Found wasps all over my bathroom early one morning. Called Bob before 7am. He answered and came out the same morning. I was wasp free by 10.30. He was very calm and professional. Completely took all the stress out of the situation. The price was excellent and the service was brilliant. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from a genuinely lovely man! I contacted Bob about a wasp nest in my loft which had become a real problem. There was so much noise coming from the nest and wasps were getting into the house, so I was quite worried. From the first message, Bob was absolutely lovely. He was friendly, reassuring and really helpful, and managed to come out quickly to treat the nest. The initial treatment was extremely effective !!! We had a small amount of activity some time after and I messaged him to check if it was normal. He didn’t hesitate to come back out and re-treat the nest under his guarantee, and even made us his first call the following morning. He was so accommodating and didn’t make me feel like I was being a nuisance at all. I came home after the second treatment to find lots of dead wasps, which was such a relief! The nest was BIG. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Bob is a really lovely, friendly and genuine man, as well as being professional and reliable. He did exactly what he said he would do and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was sorted. Would 100% recommend Bob to anyone with a wasp problem. Thank you so much, Bob! 🐝❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Couldn’t have asked for better — absolutely brilliant all the way! The Wasp Fella got back to me straight away and came out quickly. Friendly, professional, and completely confident — you could tell he’s a true pro. He was so careful everywhere in our home, left everything spotless, and not a scratch anywhere. By day two, barely a wasp to be seen — fantastic results! What really stood out: his promise to come back as many times as needed within 14 days if any remained. That kind of reliability means everything. I honestly can’t praise them enough. Fantastic local business, fair prices, and service that’s second to none. We’ll definitely be using them again — 10/10! Thank you!
