We had a request for installation of a radiator pipework which had a very short time window as carpet fitters were due in. Tony did his best to get us in, was punctual and got onto the job in hand. Workmanship was very good, .price was reasonable and better quote than a few and we were on track for fitters two hours later. Communication was helpful meaning we could get the correct trv type day before. We are going to be using this company in future. Thank you for helping us out.

I met Tony through walking the dog and didn’t realise he was a gas engineer. I’d been after someone to fit a radiator and service my boiler for a while. After a conversation with him, he told me the name of his company and I read the reviews which are all amazing so I thought I’d give him a try. He come to look at where I wanted the extra radiator and he gave me some ideas as to what I could do. I told him what sort I wanted and he sourced one for me which was a good price. He ordered it, let me know when it arrived and arranged to fit it in no time at all. They are very friendly guys, very polite and tidy. I have just had my boiler replaced, brilliant service and professional job. Started at the time agreed and left work area spotless when finished.

Service was first class. Phoned at 5:45 on a Friday evening as had bird stuck in our chimney. Tony came immediately, removed the gas fire, rescued the pigeon and did a clean and service as part of the price.

I've been using T.S. Plumbing & Heating for my boiler servicing and plumbing repairs for a few years and I cannot recommend Tony and Guy enough. They are friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable and the standard of their work is excellent. Earlier this month, Tony serviced my gas boiler and also replaced a faulty metal basin plug. Tony charges a fair price for great work and I would not hesitate to recommend T.S Plumbing & Heating.

Tony provided a fantastic service from start to finish. He was professional, honest, friendly and incredibly respectful throughout. He did an excellent job replacing our shower, took the time to explain everything clearly and gave honest advice about the bathroom without trying to upsell us. He understood that replacing the shower was our priority and worked with that. He even went the extra mile by adding extra sealant to help with a leak I’d mentioned in passing, which was really appreciated. Tony and his young apprentice came out today to fix our leaking tap Tony discovered it was a leaking cartridge he replaced this no more leaks I must say what a fantastic service and two lovely extremely polite guys I would highly recommend

Tony has been supporting our plumbing needs for over five years now, and we couldn’t have found anyone better. He knows his work, is quick, responsive, and genuinely wants to help out. Our boiler broke down one fine morning, and we have two young kids, so we needed it replacing ASAP. He came immediately and sorted it out for us so we could have the heating on. Things like this stay with you, and you know who you can count on. My sink was leaking, and I thought the whole thing needed replacing. But he quickly cleaned it up and resealed it all! Don’t waste your time with anyone else. These guys are hard working, highly experienced and great value. Fitted radiators and found the leak in my central heating system that had evaded many others!

Tony initially came out in an emergency when the electrician fitting an EV charger drilled through a gas pipe. He recognised the situation and came as quickly as he could. When seeing the electrician in distress he fixed the pipe and didn't charge the electrician, one trade helping another when having a bad day. On the back of this I booked Tony in to service my boiler which was done today and when it finally packs in will use Tony to replace it.

Wanted a quote for an outdoor tap, they were able to fit it the same day in no time at all with little to no mess. Tap looks great and does the job 👍🏽

Tony was excellent. I had a water leak on Sunday, called on Monday morning, he managed to fit me in and was at mine, on time. He quickly worked out the issue, fixed it and all for a resonable price. Well… What can I say about Tony. An absolute gent with an amazing moral compass, which was totally refreshing. He came and sorted a damaged isolation valve at my mother-in-laws, after I refused to pay the minimum 1 hr fee of £300 after a £49 call out charge quoted by another company. Tony came within 30 mins and sorted it within about 10 mins. Based on the cost of the valve and the amount of time it took he chose to not charge us. Other companies see pound signs but here we had a man who saw an elderly woman with an issue at home resulting in us having to turn off the water and chose a different path for dealing with it, which was unexpected but genuinely appreciated. Everyone needs to make a living I get that, but sometimes there are people who see beyond that and choose to do something that just feels like the right thing to do. Of course this will not be the norm but I would certainly recommend Tony as someone who will be fair, honest and upfront.

