Tony came round and quickly assessed our issue. His view was that we did not have a problem and therefore there was no work to be done and no charge. This shows a high level of integrity and professionalism.

I just called them as I thought we have wasps in our front yard. They assured that these are harmless bees. The best thing about the lady was that she did not try to earn money by scheduling a visit but instead ended our worry right on the telephone within seconds. Many thanks.

Very happy with the service we got from Maidenhead Pest Control. A prompt visit after our initial call, Tony diagnosed the problem quickly and returned multiple times to ensure the pests had gone. Tony gave excellent advice about future prevention and we are really grateful for his service.

Rare i leave a review, but have just been very impressed with Debbie who in the phone has given me some guidance as my particular pest problem was one I could try sorting myself initially, rather than trying to sell me a callout that would do the same thing.

Tony came on the same day to deal with a wasp nest in our atic. 10/10 would recommend.

Not sure why there aren’t any more recent reviews than 3 months ago…sorry to say that my experience of this company does not match the glowing 5* reviews posted to date. Unresponsive to initial and follow-up emails, then a mixed bag excuse of being variously inundated with requests and unable to handle the job. This only the case when chased on the phone…a call which was answered but being out of the office unable to reference exact details. Doesn’t seem quite right somehow.

We contacted Tony to help us get rid of a small number of rats that had made their way into our home via disused pipe not capped and connecting the sewer system to under our kitchen extension. They got into cavity walls and up into loft. Tony was fantastic and his approach to the problem is the ONLY way to deal with it. Find the source of the issue and block rats from there. Do not waste money employing a company to simply come in and put poison down (which is what we started with - what a waste). This solves nothing and didn't even seem to kill any rats in our case. Tony was professional and understanding from the first meeting. He was diligent, thorough, and persistent in coming out to us, sometimes daily, to track the rats and find the source. His advice, approach and workmanship was top quality and what I would expect. I wanted someone to truly take ownership of a problem I did not know how to deal with and gave me alot of anxiety. Tony did this. I'm confident if the problem ever returns, I could trust Tony to come back and resolve. His service was value for money as well. Unlike alot of competitors who will take more money for a no-care, no thought approach simply dumping down some poison.

They came out straight away. Dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. Friendly, informative service. Dealt with the problem without using poison which is extremely important to us and the environment. I fully recommend them.

Fast, professional, polite, reliable. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending these guys. Real top class service. Seriously, if you need a pest control service, these are the guys to call. We heard a scratching in the loft and didn't waste time looking for pest controllers. So glad we came across this firm. Leon came out the same day we called and immediately set about checking our house, and our neighbours, in the loft, brickwork and drains. He set coloured powder, bait and poison. Although things went quiet, he came out after a day or so and discovered a potential inlet. Tony also came out to check. Traps were set in the loft and Leon also checked our roof for us and filled an old outlet pipe. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for these guys, went above and beyond what I expected, and they don't just do the job, they explain what and why they are doing what they are doing, and are happy to answer as many questions as you want to ask. Fantastic service. Advise over the phone was brilliant, outlining the usual way of dealing with the problem and really setting our mind at ease. They turned up on time and talked through the siutiation in more detail before explaining exactly what would be needed. They revisted 3 or 4 times over the following weeks as planned - and happy to say the problem is solved. Can't rate their service highly enough, a professional job, great team and happy customer. After discovering a wasps nest we contacted Maidenhead Pest Control and Tony arrived right on time the very next morning. He explained everything he was going to do and was very professional and reassuring. Wasps now gone for a very reasonable fee. We would highly recommend using them and would certainly call them first if we ever have a problem in the future.

We had an issue with rats accessing the house. Tony set up a number of traps and used coloured tracking powder to determine their direction of travel. He made three follow up visits to ensure he had correctly diagnosed the issue. Very pleased with outcome.

We've been extremely pleased with Maidenhead Pest Control's service. We moved into our newly rented flat only to discover that feral pigeons have messed up balconies and window sills to such an extent that we did not want to open balcony doors and windows. Luckily, Tony & team provided an efficient and lasting solution. They cleaned up thoroughly, put netting on balconies and spikes on window sills which solved our pigeon problems for good. We had an issue with what we thought was a single Rat for months. We called Maidenhead Pest Control Ltd , who really put our mind at rest. Tony was super helpful and reassuring. Literally within 2 mins of being at the property he had found the entry point where the Rat was entering and leaving the house. By the next morning it was caught! Maidenhead Pest Control advised they leave the traps in place, just to make sure nothing else was in the house. Couldn't believe they caught another 2 rats over the coming days. The service was amazing, professional, reassuring, true customer service getting the job done in the best way for us. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Tony came out to our property, discussed the solution to the squirrel problem that we had. As well as setting trap. He cut back the tree which acted as a launchpad to our roof for the squirrels. We contacted Maidenhead Pest Control Ltd as they were a local company with excellent reviews on Google. We had a problem with Squirrels who had got into our buildings and were causing damage. We contacted Tony at Maidenhead Pest control who carried out a full assessment of the problem the following day. Tony worked with us on a regular basis for 2-3 weeks and the problem has now been eliminated. Basically, Maidenhead Pest Control do "what it says on the tin". They turned up at the agreed times and are both friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend their services.

We were cleaning up a rental house between tenants when, to our horror, we found the carpets heaving with fleas!
