After a previous pest control company made a few visits and told us there was nothing they could do about the scratching noises in our walls, we did a bit more research and called All Aspects. Debbie was friendly and helpful over the phone and gave a detailed explanation of the way they worked. Tony came out promptly and quickly identified rat activity in the drains. Ran a camera through the drain runs and found an unsealed drain run that had been left open under the house following building work. He put down traps and coloured dust, then returned every few days to monitor activity to determine if this was indeed the source of the problem, before blocking off the disused drain. We felt that Tony was knowledgeable, trustworthy and determined to identify the issue, no matter how many visits it took. Would certainly recommend to anyone with a similar issue. Thank you!

Tony was very amiable and knowledgeable and visited a number of times to make sure our squirrel problem was solved. He set traps in the garden and attic and over the space of a week got rid of 6 critters and then sealed off the entry points. Great job :-)

Avoid! Waited in all afternoon for the promised appointment. Called and confirmed at 4.30pm they were still attending . Didnt turn up and finally answered their mobile at 7 pm to argue that they had attended our home and dealt with the nest.Finally admitted they hadnt been at all and advised me in a sarcastic manner that I should "deal with it". This company are more annoying than the pesky wasps!!!

My experience of All Aspects Pest Control has been brilliant. Tony is extremely knowledgeable and great to deal with. He offers a thorough end to end service which specialises on understanding the root cause of the problem and then methodically working in a thorough way to ensure that your pest problem is resolved for good. I have found other companies used in the past simply treat the symptoms, maybe using poisons, which might help temporarily but doesn’t fix the issue. I would recommend giving Tony a call to discuss any pest control problems.

Quick response to my initial enquiry about pigeons roosting in my porch alcoves and Tony was able to come and carry out the proposed fix very soon after. Work carried out professionally. Tony was very knowledgeable about pigeons and their habits and we discussed ways to avoid them returning.

Tony was absolutely diligent in his approach. He meticulously and successfully pursued his plan to find the entry and exit points used by the rodents, employing phosphorescent powder to track following a camera survey of the sewer system, all for a very reasonable price. I recommend this company, and Tony specifically, unreservedly. So very different to the usual attitude of put poison down, go away, return, put down more poison and charge a fortune for the privilege!

EXCELLENT SERVICE: Tony came to my student accommodation a couple days ago to assess and treat a bedbug infestation. He arrived within a day of our first phone call. He then wrote a detailed, professional and thorough report which was hugely important as I was dealing with a difficult landlord. Tony is a true expert in his field. Providing advice and information both on how to deal with an infestation AND the responsibilities of a landlord. Dealing with an infestation can be a hugely distressing time; Tony provides a friendly and knowledgeable service in an area that most of us never want to deal with! I’ve had arranged appointment for bedbugs with Tony this morning, before his arrival they’ve asked me what type of beds do we have and I have told them that we have a wooden bunk bed and a bed made from pallet. Tony has arrived this morning went upstairs and after 10min came back down saying he can’t do it, that he apparently doesn’t do pallet beds! I told him that my husband will be home within 5min so he can throw the bed outside but Tony was not willing to wait, I told him that at least he could do the kids bedroom but he has refused to do so too. When my husband arrived, Tony was sitting in his van, my husband beeped at him and asked him to wait while he parked but Tony decided to leave anyway. If they wouldn’t do pallet bed they should have told us I would arrange for the bed to be removed before his arrival or would contact someone else. He has waisted our time and also being very rude to my husband on the phone, Tony has left me very rude voicemail that is why I have decided to write a review… very very poor customer service.

We contacted Tony last week after hearing noises in our extension wall and roof for the last 3 months. Two previous pest controllers basically gave up after putting poison bait everywhere around the house and saying “we don’t know where they are entering from and they should have been dead by now after eating so much poison.” I wish we had reached out to Tony before wasting hundreds of pounds. He is so knowledgeable and extremely professional. He found the entry point in less than 5 minutes. Set traps and visited every day to check the situation. He will come as many times as needed, unlike a fixed number of visits by others. He sealed the gap after no more rat activity was found and we are now free from the infestation in less than a week. Hopefully we won’t have this issue again but if we do, we know who to call. Thank you again Tony for returning peace to our minds.

Tony provided a good service for sorting out our squirrel issue. Managed to trap a couple and fill the gap in the roof where it was coming in. Not seen or heard from the squirrels for a while after being trapped so issue all gone.

I tried to get rid of a rat problem outdoors myself, waste of time. Don't delay it, get the professionals in. Tony sorted out the problem quickly without any fuss

Tony helped us when we had a squirrel in the loft! He came back several days to check on progress (and removed squirrels from traps). The price paid was to resolve the problem so he said he would come as many times as necessary. The price was reasonable and the service brilliant. I would highly recommend all aspects pest control.

