I contacted Wentworth Moling Services about a leak on my mains water supply pipe. Neil was friendly and helpful on the phone, explaining the process to me and having a look at some photos to check what needed doing. He gave me confirmed costs for the work, and answered all of my questions. Ryan and Gary arrived on time on the day and got to work sorting it out. They found the leak quickly, explained the options to me, fixed everything up and made nice where they'd been digging. Cheerful attitudes and professionalism all round, from the team in the office to the guys doing the repairs. Would definitely recommend using Wentworth.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely brilliant service! We discovered a leak on our driveway between the water meter and the house, so we called Neil, and Keith was at our door within 45 minutes. He got to work straight away, dug up the driveway and repaired the burst pipe. Neil also sent us video footage clearly showing the damaged pipe gushing water, which was really helpful. Everything was cleaned and restored so well afterwards that you genuinely wouldn’t know the driveway had ever been dug up! Fast, professional and reliable service—I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Wentworth Moling truly went above and beoynd for us. We had been having a dreadful expereince. We had a leak in the front garden but we could not find the mains stopcock in the verge in front of the house. (We had seen it a few years back but soil and growth had covered it). We had South East Water out to locate it but to no avail. They did not have a map even of our water pipes. We tried looking for it ourselves of course and were digging up the verge. We had the gardener on the case too. This went on for nearly a fortnight. And then we thought to call Waterlink who suggested we look for a Watersafe company to come more quickly than they could. I spoke to Neil who had Dave come over. Dave used his intelligence (as the rest of us didn't) and thought to look at Google Earth/ maps. He saw pictures from when SE Water installed the smart meter. There were blue markings on the kerb edging. We were able to locate the stopcock at the blue mark. Hurrah! This meant that we were able to get on with detecting the point of the leak and getting it repaired. Dave spent a good hour with us without any payment at all, looking for the stopcock and discussing options. The firm truly deserves this 5* star review. Thank you!
I cannot recommend Wentworth Moling highly enough for anyone in the Surrey area. We called them out to investigate a potential leak, and the entire experience was so positive from start to finish. Cher in the front office was an absolute delight to deal with—so friendly, prompt with communication, and made booking the appointment with the technician stress-free. When Keith the technician arrived, he was thorough, highly skilled, and above all, completely honest about what he found. Wentworth Moling replaced leaking lead pipes under my printed concrete driveway. The service from my first interaction with Neill to sign-off and payment has been nothing short of excellent. Neill talked me through the process after viewing my property on Google maps and via photos & videos I sent. A quote was received quickly after our initial discussion (extremely competitive compared to other quotes received) and a date for the work booked in soon thereafter. The team arrived on-time and completed the work within half-a-day. The entire area was left clean & tidy and they did an excellent job to match the printed pattern on the driveway. The team at Wentworth have been great. Had my house replumbed last year. The only pipe I didn't replace was the mains to the street as it ran under the garage. Discovered a leak from the old stop cock with no access. I thought I would have to dig a large trench to replace through the garage and driveway. Sent a video and the team at Wentworth looked at the issue immediately, gave advise and offered their moling service solution. The team on site were excellent and efficient. 2 large holes dug on the driveway and a couple of hours later the problem was fixed and driveway put back as if no one had been there, all at a very reasonable price. If you are worried about your water mains pipe it's worth giving them a call!

