Purbeck Heating & Electrical Ltd is described by reviewers as helpful and professional, with several reporting quick response to heating and boiler problems, including same-day visits. One reviewer said a boiler fault and spares were explained and itemised, and another said a large pipe and boiler job was done with attention to detail and a neat finish. Cleanliness and tidiness were noted, including no mess in a confined space and a tidy repair. A couple of reviewers praised communication about the work, such as outlining actions and keeping a customer informed while abroad. One reviewer considered the quoted parts prices reasonable and the day rate excellent.
These guys are brilliant. Tristan and Callum are always polite, punctual and professional. I called PHE during the summer to rectify a fault on my Hive central heating App; Callum visited, understood a boiler service and identified an ongoing fault. He outlined the actions required, itemised the spares required and understook a follow-up visit as agreed. The prices quoted for parts were very reasonable, and his day rate is excellent. Thank you Tristan & Callum for your expertise - Best in Purbeck! See you again soon
Fantastic, knowledgeable company. Prompt and supportive. Work carried out professionally and personably, with no mess in a confined space and with ageing pipework! A go-to company for all plumbing needs. Thank you!
Great service always super helpful and a joy to deal with
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Radiators weren't working. Tristram was with us within an hour! Fixed the problem quickly. Could not ask for a better service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and tidy. If you've got a problem with your boiler, then look no further.
Can’t recommend more highly. My mother’s heating went whilst I was working abroad and Tristan came the same day and went above and beyond to support her getting it sorted. He was professional and his team sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. An absolute gem of a local business. Will be recommending to everyone. Thank you!
Great job of repairing leak under sink.arrived a day earlier than expected, couldn't ask for better service.
Had problem with boiler while down in Swanage.Boiler fixed same day.First class service for static caravan problem.
Excellent service. Highly recommended.
Great company. Would definitely recommend
After a very damaging water leak in a heating pipe under our concrete floor, we asked Purbeck Heating to install a new boiler and re-route all central heating and water service pipes through the attic to every room. They carried out the work with enormous attention to detail, giving a very neat and unobtrusive finish. Boiler worked well too!
