On initial communication I was asked specific questions to confirm the issue and model meaning an initial call out wasn’t needed. 3 days later it was fitted quickly with all mess fully cleaned. I’m absolutely delighted with the work Arman has done for me. To begin with, I lost all heating and hot water . He managed to do a temporary fix as I needed a new boiler ( mine was old! ) . He returned a few days later to replace the boiler , incredibly professional , knowledgeable and efficient. Once the boiler was installed he left the kitchen spotless too. Arman came to repair a fault in heating system, he is so punctual and polite, he identified the problem so quick as it was a blockage in central hearing system and fixed it. I'm really satisfied with the service that I recived and highly recommend Arman.
