Tom and Fern are spot on, after posting online to find someone local to deal with pest they were recommended and both commented on the post Called Tom in the morning and after a brief description of the issue, he gave me advice on the best way to deal with the nest, I was then told me the price backed with a 3 month guarantee. Fern, from PestLincs, came a couple of weeks ago to get rid of the 2 wasps nests - one over the front door; the other in a rotten ash tree. We were pleased she came out so promptly as we were due to have grandchildren come to stay and didn’t want them to get stung! Contacted Pest Lincs Monday for advice on Wasp nest in summer house. We were advised that someone would contact us to treat the problem. The next afternoon after several phone conversations they promptly arrived. The gentleman explained how he’d handle the nest and after treating it gave us all the relevant paperwork. They also advised they would return to take down the nest, at an additional cost. Overall a superb service and I would highly recommend 😁

This is a small family run business that I was recommended to use after finding that there were rats in the attic of my property. As soon as I started explaining to Tom on the phone I felt comfortable. A date was arranged which they kept to. He turned up on time and was very professional and friendly and gave me very helpful advice. I first used Pest Lincs when we had a wasps nest in the roof - Tom and Fern were lovely and came out quickly, dealing with the nest quickly and effectively. We live on the side of a farm and have 4 chickens. Last autumn, rats were running rampant in the coop and we had a real problem - it was horrid. Tom and Fern came out and chatted through the options with us. We have numerous pets as well as the chickens and a thriving Barn Owl population, so secondary poisoning was a worry for us. Tom and Fern discussed the options and products and we opted for a new product, with an annual managed service all over the farmyard area. Within days (and yes- it was that quick!) the rats had almost disappeared and after 1 week, all gone. We haven't seen a rat in over 6 months now and Tom and Fern come every month to top up bait boxes and leave us a report. Amazing, friendly service but most of all, solved the problem with no secondary poisoning issues for other pets and wildlife. Would recommend them for any pest problem. Thankyou both.

Fern looked at all the possible areas for rodent ingress and baited. She then returned for 4 inspections and each time re-baited all the traps, succesfully freeing us of our rodent problem. Due to our rural location, we've used Pest Lincs several times because each year 'nature' invades our home or garden. I contacted the team regarding what appeared to be a honeybee infestation. I spoke to Fern initially who was so helpful and professional and was great at reassuring me about the issue. After taking some photos and sending them by WhatsApp to her, she diagnosed the problem and asked me some questions so that they could work out a plan. This also avoided a call out charge which is always good! The next day I received a call as promised but fortunately the bees had left. Tom explained how the bees would have left. Both he and Fern was so nice and explained it all so well. Honestly would not hesitate to recommend them and we’d use them again if we have any more issues (which we hope we don’t!).