Absolutely great. As soon asI had contacted WMS, I was asked to provide a video of the route of the existing service which had failed. I had a fully detailed quote within the day, and the work was carried out within one week to the agreed schedule and cost. The site was left clean and tidy and a Certificate of compliance issued. Great to know there are competent companies around, and this company definitely deserves top marks.
Wentworth Moling were excellent from start to finish. We had a job in Reading that no other moling or water utility company was willing to take on, or could only schedule weeks later, and we were in an emergency situation. They were easy to deal with, friendly, and very professional throughout. The team arrived early in the morning and had everything completed before lunchtime, which was impressive given the complexity of the job. The quality of the work was outstanding. I contacted Wentworth for advice about a burst supply pipe and as soon as I spoke to Cher she reassured me and talked me through the process. She arranged for Dave to come to my home the very same day who assessed the situation and the work was booked in for a few days later. Cher kept in touch with me prior to the work being done which I appreciated. Nathan and Kieran were punctual, cheerful and polite. They worked tirelessly to complete the job which was quite a task - the pipe had to be moled in through two neighbouring gardens and the conditions weren’t great. They finished the work before the quoted time (which saved me money!) and left everything neat and tidy. I am so impressed with Wentworth - the team spirit is fantastic! I used Wentworth Moling Services yesterday to install a new water main under my printed concrete driveway into my house in preparation for rennovation works internally. From the initial contact with Neil to the final sign off with Dave, the service from Wentworth Moling Services was truly excellent. The advice from Neil on the initial contact was clear and accurate and a quote was able to be provided from just a video of the run from the water meter in the road to the stop cock in the house, within the hour from intial contact. I had to sought permission from my neighbour to access on their front lawn, and once granted, booked the job to be completed. On the day of the works, Ryan, James and Gary arrived promptly at 0800hrs (as agreed) and wasted no time in starting the job. The job was originally booked in for two days due to the expected works from the video I supplied, but upon inspection on site it was realised that not as much work was required. Ryan contacted Dave to confirm this and then Dave spoke to me saying that two days would not be required and that the original quote could be reduced by a day, which was a substantial saving to say the least! This alone really stands out as a great/honest company to deal with as they could have just kept the job the same value and charged me accordingly, I wouldn't have known either way. The guys then cracked on making the relevant holes etc for the mole to do its job and by lunchtime, they were cleaned up and done! Can't thank Wentworth Moling Services enough for the work and I wouldn't hesitste in recommending their services, especially for the fact we havent had to dig the driveway up! I just wanted to say that Wentworth moling are FANTASTIC. My first contact was with Dave who told me all about what would happen on the day. The guys turned up even in the dreadful weather conditions and were excellent - I am a bit of a worrier and they talked me through the process and explained everything as they did the job. I couldn't recommend them enough. After the job was done I had to contact them to ask them to confirm the depth they had molled as I live in a property with a residents committee that wanted to know the inside leg measurements - the information was supplied straight away - well done Dave and the gang - 10 stars.
Excellent service from the first interaction. I had to install a new water main pipe and the entire team has helped me massively from the beginning, answering all the questions I had regarding the process (and helping where they could). The works done at home have been outstanding knowing the difficulty of the job they had to do. The team was meticulous and went the extra mile to make sure all was completed in a excellent standards. These Guys were Just Amaazzzinng!... We have had a water leak for over a year and Ryan and Gary came to install a new water pipe into our home. I had my water pipe replaced yesterday by the guys and they did such a fantastic job. The work was done within one day, they had to dig up tarmac, concrete and paving slabs, all of which were returned to how they looked that morning. From pricing up the job to booking the job in was so quick and efficient, they emailed, phoned and whatsapped me so that I could communicate back in my preferred choice. I cannot recommend them enough!
I can strongly recommend Wentworth Moling. They have excellent work ethics, are very reliable, punctual and go out of their way to help. We had a major leak which required moling under our driveway. It was a stressful time, but Cher in the office calmed the situation down for us. Keith and his team did the repair very efficiently and cleaned up once the work was completed.

Called the Wentworth guys last week and they fitted us in straight away to upgrade our old water supply to accommodate a new Combi boiler. The engineers turned up as agreed, were polite, friendly and got straight on with the job. All in all would highly recommend 👍

I used Wentworth Moling Services to dig a trench with ducting in my garden as a prep-work to have a EV charger set up on my driveway. From the initial conversation with Neil to the delivery by an excellent team of 3 (Nathan, Jordan and Ciaran), everything went very smoothly. Neil is extremely professional and transparent and took the time to call me on a regular basis to check in and provide some reassurance on the work. And the delivery team turned up on the day perfectly on time and delivered exactly what was agreed. I would highly recommend this company and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

On the day, they arrived on time and were professional and efficient. I could not believe how fast they managed to dig two holes and mole through 10 odd meters to install the new water mains pipe. Exceptional service from start to finish. Amazing response to my initial enquiry when I had no idea how to solve the problem with the mains pipe and then Dave turned up. His knowledge is fantastic and he knew exactly what the issue was straight away. Not only did Dave and his team fix the problem quickly and earlier than scheduled he also dealt with our management company which believe me would not have been easy and liaised with the owner of the flat below to gain access through his kitchen. From my first call for a quote the customer service was excellent. I was able to get a quote quickly and with little hassle. On the day of the work being carried out the team arrived promptly at the agreed time and were very polite and friendly. The main engineer was very knowledgeable and took me through the work to be carried out before starting giving me confidence a good job would be done. Upon completion everything was put back to how it was before and I was given time to test that there was a difference in water pressure and address any issues I may have had. The invoice and certificate were recieved promptly thereafter via email and I was able to complete payment over the phone. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work carried out and the new pipe has clearly made a difference to the water pressure in the house.
After a speedy response to my initial enquiry, they provided a quote as soon as I was able to give them a video of the water main to be replaced. The appointment was booked promptly, their guys arrived when expected and the job was completed quickly with a minimum of fuss, despite an unexpected hitch. The site was left clean and tidy and my block-paved driveway looked as it was before they started. Another company was quoting slightly less, but were slow to respond and never came back with a definite figure for the work. Highly recommended.

