Excellent service from Dave. He was with us very quickly after we discovered a ground wasp nest. He dealt with it efficiently and safely. Excellent price for a Saturday call out.

Old tenant moved out and filled the garden with all rubbish, furniture. I rang Paul and he answered straight away on a Sunday. The pervious day we seen rats. Paul fitted me in the next day and he went above and beyond to help me. I felt so embarrassed about the situation but Paul was so kind. It turned out not be as bad as I thought it was. All the garden got cleared and Paul visited 3 times and was available on the phone if I needed him. Highly recommend especially if your a person who suffers with mental health and a overthinker. Outstanding service from David last night. Called after hours and it was hot, but he still travelled to Portland to help. David dealt with a hornets nest in-between a porch and roof space at my Mother's home. He was on site within 24 hrs of speaking to him and prompt to the time he gave me. Kind and thoughtful to my Mum who is senior, I would recommend his services.

Been having problems with rodents before. Tried another company, they wasn’t successful so called Dorset Pest Control (David), spoke to David told him what had been happening and he guaranteed me he could get rid of them! The course of treatment was 4 service visits spread over 12 weeks and by the 8th week they were gone and haven’t returned! Very happy and satisfied customer, would highly recommend!

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! Since then, we’ve had absolutely no troubles! Amazing customer service and ideal end result.
