D.S plumbing & heating services

Danny’s work on our bathroom was exemplary. Exceptional workmanship by a very efficient plumber. We are very happy with the bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you.

Very pleased with Danny's work! He came to sort out two issues that ended up being a bit more involved than anticipated, Danny clearly explained what was wrong and just got on with it. He turned up when he said he would and communication was excellent from the outset. He worked tidily and was respectful of the property. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the unforeseen extras. This is the guy you need! Whole heartedly recommend DS Plumbing and would definitely call on him again!

Exceptional! 4pm Friday we called as we’d drilled through mains pipe. Danny came that evening. Brilliantly executed repair. Very reasonable pricing. An exemplar tradesman. He stayed and finished the job even though it was much more complex than expected until it was done. A super long day for Danny I’m sorry but he saved the day for us as we had a house full of family for a farewell dinner on Saturday. Very grateful for such a great job and his professionalism. Thanks Danny!

Dan helped me out years ago and I called him again recently because I remembered his kind and helpful nature and good workmanship. Thanks Dan :)

We contacted Danny to come and check a leak in the kitchen, not only did he reply quickly he also fitted us in his schedule quickly! We were abroad at the time but thanks to his proactiveness and great communication we didn't need to worry or stress. Will definitely use his services again!

Danny has done two jobs for us so far and both times it was a great experience. The communication was really easy, he's clear about required work and the costs. The work was done brilliantly.

Danny done an amazing job on a toilet leak. He found out there was more than leak coming from said toilet and fixed all issues with no problems when he came across them. He was in and out with the job done within 2 hours of the initial message and was very well priced! Thank you so much Danny

Great service! Danny was professional, arrived on time, and fixed the issue quickly. Everything works perfectly now. Highly recommend!

Danny did an excellent job replacing the kitchen sink and tap together with replacing the bath taps and bathroom pop up sink plug. He arrived on time and was very well mannered throughout. I will definitely use him again.

Very polite and professional service. Danny disconnected an old w/machine for us and connected a new one. Then capped our no longer needed hot water feeds. Would recommend his services.

Danny was amazing. He came straight out to fix our leak. From phoning him the job was complete an hour later. Amazing service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend DK plumbing.

Danny came out to rescue me from a broken toilet, it was not an emergency because I have another but I was fed up with flushing with a bucket, within a few days he managed to arrange a visit, not only did he fix the leak but he took the cistern apart to ensure when put back the leak would definitely be solved, a thorough job completed - minor additional cost for parts but this also gave me confidence that the fix will be long lasting. He also fitted a water filter for me and I am one very happy and satisfied customer would 100% recommend

Had Danny round to fix my toilet. Very quick to respond and quickly fitted new piece which he sourced for me. Tidy, nest and punctual so would certainly recommend and use again if required.

Had leaking stop cock in difficult place to get to .found Danny to be very helpful very polite and well worth the money a clean tidy fast worker who i would highly recommend to anybody I will use him Again I f I need a plumber so good to get skilled polite service 5 stars in my book

Fabulous service. Quick response and great communication. Work done in a very timely manner. Thanks again

Excellent professional service at short notice to remove an existing sink and fit a new unit. There were extra complications which were dealt with promptly and minimal disruption. We are very happy with the outcome and would recommend DS plumbing for its professional and friendly service.

Danny did a wonderful job replacing a bath with a shower cubicle. The space was very awkward with a low beam and a sloping ceiling, but he planned it so well and I have a better shower than I could have hoped for. He was excellent at communication before, during and after, and was also completely unfazed when I changed my mind. Brilliant in every way.

Very happy with the job done by Danny - plumbing for new sink, tap and filter. Excellent work, neat, tidy and would definitely call again.

Great service! 5 star

First class professional service .with installing a new electric shower unit in bathroom Great care taken during installation and explained all details Will be contacting Danny for further work needed for bathroom and kitchen . Polite and tidied away after completion of installation would recommend Danny for any plumbing/ renovations needed

Great service, had a tap replaced very quickly with good communication of when it would be done

On time, knowledgeable, solved all the problems, gave me a rough idea of costs on future maintenance i might need without me having to insist. Answered phone calls from long time customers while still doing the job in my house, which for me is a great sign of a person that people trust and knows his job very well. Super recommend.

We contracted Dan to complete our bathroom and Ensuite refurbishment. Having seen his workmanship we added replacement of all the old radiator valves both ends of each radiator in our house. We moved in six months ago knowing some replacing of tired bathrooms needed. Dan was recommended to us by our son in law where he had replaced some radiators. My son in law didn't hesitate with recommendation. I'm not remotely surprised Dan gets consistent 5 star reviews. He is reliable, extremely polite, efficient, superb workmanship, very good on price and a work ethic that puts most people to shame. He works with a small team of people who he coordinates time wise and includes administration of to get the job done. Thank you for a job well done. To anybody reading this he's worth contacting and using for bathroom fitting and plumbing work.

