He has provided the best service along with being very friendly and professional, thanks to Neil and his advice the rats have now gone for good! 3 visits was the perfect amount to get rid of my issue and totally worth the cost.

Highly recommended, professional throughout. I had rats in my attic and the whole loft area was really bad. The team made 3 visits and we found that within 2 calls the rats had been exterminated. We then opted for a full attic clean out and had our loft insulation replaced along with areas where the rats were getting access to the attic barricaded off. All done at a cost that we found reasonable given the sheer amount of mess that the rats had left. Thank you for your professionalism, your team were first class and they respected my property at all times leaving everything neat & tidy.

Neil came to help us solve our problem with household rats within a few ours of our call to the 24 hour service. We were horrified when we found evidence of them early that morning. Neil was with is for almost 90- minutes - he was absolutely brilliant; thorough, accommodating, and reassuring. In consideration of my husband's exceptional needs, we have another call on Thursday next week. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Thoroughly recommend. Faultless service. Engineer arrived an hour after booking appointment (how good is that!) to attend to wasps nest problem. He patiently took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do, and what we would expect to happen afterwards, and to contact them if any follow-up treatment (FOC) is necessary. I'm pleased to say on checking this morning that the treatment appears to be 100% effective! Cannot recommend enough.

John came today the wasp nest was in the attic. John explained the workings of wasp's the nest was aprox 18inchs in size small compared to the ones shown by john on his phone. John was very pleasant efficient job done at a resonable price wouldn't go anywhere else now

Amazing customer service!! I had a wasps nest in my loft which needed clearing as soon as possible. Booked for someone to come out. There was a delay but great communication to keep me informed. Neil came out and was lovely from start to finish! He used pesticides from outside and then went into the loft to get rid of the nest which had collapsed! He took pictures to show my little girl who was fascinated! Neil was professional and quick and very thorough! Would recommend!

Had a problem with rats in my house for over 8 months. Initially called a private pest control company but they did not eradicate the problem. I tried myself to sort problem, and succeeded to a degree, but got suck when rats were in spaces not accessible to me. I then came across Pestex and give them a call. I wasn't sure if they could help as last company hadn't been very good. Then John arrived and in the first 20 minutes he had eased my mind. He did an exploration of my house inside and out and then explained what he was going to do and why. Three days later the problem was solved. I learned a lot about the psychology of rats and how to address the problem. I felt informed, respected and confident after Johns visits. He was very knowledgeable, professional and clearly good at his job. A further visit by a colleague of Johns was equally informative, respectful and reassuring. If only I had come across Pestex sooner. Possibly 8 months of terror could have been avoided. Definitely would highly recommend this company. Mary

They did an excellent job - initially clearing the rats from my loft and then removing all the existing insulation, disposing of this and laying down new insulation. We had two of the staff come out for visits to solve a rat problem at my home. My partner was very disturbed by the rat and had concerns that, on her own, she'd get a patronising talk from someone. However, she end up being really impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and care that the experts took in the job. She felt respected and felt that her questions were answered. I was surprised to find out that their service covered the 3 removal visits but also they would have come out for intermediate visits if needed. Would recommend

Sudden invasion of flying ants in the kitchen late on Friday afternoon, called Pest Ex who kindly said they would call their pest control man John who agreed to visit even after he'd finished work. I was quoted a very reasonable price which was a quarter of what Rentokil quoted! He came exactly when I was advised he would, treated the infestation quickly and efficiently and gave advice on how to stop it happening again. I cannot thank John and Pest Ex enough they were all brilliant, helpful and professional, from the phone call to the end result. Thank you so much, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pest Ex.

Hi, just like to say how thankful we are too John who attended our property In Hartlepool Yesterday. My mam has the biggest fear of mice and we have had some under our sink coming in through a hole. He made her feel much more at ease and we are so thankful for his attendance. We have also had a visit from a man today unsure of his name, but he was the same, they were both so friendly and understanding Can't thank them enough for their help with getting on top of our issue. The job isn't over yet but wanted to feedback this.

Very helpful, polite and thorough...

John moved everything in the garage. Brushed up all debris , sprayed all surfaces, replaced everything and took away all rubbish. He was friendly and informative. It was a bit expensive at £180 for 1 hour ' s work but worth it for the peace of mind.

Have used Pest Ex twice, having been recommended them by a friend. Last year to remove a wasps nest and again this year for advice on something else. Staff are very, very knowledgeable and honest. They are responsive to messages, arrive when they say they will and keep you updated throughout. My mind is more at ease now I know who to contact with any issues and I highly recommend them.

John called on us today and we were given sound advice about the bee's we heard in our loft yesterday he assured us that they had gone and that no treatment was necessary I'm afraid it's the second time we have called upon his sound and knowledgeable expertise what he doesn't know about pests isn't worth knowing
