Our heating broke down on a Saturday afternoon - as heating always does... Rylan responded even though it was the weekend. He tried fixing over WhatsApp however it needed a visit. This was accomplished quickly and the required part fitted even though the light was fading!

Amazing customer service from the team at CN Plumbing and Heating. From my initial enquiry, (which was responded to within an hour) and an initial quotation appointment also booked within the week, Freddie and Mollie pulled out all the stops to make sure that our new oil tank was installed before the winter arrived. It was even fitted earlier than anticipated as a slot became available on a Friday afternoon. The tank was installed by the team without a hitch and we couldn’t be happier. A super friendly professional crew who left the area spotless. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation. Great company, very professional and work carried out to an excellent standard. Fitted our heat pump and latterly our electric car charger and all working perfectly. Nibe heat pump service. Previously used Nibe Direct but conscious I needed a company local and who if I needed could vary out fixed, although the original appointment was cancer due to other works communication was excellent both prior and in arrangement of revised service. The Technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable as he had done the correct training and also installed other systems for training established, I wanted to change some settings which he demonstrated how to do this. As a retired Engineering manager I was very pleased with the service and communication. Have scheduled in next year’s service.

I recently had no hot water, and CN Plumbing were fantastic from start to finish. I spoke to Freddie in the office, who was an absolute delight to deal with — friendly, efficient, and quick to arrange a visit. Dave came out promptly and got the system working temporarily while the parts were ordered, and then Matt returned a few days later to replace the immersion on the cylinder. Both engineers were professional, knowledgeable, and kept everything clean and tidy. Excellent service all around - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CN Plumbing. They’re the company I trust for all my plumbing needs.

Had a few issues with my nibe heat pump. Which was installed by another company. CN plumbing popped over, realised the system would still be under warranty. Diagnosed the fault quickly. Then went through the warranty process. One of the pumps was replaced quickly and the system was working as it should. At no cost to me. Brilliant. Thank you

CN Plumbing & Heating offer exceptional service, solutions and skills. I've trusted them with all emergency and regular plumbing and heating issues over the years and they are always easy to book with minimal wait time and quick response in emergencies. Having recently moved house they couldn't have been more helpful with the installation of a dishwasher, washing machine and gas hob as well as testing the gas and electricity. This was done efficiently and to an excellent standard for a very reasonable price. They made the move so much easier, and I know that the work they carried out is of the highest quality and I don't have to worry about these appliances ever again. All technicians that have attended at any point have been friendly, professional, prompt and tidy, couldn't ask for more - especially as I have often been a woman alone at home for these appointments, it's great to be able to reassure others that all staff will make you feel at ease both personally and professionally. The work they have carried out has been of a consistently high quality and the experience of the team means that things have been fixed first time without the need for repeat visits. I cannot recommend them enough. 5 stars in all categories!

The replacement of my old oil tank was something of a challenge, however Christopher and his experienced, knowledgeable team remained cheerful, professional and determined. Nothing was too much trouble and any problems were easily solved through the sharing of expertise. I was kept informed of plans throughout. Impressively, there were no additional costs above the original quote. My grateful thanks to all concerned! In addition, I have since had my boiler serviced by Callum, whose expertise and care were invaluable in identifying faults within my heating and hot water system. As with the oil tank replacement team, he took time to thoroughly check the property, explain issues of note and to ensure any concerns were either resolved or a plan put in place for their resolution. I called to see if they could come out to explain how the system worked and I couldn’t fault the service from them. They were so helpful and informative and explained everything very well. The best and most experienced heating and plumbing engineers around here for miles. Chris saved our whole home installation after a complete botch job by a rogue outfit - wish we had had him and his team from the start. Chris is also very technically savvy (he spotted all the faults with our botched installation in under an hour late one Friday night) and his business partner, Nigel, is a good old fashioned, careful fitter, which is rare these days! Recommended!!

We had a new air source heating system installed in 2019/20. After Sales Service is probably the most important aspect of any heating installation and this does not become important until you have an issue. We were recently let down by our system, had no heating (since April - now early Nov), and a family member was due back from hospital. The manufacturer did not get the parts to us in time and so the CN renewables team - Rylan, Dave, Freddie - stepped in and went above and beyond to help us out. Rylan made countless visits and calls to the manufacturer to diagnose the issues. He was super proactive, checking in after hours to make sure we were moving forward with troubleshooting and eventually sourced a part and fitted just in time. We are very grateful. Prior to this particular issue, other team members Nigel (N) & Chris (C) have always been there to help and sort issues. This is what customers want from their installer. Thank you.

We had a faulty heating system, and CN Plumbing came in to replace it, they did a really professional job, kept us abreast of the progress, in terms of the new Air Source heat pump on order, and when the work was likely to start. Installed the system on time, and followed up with an educational time informing us of how everything works. Then were very helpful with our application for government grant. All done in a friendly and understanding manner. Having has several bad experiences with Plumbers we were seriously impressed by CN Plumbing and would not hesitate in recommending them.

Bad experience beginning to end. Leaks, holes left in masonry, bath fitted incorrectly, sink fitted incorrectly, moved a tank into the loft to make space in cupboard which was then filled with new kit, inconsitent staff meant that the next CN employee complained about the incompetence of the last CN employee. Finally got it all sorted (apart from the cupboard) but with so much time lost with back and forth we would have saved by going elsewhere.

Highly recommended very happy with CN's service, rang these boys at 6pm on a Saturday night and was with me within 10 minutes, I'd already had another company out to me but they had no luck getting my boiler fixed, CN Plumbing had my boiler up and running in no time at all and had my house warm again after being with out heat for 3 days.

Josh arrived within half an hour and instantly got to work to fix the problem. It was a boiling hot day and he just got on with it. Work was completed tidily and efficiently. Thanks Josh and Jak!

Used this company for a couple of upgrades for my Dad. Service was outstanding from initial phone call to job completion. Competitive quote, really friendly and helpful all the way through. The fitter even stayed for a cup of tea and a chat once he was finished! I was so pleased with everything, they went above and beyond. Would recommend to everyone.

Just had a new boiler fitted done a fantastic job very polite would 100% reccomend thank you soo much

Three things: Combi boiler water supply was left isolated so I was unable to refill it after a radiator replacement. This was rectified quickly but a repeat visit was required. Main water supply valve was leaking slightly during kitchen replacement. The valve was tightened which seemed to solve the issue, however, catastrophic failure yesterday which involved an emergency plumber visit. The valve was over tightened so resulting in pipe damage which failed yesterday. Whole lot got replaced last night. No emergency service is operated over the weekend, thankfully another plumber was around otherwise damage could have been much worse.

I asked CN Plumbing to visit our home after local recommendations from Facebay. The job included new oil boiler, change tanks in bathroom, fit an accumulator in the loft and plumb in new radiators in a large extension. Our main requirement was to improve the water pressure and ensure the house and extension was heated well enough. WOW is the best word to described the planning, the communication, the workmanship from Graham is faultless. The end result is a system that is controlled via our phones that is amazing, a warm house that took ages to heat, now in under 30 minutes and water pressure that is unreal. We will now only use CN Plumbing going forward and we are happy to recommend without hesitation. AWESOME end result that surpassed our expectation.
