Friendly, prompt service with sensible prices
We have used Bates and Elsom multiple times. Most times in absolute emergencies like no heating in winter and a leaky gas hob. Every time we have needed them they have got us sorted quickly and for the fairest price. We personally now won’t use any other company.
We have used Bates and Elsom for many years for various projects from boiler services to whole bathroom refits. They are very professional and always turn up when they say they will and most importantly they do a great job and if there are any issues they will come back and sort it out.
