This is the second time we have used Phil as a plumber. He has done a fantastic job as before - he is honest and knows his stuff! He stayed until everything was sorted as the problem was not resolved straight away which we were particularly grateful for. Really appreciate it and will definitely be using him again.

I have used this company before and returned because of the excellent service we had then. Again he is very pleasant, putting is at our ease. He seems knowledgeable and I both feel and from my previous experience, know that I can trust him l would thoroughly recommend his service.

Phil is one of those rare gems that offers excellent service whilst keeping you informed through each step of the process. He found our troublesome leak and has given us multiple options to move forward with, can't fault the service.

Called Phil at 10:10 on a Saturday morning and by 12:30 he was on site and sorted out the leak in the kitchen. Completed the repair and left everything tidy. Excellent and quick service.

Phil was very quick to respond on a Friday and able to fix the flush system within 24hours, by coming out Saturday morning! Phil was friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone in the future.

I contacted Phil due to an ongoing issue with our toilet flush and a leaking radiator pipe. He came and checkes out the issues immediately and quoted for the work the same week. Due to covid he was able to do the repairs straight away but he arrived and repaired the issues as soon as he was able. The work was carried out quickly and tidily and the quote price was what we paid. Excellent work and very reliable.

I have used Phil about 3 or 4 times now. I have always found him exceptionally prompt, responsive, polite and easy enough to understand. He appears thorough and thinks through all options and potential problems before he actually starts any work. So far I have had no problems with the quality of any of the work. Whilst it has all been fairly small maintenance work rather than big projects, all the things he has done are still in great working order. He remains my 'go to' plumber.

We found Fasttrackplumbing via a tradesman review site. His high ratings were testimony to his work. Since contacting him, Phil has completed a couple of plumbing jobs for us including fitting basin taps, an outside warm tap and cistern innards. All work has been quoted for reasonable prices and carried out to a very high standard. Combined with prompt arrival, good communication and ensuring everything is tidy on completion, we can’t fault Phil’s plumbing work. Would highly recommend.