After seeing the google reviews and positive feedback on my local facebook group I gave them call and spoke to Tony. A leak from the shower down into the floor onto the kitchen ceiling. I was worried that the leak would require extensive work however it was a straight forward fix. The next day Guy came to the house and showed me where the leak was, he explained the pricing clearly and was transparent with me terms of what work he would be carrying out and what I needed to do "post job" to ensure that the bathroom would dry out properly. The price was fair and reasonable and the work is covered for 12 months. I cant recommend these guys enough, super friendly, professional and helpful. 10/10 Thank you!

Even if it happened almost 1 year ago, I now have found the time to write the review since Tony deserves it. I had a problem with my bathtub, but after closing the water supply and working with copper pipes and push-fit stop ends, I couldn't access the damaged cartridge as it was too tight but noticed it was an old model with too many teeth. So fro my peace of mind I decided to call Tony, I showed him what I had done and realised on the phone and, as the situation was clear, we agreed with an open discussion on changing the entire tap, as it was cheaper compared to replacing the cartridge. He came directly the next day, brought the tap, changed and fixed everything back in less than probably 30 mins and charged only the material and the call-out, as I had already done the problem diagnosis. He was honest, fast, understanding and efficient. Can't ask for more. Highly recommend.

Our boiler went down on the Sunday, called Tony Monday morning & within a couple of hours it was diagnosed we needed a new boiler. What a guy, Tony has just left our house having sorted our leak and not only that, he could hear a slight sound like water or air when testing that everything was fine. He was so thorough and found that almost inaudible sound was from a pinhole the pipe going into the washer. He had spares on the van and changed the pipe for a brand new one. I have to say he went above and beyond my expectations. I don't usually post recommendations but this is one man I will 100% recommend.

I have to say Toni and Guy are extremely professional and efficient at what they do, they came to view my property and quoted me well, they were also super handy with giving me advice on a certified electrician to compliment the work which they had done, top work guys and I highly recommend these gentlemen.

I first left a review 6 months ago when we moved into our new house as Tony came out and helped us with a very last minute issue on the morning of our move. Since then, we have used Tony and Guy for a new boiler, new basin in the bathroom, plumbing issues and now this week a new shower and every visit they have been incredible. They always go above and beyond, bending over backwards to help us out. They are reliable, honest, hard working and easy to contact. Tony and Guy were great. They came out within an hour of making the phone call. The toilet leak was diagnosed quickly. They then explained which parts needed replacing and how much it was going to cost before starting the work. Called Tony Tuesday morning with an issue with my toilet not flushing or filling up. He said he would come out to me on Wednesday afternoon and he was prompt and polite. He changed the toilet flushing system and I was back with a working toilet in less than half an hour. Service was fantastic and very reasonably priced. My Dad recommended Tony to me as my partner had managed to get a nail right through the centre of a water pipe. Tony came out the next morning (this morning). He was the most helpful plumber I have ever met. He talked me through everything he was doing each step of the way. There was a few issues but he had so much knowledge that he could get it fixed! My boiler stopped working last Saturday night, I called Tony on Monday morning and by Wednesday lunchtime he said Guy had removed and replaced it with a new one 😁. They are so helpful, explain everything to you, genuinely care about their customers. I've had done a number of plumbing jobs done by them over a few years and they've never let me down. Response to your call is quick, they work efficiently and clean up afterwards. I'd definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Tony has been our only go to for boiler/plumbing issues, for several years now. He covers the regular boiler service, and also installed a new boiler when the old one packed up. Any plumbing issues, he's quick to react, and always charges a very fair price for his work/time/parts etc. I'm in the process of buying a new house, and Tony was happy to go to the new house and do a general 'health check' of the boiler/gas fittings etc, before I finalise my purchase. He gave me a detailed and very helpful breakdown of his findings, and answered all my queries (I gave the poor guy a list! 😄). Our 20 year old hot water immersion tank finally gave out, and began leaking onto the floor and leaving us with no hot water. Tony was able to come out early the next day and told us that we needed to replace the whole thing unfortunately. Tony was able to guide us with an affordable replacement and even installed the whole thing with his colleague two days later, including getting help to rewire the circuit board and installing all new pipework. He always charges reasonable prices and can always diagnose the problem straight away. Thank you Tony!