Dan, our 3 jobs over 2 days. He was professional, very easy to talk to, he was very tidy, methodical and knowledgeable On the first day, Tuesday, he put in an extra radiator in our lounge and put a chrome towel rail in our bathroom, lovely job he made of it! Then he left for the day, and promised to replace my tap that week, when the weather was better!! True to his word, on Thursday he returned, and replaced the tap! I can truly recommend Danny, for his skills set, and perseverance in all tasks!

5 star service, great communication leading up to him carrying out the work. Turned up on time, very polite and tidy . Did a fantastic job replacing the pump on our shower and even fixed the toilet without being asked

Many thanks Danny for replacing the radiator in my daughter's bedroom. I would highly recommend Ds Plumbing excellent and friendly plumber.

Danny came out on a bank holiday to fix a broken washbasin waste that was leaking all over the bathroom floor. The job was more complex than anticipated because of the way the builders had connected the basin taps and waste, but he did a careful and thorough job and then didn't want to charge me the full price because it had taken him longer than he had quoted for. Excellent service!

Danny responded quickly to my desperate problem of very low water flow. He assessed the problem agreed a way forward attended on time kept me informed and solved this Excellent!!!

Identified the problem from a photograph. Quickly responded and was able attend the same day. Explained what he had done. Very satisfied.

Danny responded quickly to the request to come out, offering possible fixes over the phone to try to save money. He was very professional, showed excellent problem solving skills and was friendly and helpful. Would definitely rely on him again.

Friendly, good price, good work. Will definitely be using him again when I next need a plumber.

We had a major headache with loud water hammering in our taps. Danny, the absolute professional, came to the rescue! He quickly diagnosed the problem as faulty taps in the kitchen and bathroom. Not only did he replace those, but he also tackled the challenging job of replacing our pedestal basin – and did a fantastic job! Danny's a superstar – highly skilled, efficient, and our go-to person for any future plumbing issues. We can't recommend him enough!

From the moment I contacted Danny all the way through to the job required (I needed my electric shower replaced), he has been curteous, very professional and friendly. As I bought a replacement shower myself, he offered to double check that everything was in order with it and then after discussing costs (which is very affordable I must say), he came in the next day to work on replacing the shower for me. He also noticed that there was a leak on one of the taps which he fixed straight away so that it didn't end up potentially being a much bigger and costly job in the future. Thank you for your hard work and for doing such a brilliant job, I will definitely recommend your services to anyone and everyone who needs them.

I was greatly impressed with DS Plumbing. It only took one phone call to arrange a callout. A text was sent ahead of arrival and prompt action was taken to expertly detect and fix my leaks. A new shower screen was fitted at a later date. Communication and customer service were exemplary. Highly recommend.

I came back home from work to see a very good kitchen tap Danny used in replacing a leak one. The job was perfectly done and I really can and will recommend him any day to anyone who needs plumbing work to be done. A nice and calm fella

Dan installed outdoor tap today (Bank Holiday too), his work is immaculate, explained everything & efficient. I would highly recommend 👍

Danny came round really promptly to repair the pipework on our bath. He explained exactly what he was doing. We're really really happy with the work and DS Plumbing will be our 'go to' in the future.

Danny came out within an hour and quickly and efficiently solved both of my issues. He was polite, friendly and explained to me exactly what needed doing. Highly recommended, thank you Danny.

Dan was simply amazing! Our builder put us in contact with Dan, late Tuesday evening to sort our emergency. By bedtime Tuesday, Dan had ordered the new shower, and was at our house by midmorning the next day. Dan was quick, efficient and did a superb job. He was our saviour. Polite, considered and so helpful. What a gem! Will definitely use Dan's services again and can't recommend him enough.

Highly recommended. Danny was incredibly professional and communicative. He answered my calls and texts courteously, fixed my piping issue, and came back at the end of the day to finish off. Even recommended and arranged a Gas safe plumber to cut a pipe for me. He’s friendly, cleans up after himself, and let me know throughout the whole process what was needed. Thank you so much!

Great, top quality work from Danny installing our kitchen tap. Provided a quick response to our query and was able to help the next day. Would thoroughly recommend

Turned up at short notice, prompt, polite, friendly, competent.

Really quick response and due to being a care home, we needed the work done in a timely manner. Dan was very reliable and completed all work allocated within the time frame that he stated. The first job we required was an emergency call out and the response time was within an hour. Very quick, reliable, friendly and affordable service. Highly recommend.

