Having spent several months looking for a reliable local plumber I was pleased to make contact with C Mills. Charlie responded to my initial enquiry immediately, was happy to advise on products and kept me informed along the way. Recently we had a more urgent matter of a leaking pipe that was dealt with efficiently and promptly by Charlie and his father, who are both personable and courteous. Charlie is now my go-to engineer, and I am delighted to have a proactive and dependable local contact.

Has done two jobs for us now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Will definitely use again in the future.

I spoke to Charlie on the phone about a blockage (I wasn't exactly sure of where it was). A day later, Charlie and a colleague were here and identified and cleared the external blockages really quickly. Kept everything tidy, moved everything back to where it was and washed away any mess. Can't recommend enough - thanks Charlie!
