Zak came out to investigate a fault code on our boiler and recommended a full service to make sure everything was working safely and efficiently. We went ahead with the service, and he completed the job professionally and efficiently, explaining everything clearly along the way. After a poor experience with a previous plumber, it was so reassuring to know the boiler has now been serviced properly. Zak was reliable, knowledgeable, and took great care with his work.