We had squirrels invading our gabled roof space and needed rid of them quickly. Tony came round the same day to survey the site and to set some traps. He continued to visit daily until we had heard no more noises for a few days and had trapped no more squirrels. Tony definitely knows his business and was able to point out how and where the squirrels were entering the roof space and give advice on how to prevent or deter access. On his final visit, Tony spent an hour or so lopping branches off overhanging trees to help prevent the pesky things getting on to the roof in the first place. The service quoted is a fixed price for as many visits as necessary unlike many of his competitors, and this gives peace of mind. I would definitely use Tony again if needed and highly recommend him

I called All Aspects Pest Control in a bit of a panic after a neighbour reported seeing flies in our unoccupied property (I live in Scotland and couldn't visit quickly). Debbie was immediately friendly and explained their services and how they work. She was efficient at taking my booking request and updating me straight after the visit. Tony was great. He took my urgency into consideration and scheduled his visit quickly. He diagnosed the issue and the cause, he carried out appropriate and successful treatments, and sent photographic evidence with his report. He also advised what to do to avoid the issue reoccurring. I was really grateful for this company's helpful, professional service (and for assisting in my absence) and for their fair and honest charges. I highly recommend them!

Gave Tony a call following on from a friends recommendation. He methodically worked through possibly points of entry into our property using tracking dust, was impressed with how this was done with technology, rather than just spreading poison around he managed to identify the actual access points which were then blocked accordingly. Tony got to the root cause of a rat infestation that had been going on for months and had been deemed 'insolvable' by another pest controller. Rather than using lots of poison and temporarily getting rid of some rats, Tony used cameras, checked drains, utilised neon tracking dust, installed 'one way systems' in the drains to stop the 'rat highway', laid traps, filled in entry holes around the house, did a full inspection of the garden areas and spoke to neighbours who also had rat problems. In short, he is thorough and investigates properly. Most importantly, he provides a long term solution. We wish we had found him before wasting our money on another pest controller and carrying out premature repairs to pipes/ drains caused by rats. Tony is the rat whisperer!

Squirrels broke into our attic and set up home, so concerned about the damage and the noise, we called in AAPC. They erected their traps and visited every day until the problem was solved. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use them again, although we will now implement the advice they have given to prevent squirrels and mice invading our home again, so hopefully will not need to call again.

5 star service. Tony explained every step of the process and what was needed to get the work done. For us this involved multiple visits at no extra cost and help with items like getting a stuck drain cover up. Really helpful and appreciate the service.

A neighbour recommended Tony to us when we discovered rat droppings under the floor in our house. We paid one flat fee for Tony to see the job through to completion and he set about carrying out a full cctv drain survey and examination of the exterior of our house. This revealed a number of faults in the drain system which he sealed and an external hole under a wall through which he caught two rats in traps. When the noises unfortunately returned Tony methodically worked through the remaining possibilities and always looked to minimise the damage required to our property. We are hopefully in the final stages of eradicating our problem and Tony has been fantastic throughout, I could not recommend him more highly.

After an initial helpful telephone conversation with Debbie in the office, Tony came out, identified a squirrel problem and a rat problem in my loft space and did a thorough external survey around mine and neighbouring properties to track and trace the two different sources of rodent access. Tony was very knowledgeable, efficient and experienced and within several days and frequent visits the two pest infestations were eliminated and the rodent entry holes sealed and proofed as part of the treatment plan. All Aspects provided a great service and I would highly recommend them.

I recommend you use Tony at All Aspects Pest Control Ltd if you have a rodent problem. He came out to the house the day after I called and then visited every second day until the issue was resolved. He also filled in the holes with concrete so no further rodents could visit! He is pleasant and friendly and I would definately use him again (but am hoping I do not have to of course!). This is the first time I have used this service and must say that when I called they were very professional and so helpful, I didn't even have to ask any questions as she outlined the service on offer with sufficient detail. My daughter was stung by wasps in several places while accidentally disturbing a nest in her living quarters. Tony arrived 15 minutes after my call and discovered three separate nests which he destroyed. He was very knowledgeable about the life cycle of wasps and a delightful character. His wife Debbie, who took the call was very friendly and acted quickly as she was told that my daughter had an allergy to Wasps and Hornets and had used her emergency Epipen.

