Pimms Plumbing and Heating Ltd

Richard did a great job relocating our washing machine to a new room + fixing a new bathroom tap. i will be recommending him to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.

We'd recommend Richard to everyone. Empathetic, friendly and pragmatic, he helped us out at really short notice and we couldn't be happier with his approach and the result.

Richard did a stellar job for us in July, we're so satisfied with our new bathroom! Where his work really stands out is with the tiling. The way the tiles were cut and grouted just look perfect and very elegant. When there was a problem with the item which we ordered, Richard took responsibility and co-ordinated the exchange. He is very precise, very conscientious & thorough and also very agreable and a good company. We shall definitely use his skills in the future with total confidence!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Rich installed a full bathroom refurbishment including wholesale reconfiguration of the plumbing, new floor, ceiling and joinery. Rich worked with us to ensure every detail was perfect from the concept design, right through to the finish, including adding many great ideas and bespoke items. We cannot recommend a better plumber/ craftsman/ designer out there, Pimm’s Plumbing can provide you the full works.

I can't recommend Richard Pimms Plumbing highly enough! Richard's commitment to service is unparalleled. He fitted our new bathroom, replaced our immersion heater, and installed an outside tap, all while ensuring we were never left without hot water. He worked late evenings and weekends, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The final invoice was always less than the quoted price, which was a welcome surprise. Richard’s work is not only top-notch and clean, but he also thinks about the usability of spaces, especially when fitting pipes in cupboards. He's the first person I'll call for any plumbing needs in the future!

Rich did an amazing job and manged to get to us ASAP after an urgent plumbing issue. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a plumber in the south London area!

We appointed Pimms Plumbing and Heating to re-plumb our house; new boiler, all copper pipework, unvented cylinder as well as installing a new bathroom. Richard has done an incredible job and we couldn’t be happier. His attention to detail and level of workmanship is outstanding, he has been really helpful in sharing advice at each step of the project too. On top of this he is a great guy, so If you’re looking for a plumber I can highly recommend Pimms Plumbing and Heating - you will not be disappointed!!

We could not be happier with Rich and the work he has done for us. We met with 10-15 plumbers initially, and Rich stood out by far. He was the most personable and friendly, and more importantly a very experienced and knowledgeable plumber. We hired Rich to re-plumb a very run down 5 bed property - which included installing 14 radiators, moving and installing a new boiler and cylinder, a new heating system, replacing the existing soil stack and more. Pretty much everything you could have done. We were so happy with him and the quality of his work that we also hired him to fit out a new bathroom straight away, and will hope to use him for the other bathrooms we fit in the property as well as the kitchen too. We can’t recommend him highly enough, he has made the project smooth with no stress at all, even when we changed our mind on tile sizes and specific bathroom placements / locations during the process. Here are a few of our highlights: Service: 10/10. Rich’s service is outstanding. Before we had even proceeded with the quote, Rich had already worked out the BTUs for the 14+ radiators in every room, had talked us through the specific boiler and cylinder system he would recommend, had explained the pipework in detail and much more. Throughout the process he was really patient and helpful, and advised us every step of the way which was invaluable. Quality of work: 10/10. Rich has fantastic attention to detail, and is dedicated to his work which is all finished to a really high quality finish. He takes a lot of pride and care in his work and really cares about his clients’ needs, going above and beyond the initial scope when needed to ensure the perfect finish and result. Nothing was too much of an ask, and he always cleaned up after of himself. Communication: 10/10. Rich was only a WhatsApp or phonecall away and had A* communication. Extra mile: 10/10. Throughout the whole process, Rich went the extra mile on many occasions. He undertook additional unforseen preparation work that was required (for example to level the ceiling or reinforce the floor) without any complaints. We discovered the existing bathroom ceiling was rotten and he had already ripped it out and installed a new one in no time. He also did us lots of favours when we weren’t on site, like taking in a delivery of a very large, heavy kitchen table and building a boxing in a bedroom that we needed doing before our plasterer could start work. Trustability: 10/10. When you’re trusting people in your (future) home when you’re not even on site yourself, finding the right person to trust is essential. We weren’t living in the property and went to site once or twice a week, so we had a key in a lockbox at the front door for Rich to use - he took the key out every morning and put it back in there every night, making sure every door was locked, windows closed and electricity off. Overall Rich is a very reliable, trustworthy & considerate individual with impeccable workmanship, knowledge and skill, and it has been a pleasure to work with him and have him on our project, so much so that we would now call him a friend. Thanks Rich!

At every step of the process Richard was absolutely brilliant. I was very inexperienced and unsure of what I wanted, so he helped on the design, sourcing of materials and guiding me through the process. He sent me links of materials and different ideas for the design and then sent through a full cad mock up image of what it will look like. During the fit he kept me up to speed of what was being done, and really involved me in the process from start to finish. He was reliable, stuck to deadlines, punctual and respectful. It could not have been a better experience and the quality of work is second to none. Could not speak higher of Richard, thanks so much and look forward to getting you round for the next job!

Highly recommend - responsive, great value and brilliant customer service!

Richard has been excellent to deal with for bathrooms and general plumbing jobs across London. He’s extremely efficient and his workmanship is high quality.

Would highly recommend Richard, he was thorough and very tidy, and the job was done to a great standard. Quoted a few options to suit budget vs spec and was very responsive throughout.

I recently hired Pimm’s Plumbing & Heating Ltd to replace a kitchen tap and some old pipe work in my kitchen. Richard was responsive and communicative in advance of the work, and transparent about costs and parts when quoting. I felt the price he quoted was very reasonable. When the kitchen tap arrived, Richard told me he was able to attend only a few days later and on the day itself arrived early. Richard was polite and professional throughout. He explained what he was doing while he did it, answered all my questions, and troubleshooted some unexpected issues that arose. He cleaned up after himself perfectly and even offered to follow up if I had any issues. I would highly recommend his services and have already asked him back to sort something else.

Richard did a full refit of my bathroom and did an amazing job! He was friendly and professional throughout. He had a great attention to detail and always kept me up to date with progress. Richard listened to exactly what I wanted and carried it out perfectly and within budget. Would highly recommend.

We used Pimms Plumbing when we ran into some issues with our boiler. Rich was so friendly, very professional and we haven’t had any problems since! Thanks so much!

Pimm’s installed a high level classically designed family bathroom in our grade one listed property. Expertly done, super tidy worker and totally professionally completed.

We are delighted with our new bathroom. I couldn’t recommend Pimm’s Plumbing highly enough. He was a hard working, skilful, reliable, conscientious plumber that completely transformed our bathroom. We used his design consultation services to help plan and procure materials that allowed us to have sophisticated and bespoke finish. We’ve already committed to using him for our toilet renovation upstairs!
