One reviewer reports a poor experience with Nicholls Plumbing And Heating Ltd: after a toilet hose was changed, they say water stopped reaching the tank and the job was left unfinished. They say that when they asked when the work would be completed, they were told to wait until they were texted because everyone was busy, with no date given, and to flush the toilet with a bucket in the meantime. The same reviewer says they were told to find someone else if they were not happy. They describe the experience as one they would not pay for.
Landlord gave me theirs details to contact. "my back hurts, find someone else" but after message from my landlord "I will come tomorrow morning". Changed toilet hose Thursday, same day blocker water coming to tank. on Monday as an answer for my message asking when will he come to finish it, he replied "just wait until I will text you, as everyone is busy". no date, nothing, just telling me to wait and flush toilet for weeks with bucket. "If you not happy, find someone else" great! Thank you! If u can't finish something, don't even start it. just let someone else do the job. I am lucky landlord is paying for that, because I would never give even a penny for such a service.
