Hackney Plumb-IT

Responsive and quick. Vinny and his team fixed my concealed toilet cistern leak in ten minutes, without damaging any of the tiles. 11/10, thank you!

Efficient and friendly at a reasonable price. When I contacted Hackney and Islington plum-it, they responded quickly and were able to do the job very quickly. They were on time and did a good job, testing it afterwards to make sure it was plumbed in correctly.

Had the best experience with incredibly knowledgeable and personable plumbers. They came and immediately identified the problem and provided a solution while working with not the easiest neighbours. Real life savers! Would recommend!

Very professional team understood the issue and solved it quickly, we had 3 other plumbers come out and couldn’t solve it. They had it sorted in 45 minutes!

Really responsive, helpful and honest. Gave me advice on how to fix a leak under my sink rather than call them out and incur a charge unnecessarily.

Great service - helped me talk through issue on the phone and to establish issue lay within an area that was the freeholder's responsibility to fix. No nonsense and trustworthy. Recommend

Absolutely class from both brilliant job good communication too .

Incredible service. Fast, courteous and above all professional.

Highly recommend - attended to a cistern leak quickly and efficiently, reasonable pricing, and friendly guys!

Pete and Vinny came promptly, were very professional and solved the issue with our taps quickly and thoroughly. They were happy to walk me through their process, very helpful in explaining the issue and providing suggestions for prevention. I've already recommended them to everyone in my building who are having similar issues.

Prompt, courteous and did a great job for a great price.

I called Hackney Plumb-IT after discovering a leak coming from upstairs into my kitchen. They responded incredibly quickly and were able to come round on the same day. The plumber identified the issue straight away and resolved it efficiently. Throughout the whole process they were professional, communicative, and really easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

The plumber did a very professional job. He quickly identified the source of the leak and fixed it properly and neatly. Everything was handled efficiently and the work was carried out to a high standard. I would definitely recommend his services

Vinny helped me with a leaking radiator valve by patiently explaining what to do over the phone on speaker which resolved the problem. Brilliant service from an experienced plumber who is knowledgeable and kind and did not charge me anything for this time and expertise.

Really impressed with both Vinny & Pete. We wanted a dishwasher fitting into a small space in our flat. They came down to look at the job the day we enquired and got booked in for the next week once we had decided on the dishwasher. They got the job done around my schedule & in good time. Even cleaned up after themselves at the end & let me know they didn't use all the materials so deducted those off the quoted price. Efficient and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again!

Great service - really appreciate your help thank you!

Vinny provided a fair price and was very communicative. Would recommend.

Efficient, nice and on time! Would highly recommend.

Vinny offered a great service from beginning to end. His customer service is impeccable, he’s very professional and has great workmanship. He completed both jobs to a high standard. I would recommend him.

Hackney Plumb-it did a great job, they arrived on time, they were friendly and helpful, they did what was needed and were good value for money. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Everything Fast, Great and on Time!

First of all, I have to say this is one of the best services I have ever received in my life. He was very prompt with his response of getting back to us. When I told him about the problem, he asked to see it on video first. He could have just come down and charged us the full price of a call out but he asked to assess the situation first. After he saw it, he told me how I could fix it very easily. And just like that, my toilet flush was fixed. It took me all of about 20 seconds to fix. He was very honest, very helpful, and he did not have to take that time out to help me. He could have just come down, fixed it himself in 20 seconds, and taken the full money. I respect someone who knows what they are doing, knows what they are talking about, and is willing to help someone without always trying to benefit to the maximum. He deserves more than 5 stars, but that is the maximum I can give. Excellent service, THAMK YOU!!!

Really good service and would definitely recommend. Responded quickly to our leaky power shower and later replaced it. Great to deal with and went above and beyond by helping me move a delivery too

hackney plumb-it generously helped us with a small diy task at no charge :) . they took time to talk us through the process step by step over the phone, and sent us a possible solution, even though we’ve never worked with them before. would definitely recommend. thank you, hackney plumb-it!

Vinny and his colleague were fantastic. They came out the same day and fixed my blocked sink and washing machine. Really friendly service and great communication. I would absolutely recommend them.

From the moment I got in touch, their responsiveness was exceptional – they replied quickly, scheduled a visit without delay, and kept me updated throughout. The plumber arrived exactly on time, was incredibly professional, polite, and clearly knew their stuff. They diagnosed the issue straight away, explained everything clearly, and completed the job efficiently and to a really high standard. The pricing was also refreshingly fair and transparent – excellent value for the level of service and expertise provided. It’s rare to find a local tradesperson who’s this reliable, honest, and easy to deal with. I’ll definitely be using Hackney Plumb–IT again and recommending them to anyone needing plumbing work done in Hackney.

Vinny fitted an outside tap for us. Quick and clear communication before the job and very reasonable price for the labour and excellent quality of work. So good to know a reliable local plumber.

I asked for him to come out and repair my boiler, due to an error message and no hot water. Instead of coming to the property and charging me for a repair, he told me how to resolve the problem myself (at no cost). I can’t imagine another plumber being so honest! Thank you for such integrity!

Quick same day turnaround, knowledgable and friendly service. Recommend

Absolute champ. I was on holiday when a leak occured at a tenanted property. Hackney Plumb-IT came promptly, identified and resolved the issue, and at a cracking price. Glad I came across him and regret having called a well known brand with fancy number plates first who did not identify or solve the issue. Hackney Plumb-IT solved it all without disturbing my holiday in a day!

Gave me some plumbing advice for free that saved me a call-out charge. Top bloke!

Brilliant company! Quick response even on a Sunday afternoon - brilliant advice and everything explained step by step. Very helpful and pleasant - saved the day :) Will definitely be back for any future plumbing work! Thanks again!

Really fast and top quality service at a good price! Very friendly too, would highly recommend!

I recently hired a plumber to fit a new kitchen tap and shower, as well as a gas engineer to do a gas safety check and fix the thermostat in my home. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and professionalism displayed by both individuals. The plumber was thorough and efficient in fitting the new kitchen tap and shower. They offered great advice on the best products to use and ensured that everything was working perfectly before they left. The new fixtures have greatly improved the functionality and aesthetic of my kitchen and bathroom. The gas engineer was equally impressive, conducting a comprehensive gas safety check and promptly fixing the thermostat. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and the necessary repairs. I now have peace of mind knowing that my gas appliances are safe and operating efficiently. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by the plumber and gas engineer. Both individuals were professional, courteous, and skilled in their respective trades. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing or gas work. Thank you for a job well done!
