I was so impressed with Jamie and Ryan. They were such nice guys and went over and above to get the job done within the timescales we needed for my Dad. They replaced a stopcock, a shower unit and did some tiling. Absolutely top notch job and really reasonably priced too. Highly recommend these guys. 5 stars!!

Used this firm to do my bathroom refit and found them very polite and there work was of a very high standard Ben and Ryan made sure that all are needs where carried would definitely recommend and would used them again

Jamie and ryan ripped my old bathroom out and replaced it with a new one, couldn't fault there work. Would highly recommend Jamie and his team.

Fantastic service, prompt, good contact and so friendly and efficient. I used them for my dad's water heater but we will also be using them going forward for our future needs too. Ryan was very professional and told me what the issue was and the plan to fix it and within an hour and a half it was all done.

Can’t rate Newsman’s high enough. We had an issue with our boiler very late on a Saturday. We got in touch with Jamie who was on his way home to Southampton. He immediately turned around and came to Ferring where upon arrival quickly identified the problem, got the part and it was resolved. He was professional and respectful to us and our property. Newmans plumbing and heating, we’ve found absolutely brilliant from installation of a complete central heating system, and a complete bathroom suite corner shower, sink, toilet, the workman’s ship is truly fantastic super clean and very reasonable, Also Newman plumbing heating always pick up the phone and when they say they will be there they are on time every time. I definitely without a shadow of doubt use again and highly recommend to others, Thank you a great job.

Always pleased when Ben comes over. He came to service our boiler but also cleared a blocked drain and sealed a leaking drainpipe - he’s been as helpful, cheerful and as efficient as always

Jamie did an excellent job at short notice for elderly relatives, not only does he know his stuff, he took great patience to find the route cause of the problem and ensure they had heating and hot water over the weekend, during the really cold snap, with a temporary fix until a replacement part could be installed. Definitely recommend and thank you Jamie!

They were able to visit the same day for a problem then the following day to fully fix it, which I felt was fantastic service! Newman's fitted a new radiator nearly 2 years ago during our new kitchen refit. When the valve started leaking they came really quickly to replace it free of charge. The plumber who replaced the valve was great. He was very professional and friendly. As he worked he explained what he was doing. He told me what to expect in the next few hours, I may need to bleed this radiator tomorrow once the system has settled down. Very impressed.

Really helpful service. Our pipe system had an outdated connection and they went out of their way to sort it.

Can't fault Newmans Heating & Plumbing I damaged one of our old radiator valves and it wouldn't stop leaking, I spoke to Jamie who know exactly the type of system it was, he managed to fit me in quickly to get the radiator replaced due to being old and not worth trying to make good. the chap that came out was quick and tidy replacing the radiator and adapting our micro bore pipe, it took a while to bleed the system but that's due to the style of system. A week later we had another valve brake down on a large rad, same again rang on a sat morning and he got the parts and some one there on the Tuesday. Different chap this time, Very neat and tidy job again in fitting the radiator and adapting our small piping to make it more serviceable. Once again very difficult to bleed the system, this time the chat who had previously been came out and between them beat it in to submition and got our heating back up and running. These guys have been great to deal with and will be my first port of call for further work or maintenance.

I don’t normally write reviews but I was so impressed with my positive experience of newsman’s heating & plumbing that I felt I really needed to leave a review. I have had an intermittent fault with my boiler and had several heating engineers attend ( from the boiler manufacturer) with no joy. I was given Jamie’s number by a friend. From the first call Jamie was sure he knew what the fault was, a few days later later he arrived at my home fixed the fault and no problems since. Would highly recommend 5 star service.

We first contacted Newmans in an emergency as our shower was not functioning and we were without hot water. I found communication excellent and they reassured us they would come and have a look. Within a hour they had arrived and the issue was fixed that afternoon for a competitive and fair price. We have since had a shower replaced with the team at Newmans and also our boiler serviced most recently. What a brilliant team! Polite, efficient and they do a good job. Definitely my go to team! They installed a new radiator, sorted out the boiler and connected my gas hob. They worked carefully and neatly and kept me informed throughout the morning. Would use them without hesitation again. Highly recommended!

Ryan initially visited to review a problem with our shower unit, upon a throughout inspection it was clear it could not be fixed, but had to be replaced. Ryan was clear in explaining why it couldn’t be fix and showed the faulty party which we found reassuring. As soon as the replacement was available Ryan and Ben visited to fit the new shower unit. Due to how the shower had been fitted wrongly before they had to alter the pipe work, they explained this clearly and gave us options on how we wanted it. The work they complete was very neat and they ensured they cleaned up behind themselves. They did a fantastic job and we are pleased with the results. Ryan and Ben were both friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I would highly recommend them going forward.

Great plumber/heating engineer. Clean, tidy, knows his stuff and does not rip people off. Nothings too much for this man and is great to deal with. Will not use anybody else.