Requested Danny's services yesterday and amazingly he fitted me in next day..Great communication and a first class job replacing our W/C. Would recommend to others, as he was recommended to us.

Danny was very helpful from our very first communication. He done a toilet installation within the time frame given, tidied away any mess and was kind and curtious. I would definitely recommend his services. Thank you Danny.

Danny and co rebuilt our 60s bathroom. Although our 150year old house threw plenty of curve balls Danny was communicative and any change in scope was discussed and fairly priced to cover additional labour. We are impressed with the end result and will be giving him a call when we change things in the future. (New heating system rather than not liking the work that was done) Highly recommended Mike

Danny came to replace a toilet flush and change the valves on a radiator. He was able to fit us in within a few days and at a competitive price. Would happily recommend him.

Excellent service, punctual, very pleasant and competent. The work was done to a high standard and was checked before handing back over. I felt the price was very reasonable and thoroughly recommend DS Plumbing.

Danny has fixed the leaked pipe , very reliable and great work. nice , clean and tidy . Danny also helped to fix the floor boards nicely.

Came to fix a disconnected pipe by the toilet. He fixed it and also identified a problem causing a leak at the toilet water inlet, which he easily fixed. Works as good as new. Very friendly and would highly recommend

First time using DS Plumbing after finding a leak in our bathroom sink, but it won't be the last. He arrived within a few hours of contacting him and did an excellent job of fixing the leak. Dan was very polite and professional, we were very impressed, so much so we've asked him to do some more work for us!

I was very pleased with this professional and responsive service.

Absolutely great service, thorough investigation into the problem and quick resolution. Also friendly, professional and reassuring! Thank you!

My son & partner have 2 small children, one a very new arrival. Their bath sprung a leak on Good Friday morning, which could have meant the whole of Easter without a bath. My son had tried a couple of local (Bath) plumbers and been given astronomical quotes and very little goodwill. I found DS Plumbing on Trusted Traders, contacted Daniel and he was helpful and reassuring from the beginning. He said he could visit my son almost immediately and was happy for me to pay afterwards. I appreciated his trust. I put my son in touch and Daniel turned up shortly afterwards, was kind and obliging and did a great job. For Good Friday his charge was very reasonable and his willingness to help out greatly appreciated. I’m in lockdown in Wales and feel bad that I can’t be in or near Bath to support my son’s family at this busy time. Thanks to Daniel I was able to ease some of their load in a practical way at least. We would definitely use DS Plumbing again.

I was given Danny’s number by a friend and called him to sort out a number of plumbing jobs including sorting out a leaking tap, a shower which had stopped working and radiators needing some work. He talked to us on the phone to discuss the problems, came the next day to start the work and fitted us in to his very busy day the following day to complete things. He sent a text to let us know when he would be with us and was professional and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend DS Plumbing. Friendly, reliable and efficient service. Thank you for helping us out.

Very pleased with the work carried out on two seperate occasions. Great communication throughout. Highly recommend!

I've had DS plumbing out twice now for two jobs. The first time was to fix a leaking toilet that two other people had failed to do. He's always been very accommodating around my schedule, friendly and efficient. Would recommend him for any and all jobs. Thank you!!!

This is the second time we have used DS plumbing. Both times, what should have been a straightforward job for Danny, unfortunately turned into a nightmare job for him. Both times Danny handled the jobs with complete professionalism and 100% commitment. I can honestly say that DS plumbing will always be the first firm I will call, I trust Danny totally, I know he will do a brilliant job and won't overcharge. Thank you for your work today Danny.

Daniel fixed a leak in our kitchen. Only called him at lunch time and he was here a couple of hours later. Professional job done. Thank you.

We’d happily recommend DS Plumbing. Daniel has helped us with a few jobs since we moved into our new house. He’s quick to respond and works efficiently and neatly. We’re very pleased with the standard of work carried out.

5 *****. Used DS Plumbing on two occasions now. Very professional, reliable, with a great attention to detail & approach to the customer. Good pricing too. Would highly recommend. With this company, you are in good hands!

Turned up on time, did the work quickly, cleanly and professionally. Provided advice prior to the work on why our intended toilet would be unsuitable and expensive to install.

Did a brilliant install of a new kitchen sink, then returned to fit a new shower. Turned up exactly when he said he would, and both jobs were completed swiftly and to an excellent standard. Loads of little improvements thrown in. Cost was perfect. Can't recommend highly enough.

Work carried out satisfactory to my requirements clean tidy work, problematic inside one of toilets- sorted out with minim of fuss
