Professional and reliable. I’ve had these guys on numerous jobs for me and they are a pleasure to deal with.

Awful experience. Plastered / skimmed 3500 square foot house of which 75% plus needs major remedial work from decorator to bring it upto acceptable standard. We have had to fine fill entire walls / rooms to achieve a flat enough surface to paint. Gerrard believes this is normal and work is to British Gypsum standard. Pictures attached as an example of what we were left with. Unless you want to spend way more time and money on decorating fresh plaster than normal i would stay well clear. 3 separate painters looked to rectify. One couldn’t such was the condition of the plaster, one didn’t want to take the work on at all and whilst we did get an exceptional guy eventually, he himself admits “ you can’t work miracles “ and the job took 3 times longer than it should of for the size of property due to the amount of sanding and filling needed. Also another plasterer known to the building company who subcontracted the work to Gerrard was shocked at the quality and admitted a reskim would be the only solution to properly resolve. Unfortunately this was not an option given where we were in the project so had to try and make good after second fix had taken place. Gerrard firmly believes he leaves the walls in a good condition for a decorator to finish, but when said decorator needs to spend 3 or 4 days prepping each wall to paint.... you have to ask what standard the new plaster has been done too. Avoid at all costs. You will only end up spending hundreds or thousands more than needed to achieve an acceptable finish.