Great company, highly recommend them! They relaid my failed alkathene water main all the way from the roadside to my boiler cupboard - involving a circuitous route of over 40m and traversing a ditch, two lawns, a driveway, a wall, a sewer and storm drain, an electric supply and a concrete back yard in the process. Dave gave me a very sharp quote which he stuck to; Keith and his team were totally professional and good humoured, indeed cheerful, even in the face of sleet and heavy rain and they inspired confidence throughout. Lawns were restored to 'wouldn't know they'd been there' standard. All in all, I am one very happy customer. And I don't have water running down my driveway any more!
Brilliant company! I discovered on Saturday morning that I needed to replace the old water main under my driveway. After a quick Google search, I phoned Dave Saturday afternoon and his team, James and Nigel, turned up on Tuesday to carry out the works. The guys were brilliant - got the job done quickly with no fuss. They were polite and respectful and cleaned up afterwards - you wouldn't know they had been! Turned up on time. Worked all day went above and beyond for 82 year old mother. Respected her property. Cleaned everything up. Took away rubble. Left as they found it. Would not of even known they had been there. Highly recommend their services. Well worth the money
Very happy with the service provided. The survey was done remotely using WhatsApp to send over some photos, a video, and using Google street view. The crew that turned up for the job were extremely friendly and didn't even have to lift up any of my wooden flooring. My cold water flow rate has pretty much doubled and I am no longer getting water through the old lead pipes, so there is also a health benefit to having this done. I would definitely recommend this company.
Wentworth Moling were engaged to install a new shared pipe to six houses, the old pipe having failed in several under-floor places. It was far from a straightforward job. Dave thoroughly assessed the site before providing a quote at a very fair price, and his team turned up exactly on time to start work. Throughout the three days they were friendly, cheerful, hard-working and professional. The job was completed on-time and the site left clean, with all making-good carried out to a very good standard. Although , in the end, we didn't require their services, it was their combined help and free advice which ultimately found a solution to a water pressure issue . Replaced 50m of cold water supply under drive. Job turned out to be much more problematic than anticipated - buried rebar concrete etc. Wentworth kept to an agreed price, and completed the job. Recommended.

I wanted to run a water mains pipe to a garage at the bottom of my garden, but didn't fancy digging a trench as my garden had alot of slabs. I came across moling on the internet so I contacted Wentworth Moling who came along, installed a new water pipe and were finished in 6 hrs. They left everything so tidy after finishing I could hardly tell they had been here. They are also cheaper than every other moling company I came across. Definitely, recommend

Cannot fault this company at all. We had to add a new water feed to a property covering a distance of some 50m encompassing widely differing levels and soil types, garden walls, a stream and a metal holding plate and knew it was going to be difficult. Dave took it all his stride and came up with a plan that was executed perfectly by Keith and his gang. Nothing was too much trouble despite the difficult terrain using huge amounts of skill, experience, equipment and people to get the job done within a tight schedule. Not only was the pipe laid and connected it came in well below the quotes provided by the water company saving thousands of pounds. A very professional company! We hired this company to replace our lead main water pipe. They arrived on time. The staffs were very polite and patiently explained what they were going to do to our neighbour. The whole process was smooth. We are very happy about their service.
I had a lead main upgrade. Very impressed from start to finish. The guys on the day arrived when they said, very polite to the neighbours and did a great job. We had a problem after with pressure the next day which turned out to be a failure of Affinity waters infer structure. However Dave came out straight away to investigate and offered to do whatever was necessary to help solve the issue, even though it wasn’t their fault. So after service was second to none. Well done.
This company were great. I found them on the internet and read the reviews. All the reviews were positive and I also found this to be true. Dave handled my enquiry very well, I needed a new water main from my property boundary to inside the house, Dave gave me the confidence that this was the company to use and the price was reasonable. Keith, Kyle and Dillon came to do the job and were very professional. When they left, there was no evidence that they had been, they even provided the entry from outside to inside the property, where after the plumber took over to connect to my mains inside. Dave also recommended a plumber that they use, so everything went off smoothly. Would recommend these guys. Well done lads.
I had a lead pipe into my property. I wanted it replaced with the least amount of hassle. Wentworth were able to do this quickly and in a short amount of time with no fuss or mess even managed to avoid damage to our hedges at the front of our property. Their quotes were in-line with other companies, their customer service was great.

