Julian did a fantastic job dealing with a wasp infestation at my property. He arrived on time, was professional throughout, and clearly explained what he was doing and why. On top of that, he was really pleasant and easy to talk to. Highly recommend his service to anyone dealing with any pest issues

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Julian or Pest-Tek based on my experience. I paid £270 for a treatment and, while the treatment itself was carried out, the overall service was very disappointing. Julian arrived late on the day and, after payment, communication became very poor. The work was not completed, and I repeatedly had to chase him for updates and responses. I trusted Julian with access to my home while I wasn’t there and expected it to be treated with care and respect. Instead, my property was not left as he claimed it would be, glue residue was left on my rug which I have been unable to remove and my kitchen scissors that I use to cook with were used and also damaged with the glue residue, and none of the concerns I raised were acknowledged. Instead of addressing my complaint, I was met with responses with a defensive attitude. I was left feeling that, had I been at home during the visit, my property would have been treated with more care and respect. I tried to resolve the matter amicably but Julian not only offered no apology, but he did not want to resolve the matter either. Sadly, this was not the professional service I expected and for this, I’d recommend booking someone else.
