Our boiler and pump stopped working and we found Thomas on checkatrade. He came round very quickly and we had a diagnosis and repair in 2 hours so we were only cold for 1 night👍 We will use Unicorn 2000 again if we have anymore problems with our heating and servicing our boiler.

Thomasz and Artur came out on a Sunday to look at my broken down boiler. Diagnosed the problem quickly and returned the next day to install the parts, get the boiler up and running and carried out full maintenence on it. Was very happy with the service and will be using them again for future boiler servicing and repairs. I would recommend them over the likes of British Gas or Scottish Power - Unicorn 2000 are much more responsive and thorough.
Thomas from Unicorn repaired my commercial boiler and recently installed my new central heating system including new radiators all around in the flat The job was done quick and tidy. Unicorn 2000 installed a new Vaillant boiler for me. Very helpful, responsive, high standards and took care of the installation at short notice. I'd recommend Thomas and Vojtec.
Vojtec from Unicorn 2000 was very friendly and did a fantastic job diagnosing the mysterious issue with our dripping boiler - and on a Saturday too. He then sourced the parts we needed overnight and returned the next day at 09.00 to fix the problem, to minimise the time we were left without hot water. We were really delighted with this service! London prices for boiler fixes are horrendous but Unicorn is the only very reasonably priced service we have found. We plan to hire Unicorn 2000 again soon for a filter installation. Thank you very much we will continue to use your firm into the future!
