Had a problem with rats and within 10 days Amy had everything back to normal in our house. Amy is FANTASTIC. Calm, measured, professional and so friendly and helpful. Really helped to put my mind at ease, this girl knows what she is doing! From bringing her very cute dog with her to sniff out the access points, climbing into my attic, laying her traps and generally just staying calm and reassuring. She was fantastic. I can highly recommend Amy and BKES, a problem we had (unknowingly) for c10 weeks, was sorted in 10 days. Worth every penny! Thank you so much Amy.

I called Amy a couple of days ago. I had a wasp nest in my front porch. I had close to 10 or so wasps flying around the house at the worst and got stung once or twice. She came out with in a couple of hours of me phoning her. The price was fantastic, for such a quick call out. Amy came out in full protective gear and explained everything at the start, then treated the area. Since the treatment I have not seen any wasps at all. I really recommend them.

What an excellent service from Amy. I rang regarding a rodent problem at my Parents' home, and within 5 minutes Amy rang back to explain the service provided, the cost, and agree when was suitable to visit the following day. Amy arrived promptly the next day and I was immediately impressed by her friendly, knowledgeable and very professional approach. She explained at all times what she was doing, and made her own way around the house, gardens and attic to look for evidence of invaders and lay traps for them. Amy kindly checked out the derelict adjacent properly which is thought to be the source of the problem, and suggested having a look at no extra cost at the external of the neighbour on the other side in case access was gained there. She also identified a minor issue with one of the drains and fixed this right away. Amy will be making return visits until the matter is resolved, and the critters are banished. We are so grateful for her passionate commitment to fixing the problem and all at very little cost. Thank you so much Amy.

Excellent customer service! I called in a panic after discovering what I believed to be a wasp swarm descending on and nesting in my house. Amy was able to tell from my description they were likely to be honey bees and was out to us within 15 minutes to inspect, confirm the species, and give us advice. If we ever have any more pest issues, I will go straight to Amy. Very highly recommend this knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service.

Amy ( Kelly) was brilliant when I had a problem with rodents which went on... and on...and on. Over the counter solutions hadn't worked. She explained everything about the problem : how it could have started; and why my efforts hadn't worked. On first consultation she was very reassuring that the problem could be solved, essential given my shattered nerves. Then she commenced with professional grade and well- tested solutions. After calling two of the big companies over and over for 48 hours and never getting through, Amy was such a star!! She picked up the phone even while in someone else’s attic, gave me a clear rundown of the likely problem (mice) and quote. She offered to come out the next day and gave us thorough and friendly free advice too. So impressed! Will be recommending to others.

Extremely helpful and professional company. Messaged Amy after having caught a number of mice in attic. We had a phone conversation and she gave me peace of mind that I had caught all the mice and then went through all the locations where they had potentially accessed and how to seal up gaps and potential entry points. While I never actually had Amy out to the house (she was happy that I was taking the right steps and that there wasn’t any requirement for her to visit) the quote she gave me for rodent survey and extermination was a fixed price and very reasonable. From my dealings with Amy I would gladly recommend BKES. I have their number saved and will be using them in future if I have any issues.

Amy was an absolute superstar. Responded to my call for help same day and had me booked in for assessment within a few days. Amy did a very thorough inspection of both our property and the exterior of the semi-detached property of our neighbour, filled all gaps and provided suggestions to eliminate further possible entrance points. Traps set in all likely places and within a couple of days we had our furry lodgers caught! Amy left the traps for a further couple of weeks to ensure that everything was caught and allowing time in case of delays due to being semi detached. Amy was professional, polite and always on time. I would happily recommend BKES to anyone and will definitely use again (but hope we don't have to!). Thanks again Amy!

Do NOT use this company .

Amy carried out a thorough inspection of property to detect likely access points. Set traps in roofspace and rodent caught 2 days later. Traps left in place for a further 2 weeks but nothing further caught. I am very impressed with the overall service and would recommend 100%.

