Absolute heroes of the day! I called Matty and Dior to fix several chronic leaks in my heating and in the kitchen waste pipes that had plagued my flat for years, alongside a suspected toilet leak. Let me tell you the whole story! When the plumbers arrived, they prepared to face standard water damage. Instead, tracing the source of the trouble led them beneath the bath — where the true culprit awaited. It wasn't a ruptured pipe, but a massive, decaying rat trapped in the dark. This is outside their professional area, but they managed the situation perfectly, removing the creature and sealing the entry holes. With the crisis resolved, they turned their attention back to the infrastructure. They repaired the minor leaks, optimized the boiler pipe layout, and installed a removable front panel beneath the bath to ensure any future mysteries could be intercepted immediately, without breaking tiles again. They left behind a secure flat, a functional drainage system, and a grateful resident, which is me :) They also diagnosed the problem with my boiler, and I’ll continue to use this service! Huge thanks for help, can't recommend you more! No water leaking out the pipes, no rats leaking in the flat!

He replaced a faulty wash basin stopper, installed a new shower, fixed a leaking toilet flush, and repaired our electric heated towel radiator, which was coming away from the wall by fitting new hooks. All the work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Matty is professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. I can't express how happy I am that the problem with my toilet was resolved looking like it never happened. Matt and Dior are simply professionals with high standard, knowing exactly what to do. No story or doubt. As I saw the inspection they did and their explanation of what to do I immediate knew I was in capable hands. They went even beyond the actual problem I called them for at no extra costs as they discovered previous poor quality work done that needed adjustment to prevent my problem reoccurring. They were so clean in hiw they work, cleaned up and vacuumed the place when they finished so much that It was difficult to think any work took place there. They are now my "Gs" in house solution. Good experience. Had an issue with a leak in my kitchen and a toilet that was intermittently blocked. Called at 10.30am. Matty and Dior and another colleague arrived by 1.30pm identified the issue quickly, showed me where the problem was, explained what they felt the solution was which made sense to me and then dealt with both issues quickly and efficiently and were done by 4pm. On top of that they were really friendly and polite. Yet to test it out but the workmanship was clearly better and more secure than the workmanship done by a previous plumber.

Had an issue with our shower screen which turned out to be caused by water ingress behind the tiles. Matty and Dior worked through the weekend, including Sunday, to resolve the issue, even though initially they'd thought works would take half a day. Pricing was fair, and communication really clear throughout. The quality of the work was to a high standard - would definitely recommend!

Dior provided an excellent service. I had a plumber install a bidet shower in my bathroom and he had done a super messy job with the pipe work and he had also left the access panel open promising to return back to fix this but he never did. This is where I called Dior who visited me on the same day I had called and he had walked me through the work needed to rectify. All the pipe work looks super clean and well organised now. Quite an untidy silicone finish to bathroom but was otherwise satisfied as provided good theories to leaks in bathroom. Very unhappy because they charged extra for materials and did not provide invoices despite requested multiple times. I think we were overcharged.

I needed an experienced Plumber and Builder but only wanted one person to do the very difficult job and complete it in one day . MATTY from Plumbing Alb was that person. He removed the very long very heavy Steele water and waste pipe leading from the top of the house to the ground .Then all of the stone wall behind the pipe needed to be rendered and damp proofed. Then he put up a new waste pipe leading to 3 toilets using top quality parts, Then he repaired the broken guttering at the top of the house and as a free extra cleaned out all the old guttering alongside the new guttering that he had just put up . The whole area below the pipe was cleaned up and everything looked great at the end of his long day !
