The old cold-water inlet pipe into my kitchen was leaking and Marc and his colleague fitted a new pipe with stopcock up from the side entry of the house. This involved excavating to expose the mains pipe (not straightforward since the pipe makes an unexpected detour around the wastewater manhole!) They worked expertly and to a high standard and I am very happy with the result.

Elite Utility services attended a water leak on my property advised me that the cheapest way to fix it would be to trace it using specialist equipment using gas. This they did it was under my driveway, they located and fixed the leak. Put the driveway back as it was before. They were tidy, courteous and kept the price to their quote. I would highly recommend them. 2 lovely guys, I wish them well and thank them for their work.

Marc moled and installed a new water supply pipe from the main stop valve to the inside of our house, following an external leak. Marc gave us a range of options to resolve this. Having recently installed a new kitchen, we were anxious about potential damage. However, there was no need for concern. Marc provided a first rate professional service throughout from initial inspection , installation, testing, and aftercare. His customer care is outstanding and we would high commend him.

Marc did a great job of replacing an old lead pipe that had sprung a leak in our front garden. He was really quick to respond to my enquiry and from initial contact to completion was just three days. Elite work. I had EUS out to install a new Water Service, Electric & WiFi cable for me, as we are having an annex built down the end of the garden! They used a moling machine which caused minimal disruption to my garden, you wouldn’t be able to tell they’ve been here. We had a longstanding leak somewhere underneath our driveway/side access, and it was just easier to have a new mains supply moled in. It was also the more assured/certain fix to the problem. I was given Elite Utility Solutions details by Thames Water and Marc was very straightforward and professional to deal with. I also wanted my internal stopcock to be relocated to the garage and he was able to do that as part of the job. He also reinstated any paved or concreted surfaces that were dug up to a good finish. We no longer have a leak, and I'm a very happy customer who can't recommend Elite highly enough.