Amy answered our inquiry promptly and actually turned up on the day at the correct time. After inspection it was concluded I did not have rodents in my roofspace but birds. We had seen 2 rats in our garden. A neighbour told us about Amy as she had dealt with their ant problem. I phoned and spoke to Amy and she arranged to come out that afternoon. She explained to us the way rats tend to behave and how she was intending to get rid of them. We were concerned about the poison as we look after our sons' dogs but she reassured us and was extra careful to place the boxes where the dogs could not access the poison. She returned a week later to check the traps and this allowed her to establish where the nest was. She came back twice more, reassuring us that she would keep coming until the poison was no longer being eaten and we were rat free. This happened after 4 weeks. Through the time she was with us she was friendly professional, extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. She answered all our questions clearly and took account of what we were telling her. Most importantly, she kept coming to us until we were rat free. I would highly recommend BKES and would not hesitate to contact them should I have a problem with any type of pest in the future. A single pet-safe rat trap in Homebase costs £29. Amy placed 3 traps plus 2 more amounts of poison and she also removed anything that was caught. We, therefore consider that the £80 we paid represented extremely good value. Definitely a 5 star service.

Had a furry lodger in the attic got in touch with the company via email. Amy was quick to respond was very clear on service provided and cost. Took a few visits, Amy was very professional and friendly for each trip. She inspected the outside of the house on first visit looking for possible entry points and gave advice for what was needed to prevent further incursions. She installed the vent covers as part of the service on later visits. Very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend.

Noticed a wasps nest under the eaves of my house on a Friday afternoon. Phoned Brian Kelly and Amy Kelly was on site about an hour later. She very quickly and professionally dealt with nest and advised me to avoid going near it for a couple of hours to ensure all wasps were dead. No activity since. Great service at a very reasonable price.

I've never written a review for anywhere before but felt I needed to on this occasion. I left a message looking for some advice and potentially a quotation for work to be carried out and was phoned back within a couple of hours by Amy who took a lot of time to understand my situation and after some conversation, gave me some very helpful guidance on how to deal with my problem whilst also advising me that the service they would provide and charge for would be overkill but was still more than happy to spend plenty of time on the phone with me to give me the help that I needed. It's hard to find businesses with that level of integrity so just wanted to share my appreciation and say thanks again to Amy for the helpful tips!

Came on the day I called. Quickly identified a rat problem and not just put traps down but showed me where pests might get in to the house and filled a couple of those holes for me. I'd recommend them.

I initially wondered how a company could get all their reviews to be 5* but now I know. Brian was very helpful and Amy is a legend. She was out with us within a few days (we had a mouse problem) my wife was very impressed with the reassurance provided and they even promised a third visit if they problem wasn't solved. Thoroughly impressed with BKES. Sent a message on the Friday night after catching 2 mice under the sink of our property and Amy got back to us on the Saturday morning, first thing. She came out on the Monday afternoon and examined the house from top to bottom, showing us the places where there had been mouse activity. She laid traps and gave us instructions in what to do if we caught any before her second visit. She sealed up any entry points and pointed out ones that would need further attention by the builders in our new development. I am very confident now that our issue has been resolved and that our house is now rodent-proof. Amy's professionalism was second to none and I would have no issue in recommending her to others with similar issues in the future.

Excellent service, we contacted them over Easter with a suspected wasp infestation. I left a msg and they responded promptly first thing on the Tuesday morning just after Easter and they visited us the same day.

Mega impressed with this company. Phoned this afternoon about a wasps nest in my hedge. Amy fitted me in before another client - found the nest & dealt with it speedily with no fuss. My neighbour’s kids very impressed with her outfit! I hope I get no more nasties but if I do, I know who to contact. Would highly recommend.

Excellent and friendly service at a reasonable price! We called and left a message and within 1hr we had a call back and a time the same day to come out and deal with a wasps nest that had managed to get into a cavity of some sort above a first floor window at the rear of our house.
