I used Highflow this winter for a complete bathroom renovation, which was complicated by the fact that we live abroad, so many of the decisions were made over the phone or via WhatsApp. I couldn't be more satisfied with Billy's professionalism and courtesy. The bathroom turned out beautifully, and I appreciated Billy's advice. I highly recommend Highflow for both small jobs and more complex renovations. A special mention also goes to Chantelle, who helped with communication and submitting the documentation. Thanks again.

Really quick service, prompt response, turned up on time, fixed our boiler problem just before Christmas and we don’t need to call him again till now. Impressive! Gas safe registered to rest assured.

I have 70's airflow heating system and is difficult to find someone who can service and repair it. I contacted Highflow and I had it repaired same day. Customer service is fantastic and Billy the engineer is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We was recommended highflow from a friend who had there bathroom renovated from them. The process was very simple and quick, we called and spoke with kevin who was extremely knowledgeable on what we needed doing and booked us in. Bill turned up at the time we agreed to and got on with the job instantly, within a few hours our old boiler was gone and new one put in! He cleaned up the work surface and surrounding area and spent some time after showing us how to use the portable thermostat. We will 100% be using highflow again in the near future to renovate our bathroom and any plumbing needs if they occur...

Billy did a great job fixing our underfloor heating. Rarely these days do you experience people with the knowledge and expertise to actually repair components, but that’s what Billy did. Instead of just replacing the component he was able to repair it with a spare part that he carried in the van, all in quick time! Will definitely continue to be a regular for servicing and any other heating work!

Can't rate this company enough, I got offered a same day appointment (I couldn't make that so came next day) issue was tested and fixed within the hour. Billy was a lovely guy who didn't mind all my questions and peering over his shoulder! Highly recommended

The trio of father daughter in Law and son makes an exceptional team. The cheerful Billy is a professional gas engineer with a very keen eye to details. They brought in samples to choose from. Gave practical ideas to finish the job better. In the end a good job done. Highly recommended.

Overall timeframe for job completion very fast for an emergency job for an elderly/vulnerable relative - would highly recommend the team/company.

Highflow Heating & Plumbing Limited completed an excavation/upgrade of gas pipes and supply/installation of a new boiler for our property earlier this month and I have been very impressed with their service from start to finish. Probably the most proactive, attentive, helpful and quick-to-respond engineer company I have engaged with. Communication never failed during the procurement process, project planning to completing the work. The excavation and boiler installation came up against a few unexpected snags and they worked incredibly hard to complete the work to a high standard. The aftercare was excellent and they were attentive to queries I had following installation. Worth every penny and I can highly recommend this company.

I contacted Highflow Heating and Plumbing through Local Heroes because I had a leak in the boiler and the pressure going up, the engineer gave us a quotation to change two big parts of the boiler, being £270 (labour) + £296 (parts) + VAT. I wasn’t happy with that quotation so I called another company that fixed these problems for a fraction of this price in just over half an hour, changing a nut, adding pressure to the expansion vessel and bleeding the radiators. Highflow Heating and Plumbing ONLY quoted the replacement of the whole parts, not giving the option to decide if I wanted to repair, if I have a flat tire or a puncture on my car, do I have to change it? I'd like to decide whether I want to change it or fix and inflate it, and I still had to pay £90 for a quotation that I don’t consider honest.

More than happy to recommend High Flow. From the initial design through to the final installation of my bathroom they have been professional and hard working. I'm very pleased with the sparkling new bathroom. Happy to give stars.

I am very disapointed with high flow services. My boiler was making strange sounds and I called them out on Saturday. Due to no availability we agreed a visit on Monday but I was not informed at all of the £80 call out fee! After the inspection they insisted I needed a new gas valve, yet they were very vague in explaining what was the issue which left me suspicious. I decided to call another engineer at no inspection fee, and he concluded there was no problem with the gas valve, and fixed my boiler right away. High Flow did not perform a proper check, did not identify the real issue, capped off my boiler and send me in a goose chase for a gas valve at the price range of £400!! They left me without heating in the winter with two kids...I would never recommend High Flow, zero professionalism and scamming people! Stay away...
