Recently moved into a new home where we found a family of rats had made their home in our garden so called Mark who came out straightaway, laid the traps and got rid of our problem. I found Mark to be honest, cheerful and informative, I have no hesitation in recommending him at all.
This is one man show, not a company. He arrive quickly soon as you call him. Told me it's going to be £180. Took all the money on the first visit. 1st visit (3 or 4 mins) - he came and had a walk around the house and said he'll come back (first he said after 3 days to start the process of getting rid of mice and I called him 5th day and he said he is meant to come next week. 2nd visit (3 - 4 min) - he came on 2nd visit and put green seeds in a small tray which you can buy easily for £2 - £4 to the place where he thought mice is coming in from and left within 2 to 3 min. 3rd visit - he came again and said no mice coming in anymore and literally left in a minute or two. He was supposed to install a metal sheet at the bottom of the door which he never did. Charges £180 and had 3 visits or 2 to 4 minutes each, no filling or any material he used to fill the hole where mice is coming in from - i did that myself afterwards.
Brilliant service. Arrived and removed a wasp nest for me within 24 hours (would have been earlier had I been available). Very pleasant to chat with during the job and also explained the issue and removal process well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for support with Pest Management. Will definitely use again if needed!
Thank you to Marc & Arrow who attended quickly and provided an excellent service. I would recommend Arrow and use them myself again. The council turned up 3 weeks later when we would very probably have been dealing with a much bigger problem as rats multiply every 21 days!

I had a rat that was living behind my kitchen cupboard, mark came that same day as he heard how distressed I was. Mark spent a hour looking for the rat as it had been chased into my front room, he then left some traps around the house for me, mark came back 4 times and an extra time to put some more poison in my back yard. Very professional, friendly, caring and calm!! I would definitely recommend I’m very happy with the service

Im leaving this 5 star review because the level of service was exceptional. Had rodents in my attic that made their way through next doors house and entered the cavity wall and got in to my attic. I had the 4 visit service, in this service the gentlemen got in to the attic, had to crawl around a tight partitioned space that went all the way around the attic edge, layed multiple poison trays, he then began to look for the point of entry which was at the neighbours gas pipe. He blocked the hole up and come back a few days later to add more poison to the trays. This man is a professional and this clearly shows. And the price is great value. Its a no brainer if you have any pest problem. 5 star service. Would highly recommend.

Contacted Mark to arrange a visit to confirm that we had a visitor! We did! Mark laid his bait traps to entice them in. They fell for it! All 4 bait traps empty on Mark’s next visit. Mark put down 4 more bait traps to make sure they had, had there fill. In the meantime I was having my Husband sit on the toilet whilst I showered! Mark came back for his 3rd visit, no signs that Roland and his mates had been back! So I bravely took a shower for the next week alone! Wow go me! 4th visit still no sign! Woooooohhh RIP Roland and friend/s. Mark was a delightful break and relief on his visits. I would recommend him to anyone that has Roland and his Friend/s visiting without an invite (quite sure if wasn’t Kevin the Gerbil, they don’t talk, since they left the BIG time). So if you have made it this far, I would recommend Mark to sort your pest problem, every time 👍🏻

I recently contacted Marc at Arrow in regards to a vermin issue, Marc came out later that day for a thorough inspection and initial treatment. Three follow up visits were booked in (included in the price). Arrow resolved my vermin issue, and explained every step of the process. Marc arrived on time for every appointment, and provided receipts after each visit. Safe to say if I have any future pest issues, I will be going straight to Arrow.

Fantastic service and price was less than everyone else. Marc from Arrow Pest Management, Littleborough in Rochdale was great. We had 4 different wasp nests causing stings to family members and other people passing not just on our house but neighbours houses had wasp nests too. Marc came within 1 hour, resolved the problem with all 4 wasp nests and explained every step of the way what he was doing, why and what can be done to prevent in future. Marc attended as requested by our housing charity and treated a flea infestation and successfully treated the whole property resulting in a flea free accommodation now ready to re let.