Dave was a pleasure to deal with- He and Wentworth Moling Services took my parents through a very thorough initial consultation having previously been burnt by other cowboy repair companies. Dave made them feel at ease during every step of the process and allayed any fears and reservations that they might have had. The work was then carried out quickly and on the exact times as promised to the highest standards (replacing the pipework linking my parents' home to the main water supply). His pricing was very fair and we would completely trust Wentworth's services in future for similar type of work regardless of complexity.
This time yesterday half my drive was dug up, the paving slabs along the side of the house, part of my decking and there was a large grave size hole in my lawn. Today, the mains water leak has been fixed. All new pipes, and you would never know! I can’t recommend Dave and his team highly enough. They are courteous, knowledgeable and dealt swiftly with an unforeseen problem that arose as well.
I couldn't recommend Wentworth Moling highly enough. They turned up on time, and we were sorted within 3.5 hours on a forecast of it being a 1 day job. The speed 5 holes were dug was immense, and having been concerned about 2 holes in our terrace, you wouldn't know they had been here. Really great service. We had an outdoor main valve blow a couple of days before Xmas and Wentworth were very responsive and sorted the problem in a very short space of time. Tidy and polite, we’d definitely use them again
Replaced my water supply pipe. Was very helpful in organising a date to fit around my building works. The gang who did the job were friendly, efficient and did an excellent job.
This was a small but potentially difficult job which necessitated Dave to carry out an initial survey. On the day, the team arrived before time and having assessed the work started immediately. The new water pipe was laid from the external stop tap to the internal stop tap without any joins and the ground reinstated. Keith and the team were very polite, worked hard and I cannot speak highly enough of them. An extremely professional group that could be thoroughly recommended.

The old water mains pipe had a leak and needed replacing. Firstly, the customer service from Dave in communicating promptly, providing a quote and answering my questions was excellent. When I needed to replace the lead pipe supplying my house, Dave gave me the best feeling of confidence that he knew what was required and would do a good job. I'm glad to say my instinct was right! Very tidy, efficient, courteous and friendly service (thanks Keith & Lee!) and great attention to detail - the water was only off for a few minutes and everything was left neat and tidy and working perfectly. I needed a new water supply for a new system boiler being installed, as the flow and pressure were insufficient from existing supply. Spoke to Wentworth Moling Services after google search, found them to be the most professional in their approach compared to the other 2 moling companies I spoke to. Wentworth, whilst not the cheapest, were very reasonable on prices and I went with them as they gave me the most reassurance in terms of how the job would be carried out. Wentworth stated the job would take a day, had 3 men turn up who completed the job in half a day, and left the driveway as they found it. repairing any holes they had made for the moling machine. Would happily recommend.
I needed to have a new water supply pipe fitted since i had a leak within my boundary. Dave from Wentworth Moling gave me a price over the phone and than took the trouble to come and see me to get a proper idea of the work required. Was given a date when the work would be done and the guys were at my house for 8am to start. Did a fantastic job and left my front garden how they found it. Would definitely use again.

After two weeks without water we turned to Wentworth Moling who had a new water pipe installed quicker than expected and were cheaper than other quotes. Wentworth Moling Services provided me with an extremely professional service. I had a long and complicated job to install new underground water pipes to a large house and cottage on my property, due to extreme lack of water pressure. It was a pleasure dealing with Dave and his team, Keith, Lee and Gary. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very competitively priced. They kept me informed at all steps of the process and found solutions to any hurdles that were encountered during what was a fairly difficult job. The results of their efforts have been fantastic and we now have great water pressure plus additional stand pipes in our garden. They were clean, tidy, helpful and nothing was too much of a problem for them. They reinstated my driveway and garden after the moling process to an extremely high standard, it was difficult to see that they had even been there! An excellent company who I would have no hesitation in recommending.
Great experience working with these guys. Dave was very thorough in the quote, going through what needed to be done and how they'd go about it. Keith and Lee came in, did the job and put everything back the way they found it surprisingly quickly and I wouldn't know they'd been at all except that we now have water again.

Dave and his team have undertaken three sets of work within the Ashley Park Private Estate. They moled under drives to insert conduit for BT and under the road to install a conduit for three phase electricity. The tidy up was excellent.