I live in Colemansmoor Lane. I had a very large compost heap that I was dismantling. Unfortunately I came across a wasp nest and had my rake in before I could do anything there was a very large swarm, after a number of bits i called them. The next day they were out and dealt with the nest. As the nest was so deep in the compost it needed two hits. Only to find out that there was a second one, next day that was dealt with. One charge for all of it and all done with good humour. Great

We discovered a wasps nest under our eaves this morning. One phone call, and a very short wait later, and Tony was on his way out to deal with the problem in a very friendly and professional manner. We called upon Tony when we discovered we had rats had moved in to our downstairs toilet. Tony came and carried out a thorough initial inspection and put down preventative measures as in traps and poison down the drains until he was able to establish how and where the rats were coming from. Having been our first experience with any type of pest control Tony always made sure we understood what he was doing and why. Once the entry point had been determined Tony helped us to understand what we needed to do in order to completely rectify the problem. Tony made numerous visits to the house when our friends had got caught in the traps he had laid whilst we were waiting for reparation work to be carried out by our plumber and was always on time and efficient at dealing with the issue. I would highly recommend Tony and although I hope I never have to use his services again he would certainly be my go to man.

I have suffered with rodent problems over the last 10 years. Most services come in and lay poison but the issues always return. Tony goes in and does an in depth thorough review right down to the drains. He sorted the issue and came back probably a dozen times to sort out the issue and all within the original quote cost! Tony took time to inspect an outdoor area and drain where we suspected rats were active. He identified an issue relating to minor building/groundworks that could be fixed in order to get rid of the problem. He concluded that his services were not needed and gave a recommendation for someone we could approach to do the work. He did not ask for payment for the inspection. I looked at several pest control places and liked this as it was a one off payment to complete the job rather than 2/3 visits. We had a rat infestation in our home which was so upsetting!! Tony came and rather than just trying to kill the rats he really looked to find where and how they were getting in, he was amazing ! and left no stone unturned, he came out so many times used dye poison and cameras and found we had a broken drain, I think without him we would never have got to the bottom of the problem. I would highly recommend Tony, I had a recurring issue with rats in my loft. So I had to use his services two times, my problem was made allot harder to resolve than normal as we eventually found out the rodents were entering my loft through my neighbours drains. He had to make way more visits than he would normally have to do, and was always positive and confident the issue would be resolved. If you ever have a problem with unwanted guests, I wouldn't hesitate to give All Aspects a call.

We called All Aspects pest control after hearing scratching in the walls of our house. Tony was able to come out to our property that same day for the initial inspect and was able to identify the point in ingress straight away. He took us through the different approaches for addressing the issue and left tracking powder in order to prove that this was the source of the problem. Over the following few days there were a number of visits to assess progress and I am pleased to say that we are now rodent free, less than a week after first making the call. I am very happy with the service we have received and would not hesitate to use All Aspects again in the future. Special mention to the artwork and slogans on Tony's van, "Rats all folks" and "No more Mr. Mice-guy" are top quality puns.

Outstanding service my elderly dad had a bad infestation of bed bugs and I needed his bed removed and single armchair. Tony and Debra were so helpful in making dad flat get treated and removed furniture as requested. They kept regular updates with me on the procedure and making sure dad was ok throughout as it’s traumatic for anyone elderly living with bed bugs. I highly recommend this company as not only did they sort the problem they gave outstanding support throughout to myself and my dad in resolving .

I was plagued with wasps so called All Aspects. They got here within 90 minutes and dealt with the beasties! Really friendly, prompt and reliable service. I highly recommend them!

All Aspects didn't just deal with the immediate rat problem but they found the point of access by tracking rats through the use of a phosphorescent powder and a comprehensive camera survey of the surrounding sewers. This led to the discovery of a redundant, uncapped soil pipe in-between the ground and first floors. Tony suggested where to pull up a floorboard and pulling it up revealed the pipe which was capped off with a bung supplied by All Aspects. No more rats. I was more than impressed.

Damaged kitchen. Refused to correct the damage. Threatened me with language to the tune of “we know where you live” when I refused to pay until the damage was corrected. I would never recommend them. I would have gone through small claims if I had the time.

We've been rodent problems for quite awhile, and went through the usual motions of council, planting poison, rinse and repeat. Needing more of a permanent solution, i spoke to a friend who recommended All Aspects Pest Control. They are extremely thorough, and by the 3rd visit, they isolated the problem, and we've not had rodents since. Highly recommend this company for all manner of pest issues. Very professional and thorough service by Tony. Using multiple methods of tracking rats in and around the property he was able to determine entry points and close them off. He is very knowledgeable in his approach and rather than just eliminate the rats he ensures that root causes of rat infestation is established so future occurrences are minimised. Brilliant service the team managed to find an issue with my drains and rats that even the Water Company couldn't find. They produced a video of my drain and I was able to use this and now an extensive repair is under way all thanks to this company.

