Had been having a continuous leak for nearly 6 years which was baffling numerous plumbing companies, luckily I found Alex who completely rectified the problem on his first visit. Have also had a whole new central heating system, great service, friendly,honest and true professional that I would highly recommend, and have done to my friends and family who have all been very happy.

DO NOT USE! I have had nothing but issues since my new gas boiler and water cylinder was installed. Alex also replaced several radiators. One of which leaked, causing it to soak through the floor boards because a valve had been neglected to be tightened. I was having issues with my heating downstairs and would have no heating on downstairs when I was heating the hot water. Alex told me to heat my water up at a different time of day to when I wanted my heating on. Alex also informed me that the system would need rebalancing once our bathroom installations were completed. He said this should resolve the heating issues. Alex was due to complete two bathroom installations for me. Due to a delay in our tiles that we ordered this had to be postponed on two occasions. I understand that this was not ideal for Alex. This also wasn’t ideal for us. Alex then gave me a new date in the new year. I had previously informed Alex that I wanted the work to be completed before Christmas. I was therefore disappointed but these things happen. I was then able to get my bathrooms completed by someone else before Christmas. I informed Alex of this giving him 14 weeks notice, to which I got a rather abrupt response. This was made worse by his wife then trying to follow me on Instagram 10 mins later after sending Alex the message. I have also had a leak from one of his pipes in the attic, causing damage to my ceiling. I have messaged Alex with all of the issues. Alex’s response was to pass all of the blame onto the plumber that completed our bathrooms. Alex is clearly very bitter about not completing our bathrooms and is therefore passing the buck! We are currently having freezing temperatures and I have two young children and the house is freezing. Alex has showed no interest in rectifying his work and has denied all responsibility. Alex has blocked me on WhatsApp, therefore my response has not been delivered. I therefore have had no option but to leave this negative review as Alex has shown he is not willing to come to any resolution and have a grown up conversation. Simply acts like a child after one message from me. This man is clearly bitter as he no longer carried out the work for our bathrooms. Unfortunately when you’re a business owner, you win some you loose some. How we handle these situations determines the type of people we are. Alex is great when it’s going his way and he thinks he’s getting your business! It’s a real shame that this side of Alex lets himself down. Deeply unprofessional young man.

Incredible High End Bathroom Transformation with large format tiles from Porcelanosa. It's not offen your end up writing a review about a project that went so incredibly well but this was one of those projects. I started this project well over a year ago with attempting to do this job by myself to keep costs down and soon gave up due to it being too time consuming. So I searched for a bathroom fitter. Alex was the most financially competitive and had a good professional attitude which continued throughout the bathroom refurbishment. Alex had good previous experience with large format tiles but nothing quite as big and expensive as these tiles which he did a fantastic job of and provides a really good demonstration of his and his colleagues abilities. Alex took on my half complete work, which included some DIY drainage, brick work lined with insulation which can be seen in the photos. His work included; -Installation floor tiles with electric underfloor heating to keep the floor height to a minimal. -Installation of the Porcelanosa tiles, large specialist bath, shower, toilet -Plasterboard the walls, ceiling, and making good. -Structurally reinforcing a wall for a wall hung vanity unit which was later installed -Building a false wall so that a back lighting could be installed round the vanity unit. Alex and his colleague George who was equally as good as Alex did an incredible job and as an engineer I still look at it and enjoy the amount of detail and hard work the they put into this. In short if you are looking for someone that can do high end work on a budget pick Alex. He will work with you to help you achieve what you need.

Alex recently installed a new boiler, 10/10 would recommend! Very professional, friendly and tidy

Alex installed a new bathroom including shower, shower tray, screen and vanity unit with rails to assist my elderly mother. All work was completed on time and within budget. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended.
