Vaughan arrived to fix a leak in our bathroom within an hour or so of being called, and identified the problem quickly, he gave us options and recommendations on the best fix and sorted it all out within a short time, then tidied everything away and cleaned up before leaving. Very efficient, helpful and friendly, and I can definitely recommend his services

Vaughn's extremely professional, reliable, and hard working. He relocated the boiler and did all the plumbing for our kitchen renovation. All of the work he completed to the highest standard. We're so happy with our experience that we've asked him to do the plumbing for our bathroom renovation.

I thoroughly recommend VI Hains Ltd. I arranged for Vaughn and his company to replace the boiler and recondition the heating system for a blind friend. Even though this work understandably caused major upheaval in his property, they always made sure he was safe and looked after his needs. Incredible service from start to finish. Not only did Vaughn reply to my query on the same day, we then spoke the next morning and he was round by Midday. I can highly recommend VI Hains as professional, friendly and extremely detailed, with Vaughn explaining all gas tests being carried out before disconnection. Very competitively priced too, so I'll have no hesitation in becoming a regular customer of VI Hains. I read previous 5* reviews and was not disappointed, so had to add mine.

From the start Vaughn has been great and I must say that I would highly recommend his services these are my reasons 1. They have arrive before the agreed time 2. They put protective cover on their shoes before entering my flat as we have carpets 3. They have done a thorough examination of all the flats and diagnosed the problems and uncovered the issues other plumbers have not done. This showed to me that they were really thorough in their investigation 4. They had made a recommendation for each of our flats and they had sent a very detailed report on what investigations were carried out and the recommendations ans options This was the best plumber experience I have ever had for the above reasons but also because Vaughn explained what was done and what needed to be done to resolve the issues. Vaughn installed a new boiler for us just before Christmas. He worked incredibly quickly and hard to make sure we would have heating over the Christmas holidays and was also very good at explaining what he was doing and why. We would definitely go back to him if we have any other problems.

Vaughan was punctual, he looked at the problem and explained what he would do to rectify the leak. Vaughan and his assistant removed the defective flexipipe and replaced with a new one. They even fitted isolation valve. Considering I had only rang him the day before he was very responsive. I would certainly recommend VI Hains. The price for the job was also reasonable.

I called Mr Hains to attend to an emergency leak in my shower which caused damage to the room below. A pipe was broken & leaking badly. Mr Hains repaired this in a couple of hours perfectly. Vaughn moved and replaced our boiler and I cannot rate him (and Des) highly enough. Vaughn took the time to do a thorough assessment of my boiler, and discussed all the different options/costs with me in a transparent way. He worked tirelessly to fit our boiler in two days and even registered it for us once it was done. 100% for both work done and customer service. Will be using him for future projects.

I had an emergency. Water was flooding my bathroom and I couldn't locate my main stop valve. I called VI Hains on a bank holiday and within 30mins they were at my property. The engineer installed an Isolation valve on my Inlet water pipe to the shower and also installed my new electric shower too. Everything is working and back to normal. I really can't express my gratitude enough. Thank you. The speedy response and professional workmanship was over and above my expectations. Will be using their services again.

V I Hains were Excellent. They came and Installed 4 New radiators in my house, and were very professional putting down dust sheets and covering their shoes etc. They bled all the existing radiators and now the system works way better than before
