recommend although I hope he doesn’t get so busy that he can’t fit me in LOL.