Phoned this morning as my boiler was leaking water. Engineer came, identified what what was wrong then went and got the part and replaced it. Excellent, courteous and prompt service. Would highly recommend and will certainly use them in the future.

Can’t recommend these guys highly enough, my boiler didn’t fire up one morning, gave Tony a call and he came round that afternoon. Unfortunately my boiler needed replacing which after 17 years I kind of expected. Tony run through the options on what he could do with no pressure to make an on the spot decision. One day later a new boiler was installed and fired up, got a call from him a few days later just checking everything was ok and there were no issue’s. Top top service.

Our boiler had been playing up for some time, so when it went again my son recommended Tony. He came out the same day, said he could fix it but better to have a new one as it was 18 years old. Advised what to have and within 4 days had replaced with a fantastic piece of kit !! The job took a few hours and they left having cleaned every bit of mess up and all rads bled and everything working perfectly. Just had Tony and Guy round to sort multiple issues and they did a great job. Me and my partner had only moved in a month a go so was not very informed on about anything. They were happy to explain the boiler, central heating as well as how to turn water off completely if there is a leak in the future. A pipe had burst when we were trying to fix low pressure on our boiler and Tony and Guy came out to look at it within 30 mins of my message. They were so helpful and explained everything to us and even looked at a few other odd jobs we had unrelated to the initial issue. All work done super quick and at a great price. A great service from Tony. Our stopcock started leaking after we had to turn it off and back on and we were stuck with no water. Tony came out the same day and replaced the stopcock for us. He was extremely helpful, very clean and tidy and a good price. Highly recommended.

Very genuine, friendly and helpful. I only had a small problem that needed to be sorted with leaky bath and toilet flush. Even though it was a small job, it was no trouble at all and Tony and colleague came out to sort for me as I was very stressed out at the flood which had occurred. Professional and first class job at reasonable price. Tony even went to the trouble of calling me today to make sure I had no more floods and told me that he would come out at any time if I needed help. What more can I say, I highly recommend :):):) 27/4/24 --- I called on Tony again as I have moved property and the toilet cistern had come lose from wall, and the stopcock to turn off water, is located behind built in cupboards. Tony saved us from potential flood by re-fixing cistern on to wall with new flush mechanism and also fitted a Sure Stop to the existing hard to reach stopcock, having to pull out some of my kitchen to do so. He worked really hard to fit the Sure Stop and now have easy access to switch off water in the event of flood. Tony insisted on vacuuming up the little bit of mess that was left behind. Again, first class job and highly recommend to everyone out there looking for a reliable, friendly and honest plumber that takes pride in his work :):):)

A very professional team of plumbers who explained the details of the boiler problem and what was needed to repair it. The part was ordered and the same day early evening came to install it. I've never seen such dedication to complete the job and the whole time with such a friendly manner. I feel safe and confident with the work that was done.

T.S Plumbing & Heating removed our old, leaky water tank and converted the heating system to a combi boiler. Tony was very friendly, honest and he helped us chose the best option for our needs. His quote was also far more competitive than one we had received from British Gas. When they came to do the job, the service Tony and Guy provided was excellent, they were professional and got the job done quickly. All round nice guys and we will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family.

After being given the run around by another engineer, i was convinced i needed a new boiler and possibly some pipe work. I called T.S Plumbing and heating for a quote. When they arrived they told me that i didn't need a new boiler and that the pipework was sufficient. Instead they fixed the couple of issued i had within half an hour. I honestly couldn't be happier! A job that could have easily cost me thousands ended up being a £40 call out fee. This company have an "if it isn't broke, don't fix it" attitude meaning you'll never be talked into unnecessary work. I will now only be using this company for any plumbing or heating issues i have in the future as they have my trust and i know i wont be ripped off. I really cant fault the service i have been provided with. Thank you so much !!

Tony is a top bloke. Always turns up when he says he will. Workmanship is top class. Has done lots of work for me over the years. I wouldn't trust anybody else for any heating or plumbing needs.

Tony has been a pleasure. We've done a major renovation on a three bed victorian home and needed a complete central heating and plumbing system from scratch with gas boiler and all new cast iron radiators. Nothing was too much trouble, even when he came out on his day off when we needed him.