Absolutely excellent service! Tony response to my initial phone call concerning a wasps’ nest was immediate, friendly and polite. He came round almost straight away to assess the problem, as he was in the area. He provided impartial advice, even saying that wasps’ nests were a natural occurrence at this time of year and that they would leave the nest in the spring. However, as they might possibly get into the loft, we agreed that for peace of mind treatment was necessary. He worked quickly and efficiently, and explained clearly to me how long it would take for all wasp activity to cease.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Very professional and friendly service from Tony to eradicate a wasps nest in my loft. Called him up in the morning and he was round a few hours later. He hangs around to ensure the job is done properly and guarantees his work anyway - if the wasps are still there, he promised to come round and re-treat at no extra charge. After ringing round, not only was he the cheapest by a country mile, the others couldn't get to me for a few days. Cheaper and quicker? No brainer!

My husband and I can't thank Tony enough. We have a massive rat infestation in our garden due to a shared wall with a pub. Tony took charge of the issue, applied an effective method and got rid of all the rats. He also went and inspected the bin area of the pub and went above and beyond in following up with them on what they need to be doing. I highly recommend him.

If you have a pest problem then Tony and All Aspects Peat Control is your man. Thorough assessment of not only the troubled area but any and all potential access routes. Regular visits to check that the solution was the right one - indeed it was and not had trouble with mice since. I had tried to resolve it on my own to no avail - so nice to have a professional. Who incidentally is a great guy as well. Even though I hope never to need his services again, he is always welcome for a cuppa if he is in the area.

Prompt and effective.

We unfortunately had a wasps nest in a tree that I was cutting down. I didn't realise until they flew out and attacked...painful! I was keen to take the tree down that day so I made a couple of calls to local pest control operators. Tony was quite local so he was able to respond within the hour. He assessed the job and proceeded to cut part of the tree down himself. Of course he had his protective suit on as the stingers were not happy! AVOID AT ALL COSTS..he does not have a clue what he is doing, he goes onto other peoples properties and puts cameras though holes into bathrooms without any consent AND FILMS, he then throws his toys out of the pram when questioned on his work...

You came round on the same day as my phone call and then followed up with baiting the rats successfully and finding how they were entering my kitchen. This was by no means obvious as they were entering through a dry drain which even the plumber thought was unlikely. You have now blocked the dry drain entance with concrete to avoid this happening again. You also gave me emotional support by keeping me informed of what you were doing throughout this unpleasant experience when I had almost no lighting (due to them biting through the cables) and could hear the rats in the ceiling. I never had to chase you once and will recommend you to all my friends.

Very quick to respond to initial call and came out next day. As it was a bees nest, unable to assist but called a beekeeper for us. Tony very kindly called again the next day to ensure all was well. Excellent service would highly recommend.

A great service from Tony. He dealt with the problem within twenty hours of diagnosing it. He explained his work on site every step of the way, and left everything really tidy. He even went so far as to text us photos the next day showing the removal of the pest. Really recommend All Aspects Pest Control.

First Class service – Tony really goes the extra mile. We discovered what looked like rat holes appearing in the garden, luckily no real evidence of anything in the house or loft. Tony arrived on time, in fact early, and thoroughly checked the whole garden finding more evidence of rats that we hadn’t spotted. He baited all of the areas taking care to ensure everything was concealed and not a danger to other animals. A week later, most of the bait had gone and so are the rats. There were two sources of the problem. Recent house building on previously open ground had most likely encouraged rats to move into our garden and secondly a fault in the drains manhole meant they could tunnel out to the surface and reach the garden. Tony actually repaired the manhole himself with cement then blocked the other holes and later re-checked the house, loft and remainder of the garden which show no further evidence of activity. A very knowledgeable expert – Absolutely recommended.

I called Tony to deal with a wasp problem in my house. I was impressed at how quickly he came, how knowledgeable, how professional and how friendly he was. He found the route of the problem in just 15 minutes and treated it. On top of this his fee includes him coming back out if the wasp problem reoccurs. I will definitely use him again if the need arises.

We had recurring rat problems. In the past we called another pest control but they simply put poisonous baits and did nothing else. No wonder that we had another rat problem soon. Then we called Tony. Tony was very professional ---- he thoroughly examined possible entry points around our terrace, and even went to and discussed with other tenants who live in the same terrace, as he found out that rats actually came in from the other side of the terrace. He sealed all the entry points and so far we do not have any rat problems. Very satisfied.

Outstanding service. Tony arrived to discuss my rat situation within 2 hours of phoning him. He is very knowledgeable about rat behaviour and was therefore able to position bait boxes in the optimum positions. He also surveyed my garden and the exterior of my house to ensure that rats couldn't gain entrance to my house or loft. He gave sensible and realistic advice as to changes I could make to try and ensure once we got rid of the rats they wouldn't be back. Tony takes his responsibility to birds and other mammals very seriously, reducing the impact of bait as much as is feasibly possible. The treatment plan has taken four weeks but we are now completely rat free. I would not hesitate to recommend.
