PQ Plumbers Ltd

Used a few times now. Highly positive experience each time. My go to for any plumbing related issues

I have used this company for many years both for buy to let properties and our own home, They have never let me down once and always offer a first rate service for a decent price. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Really quick, professional service. Work finished to very high standard and good communication throughout. Highly recommended.

I have used PQ Plumbers Ltd on a number of occasions, from having a cloakroom refitted to most recently, having my bathroom 'future-proofed'. This involved discussing my needs with Paul Queripel, and having the benefit of his trusted advice. His company is the epitome of a professionally run business. I would also add that the skilled plumber who carried out the work was courteous, punctual and respectful.

First Class service. we discussed my requirements and PQ plumbers made very good suggestions. Installation was very professional and tidy. We were very pleased with the whole job.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Highly recommend

A really efficient experience. Paul is very responsive and has made things straightforward for me on two occassions. Would definitely reccomend!

I would highly recommend this business. We struggled to even get others to quote/turn up, but we spoke to Paul and he was so helpful. Basically we had a split shower tray, that tray repairers had told us it was not repairable. Unfortunately for us the tray was tiled in! Paul came and looked, he also spotted that our grout lines had started to crack, and said that there is likely moisture behind as a result. We ended up going backwards and forwards (nightmare customers!!) with added and removing bits from the quote. Paul was very patient, and all of this was done with no quibble. Once we agreed a start date that was quick, Paul and Karl turned up. Paul effectively handed the job over to Karl, but made sure he knew what we had wanted etc. Karl was nice and clearly very competent. My wife only uses trades people that “she gets a good feeling about” and both Karl and Paul passed this test! The shower has been completed to the spec we had agreed.it was quick and is fantastic quality/workmanship. Place was left tidy after, and fantastic communication. You honestly couldn’t ask for more. They made good suggestions along the way, like adding the tray onto a plinth so it doesn’t crack again (or risk cracking), risks of removing and reinstalling the door etc. all billed as agreed with no surprises. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough, and a bonus they are both family men.

Upgraded to a powerful fan in the bathroom , we are very pleased with the outcome . Many thanks to Alex who installed it.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work carried out by PQ Plumbers. Such a friendly, hard working and professional service. It is apparent how passionate they are about their work, always making sure you are left with the highest finish. The bathrooms they fitted were not always straight forward but they have excellent problem solving skills. We will definitely be using PQ plumbers again!

PQ Plumbers refitted our en-suite a few years ago and we've never had any issues. Always polite and take the time to explain the problem, since then they have become our go-to plumber for all occasions. High standard of work and responsive to any queries.

Work carried out to a high standard at the price quoted. Good communication from initial inquiry through to completion of work. Would recommend.

I cannot recommend PQ Plumbers enough. Paul was extremely helpful throughout the process answering emails and questions and helping us choose the right fittings and giving guidance. On the day our plumber Karl was exceptional, super tidy and the work was incredibly good. We had a new sink and tap Install and a new heated towel rail and once he'd left you wouldn't have known he'd been in the bathroom it was spotless. Recommend highly to anyone needing plumbing services of any kind.

Paul and his team did a complete bathroom refurbishment on our Edwardian home. I cannot recommend PQ Plumbers enough. Importantly to me, Paul's communication was concise and efficient. He listened carefully to our requirements and as a result, we got exactly what we had invisaged. Paul was able to make recommendations based on the age of our property and kept us up to date on the work throughout. The work was completed quickly and they even hoovered up after themselves! The finish on the bathroom is very precise (and I am quite the perfectionist!). Nothing was too much work for Paul and the team, and we are very happy with the end result. Thank you!

Good communication from initial query to work completion. All questions I had were answered promptly. Work has been carried out to a high standard. All in all one happy customer!

We have used PQ Plumbers twice now, the first time for a complete bathroom renovation and then to replace our boiler and a couple of radiators. They did such a good job with the bathroom that we didn’t hesitate to go back when we decided to have the boiler done. Both times Paul was very professional, friendly and helpful, going through all the options and discussing what would suit us best. The guys who completed the work were also very professional, tidy and did a great job. We were more than happy to leave a key with them so they could come and go while we were at work. We can’t recommend PQ Plumbers highly enough and will definitely be using them again in the future for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you Paul for everything you have done for us!

Excellent work by Paul and Karl. Not only were we really impressed with the final result, but they kept us informed and were available for advice/input along the way from the quotation to the final invoice. Clear communication, friendly, professional and polite at all times. The potential stress of having no bathroom for 2 weeks was minimised and we are thrilled with the result. Would highly recommend.

Super service , professional from start to finish, great company and very happy with the work carried out.

PQ Plumbers did an amazing job on our Bathroom. Paul was so considerate and helpful when giving us quotes for the work which wanted done, he then kept in touch and and was always on hand to answer questions. Karl completed the work on our bathroom and he was so lovely and did a brilliant job. Everything was finished to the highest standard and again was happy to answer any questions I had and even completed some extra bits we forgot about for us. I would highly recommend PQ plumbers and will definitely be using them again.

PQ plumbers were brilliant from start to finish. Came over to check the work that needed doing and offered a fair quote. They were able to supply and install the same week as the initial consultation. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Will be using them for future!

Top service from PQ Plumbers. Completed a bathroom refurb, and heating system upgrade with new boiler. From start to finish Paul and his team were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend.

1st class service, very professional. Highly recommend

I have no hesitation in recommending PQ Plumbers. We’ve used them many times in recent years and have always found the quality of their work to be excellent and Paul to be very reliable.

Great service from PQ Plumbers who fitted a new under sink water heater for me. Very efficient, took away the old one and I was able to pay online. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Paul has been prompt with communication and completing the works which included putting in a new shower. He has been very reliable and the works completed is of a very good standard. I highly recommend him and his company

These guys were fantastic. Quick response times, great communication, well priced, professional and great service. I highly recommend!

Paul and his team come highly recommended. PQ plumbers are reliable and trustworthy. Paul gave us really sound advice early on when we were still deciding on a bathroom layout. We never felt they were trying to upsell us, but genuinely help us design a bathroom with our young family in mind. They were always tidy and friendly whilst working. We are so pleased with our new bathroom.

P Q Plummers fitted a complete new bathroom for me about 6 weeks ago it is lovely .the workmen Karl . Shaun and Paul are all lovely .they were always courteous and professional.couldnt fault them would certainly recommend this company

] can thoroughly recommend PQ plumbing. Very quick to respond when we had a problem.Very professional and work is of a high standard. I would definitely use in the future...

This is the 3rd time we have used PQ Plumbers for bathroom issues. They are very reliable and respond very quickly. The work carried out has always been to a very high standard and we have been more than pleased. I have never had to wait long for the works to start which is a bonus. The last job was undertaken within a few days of my initial enquiry/contact. I would highly recommend.

Paul and his team are our first point of call for any plumbing/gas/electrical work on our home and we have no reservations in recommending them to others. The quality of the work is great, but what we've most appreciated is the level of communication with Paul, which has taken so much of the stress out of the process.
