Dangerous drivers 😤 Came inches away from a near-collision on the motorway! Didn’t indicate, just cut in. What cowboys do these people hire??

This review is for Jaryd who visited my property in London. One of the nicest individuals I’ve ever met in my life. He was able to reorganise his schedule to fit me in when I had an emergency pest issue. He’s visited me twice now and he’s just a pleasure to have around. He takes pride and joy in his work, even though it makes me squeamish

I paid £600 to Nurture Pest Control and I still have a rodent problem. I had three visits at first but the rodents came back. To be fair to Nurture Pest Control they sent the technician back another three times and he eventually said the problem was coming from the drains, but why wasn't this checked during the first three visits? All he did was put bait in a manhole to check if it was eaten, it took five minutes and could easily have been done months ago. And the kicker is that they don't fix drain problems! So that's £600 down the drain... Their website says "We not only remove current infestations but also ensure long-term prevention" and provide "comprehensive assessments of your property" but what they actually mean is they'll pop some bait and a trap down, fill in the most obvious holes and leave you to it. I've also been provided with no written report or document at all, despite asking for one several times. On the bright side I'm thinking of swapping careers as I had no idea that pest control was so easy. Problem sorted - great! That'll be £600! Problem still there - great! That'll be £600!

A very positive experience with Nurture Pest Control. Danny S attended our call out (Nottinghamshire). Not only was he highly knowledgeable and friendly, he took the time to fully investigate the surrounding area, explain the background of the problem and the plan of action being put in place. His written report was detailed and issued promptly and I’m pleased return visits are already planned in for monitoring.

Dean was abusive to our cafe staff when visiting. Swearing and being aggressive towards already tired staff that were trying to clean up and go home.

Had an underground wasps nest at the end of the garden and called Rokill. Dan was great, explaining the process and dealing with the problem there and then with me hiding away in the house as wasps are the one insect I really don't like!

Olly at Rokill was outstanding. He was very professional and friendly and took our concerns seriously. He came out the very same day the problem was reported and did what he needed to do, which worked so he then returned the following evening to do it again. He kept checking in on us until the external and internal problem was resolved by the landlord and even attended afterwards to make sure it was 100% resolved. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We had ongoing Rodent issues and Olly was always at the end of the phone and always made time to come out asap. Never received such a personal experience like this from a company before. Issue has now been resolved after 5 years of other people not being able to get to the bottom of it.

I recently had an issue with mice in my loft. The guy who came was brilliant, he was really friendly and professional. The business itself is very efficient and responsive, would definitely recommend.

Dave came round to my property as I had a rat problem. He was very professional and helpful. He thoroughly checked the property and the downstairs property also. He identified the areas where the rats had been and laid the bait and wire wool in the holes so they couldnt get back through. Fingers crossed my furry friends have gone away 🙏I had four visits in total and I would highly recommend this company and it’s good to support local independent businesses too.

Had a problem with mice in a rental flat in a Victorian town house. The tenant was distraught and wanted to move out. Orlando from Rokill was fantastic, polite and professional. He reassured the tenant whilst inspecting the property and identified all the actions necessary to control the infestation. Crucially he was very effective in persuading some of the other home owners in the building that the infestation required a whole building solution. Since his visit and implementation of his recommendations there have been no sightings of mice or their droppings. Very impressed.

We called Rokill after spotting some rodents passing through our garden, thankfully they came the next day at the time they said they would, which was such a relief, Dave was very friendly, professional and thorough in his work. Everything was explained clearly, and in detail about the bait boxes ans all my questions were answered regarding the safety of the dogs, he located the nest swiftly which has made us rest in piece in the knowledge they would be gone soon.
