After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. After three visits he was able to confirm that we are rodent-free. We now have peace of mind, and I'd be happy to recommend Chris.

Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. After hearing noises around the house I called ProStop as they have great reviews online. Chris arrived promptly and the noises turned out to be mice. Chris got to work straight away - he has lots of knowledge on mice behaviour so it was an education for us as well! Although the mice threw some curve balls along the way, Chris reacted quickly to the changing situation and we felt re-assured at every step. I can highly recommend ProStop, Chris is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very calm in what can be a stressful situation.

After hearing noises in the loft at night I looked for a reputable pest control online, after reading ProStop reviews I decided to call and make an appointment. Chris arrived and went into the loft to see there was rat activity, I was really upset, but after talking to Chris about rat behaviours and that it might not be an infestation, I was instantly comforted. Having used a pest control company previously and had a man turn up throw some bait down and leave, I was really pleased I opted to use ProStop, Chris is good at explaining everything and making you feel it’s not as bad as you instantly think. The problem was resolved within 3 visits because it was a lone rat, and we have been able to find the place of entry which is great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ProStop. Pest control is much more than chucking bait down.

Rang during the afternoon on the Tuesday and he was here first thing on Wednesday. He turned up on time, I showed him where we had the problems and he explained what he was going to do to resolve them and what would happen after the treatment. We had a potential wasp nest in our attic and after looking at several pest control services was very encouraged with the reviews on ProStop. When I called Chris at 9pm in the evening despite being only a couple of days from Christmas weekend, he arranged an appointment to attend the following day, arrived promptly and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. He found 2 nests , did his stuff and took the nests away. Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process from start to finish. It is easy to see this family run company is very customer focused, are competitively priced and have high standards. We called Chris to help us with an issue regarding rats. Chris arrived on time everytime. he is extremely knowledgeable about his profession and the issues we had. After 3 visits we have zero rats. Chris listened to our concerns and checked for any entrances the rodents were using. Chris is very polite and professional leaving us with the paperwork explaining everything he's done during each visit. Chris was incredibly helpful and professional right from the moment we got in touch. We've had issues for a few years and never been able to get to the bottom of it and have had the council out numerous times with no success. However from the first visit Chris was able to explain and identify issues with an in-depth understanding and recommend treatment. Professional, effective and compared to other local rivals appear to be one of the cheaper options. We had a wasps nest in the guttering/roof of our extension and 24 hours after Chris had tended to it their appears to be no further activity. Highly recommend.

We had an issue with pests and after trying to deal with the problem myself and failing we called a professional. I contacted Chris because i had only lived in the property a couple of months and kept finding little beetles. I sent him a picture and he told me they were carpet beetles. I wasn't happy quite upset about it but he reassured me he could get rid of them. We are now 11 days post fumigation and my house is spotless. It has eliminated any form of creature. Chris has provided after care to check all is good which i think is important. The company is a family business and they care about their customers. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Used chris for wasp problem earlier in the year, and again when i discovered a rodent problem in loft, kitchen and cavity walls later in the year. Chris came straight out, identified the kitchen problem, and blocked their access to them getting into kitchen via cavity wall. All entry possibilities were ruled out barring drains. He gave expert knowledge on how to get the council out to inspect and fix any drain issue to stop them getting into walls and loft. This has now been done and i am rodent free. Chris is very thorough, always on time and will ring if he's going to be early. He will give you expert knowledge and advice on what next steps to take to prevent the problem rather than just treat it and take your money. Should i have a pest issue in future, prostop will be my first port of call.

Brilliant service from Chris. all done over the telephone as I was out when he came, he found the wasp nest in my roof line, treated it and I have not seen one single wasp since. The day before he came there was loads flying near my gutter. Top work would highly recommend.

Contacted Chris yesterday, problem with wasps under my bay window - no nest visible. Rang 3 other companies over the weekend and left messages but no-one rang me back. Chris came within a few hrs after my initial enquiry and even though he made the wasps angry 😂 within a few hrs their activity had declined and today i have only seen a few around my window. Hopefully in next few days i wont see any and it will be safe enough for me to go out on my drive again without being scared of being stung by this vicious little creatures.🐝🐝🐝🐝 Would highly recommend Chris and will definitely use him in the future if needed.

Found Chris via a Facebook post of a developing wasp nests. I immediately realised this is what I saw in my loft. I sent him a picture, within minutes he replied with confirmation I had a wasp nest developing. He was there the next day, confirmed, found more and disposed of the nests in 20 mins. After finding we had some mice come to stay, uninvited I might add, my son found Chris and got him round to assess the problem. Absolutely first class bloke, and so knowledgeable, he soon located the mice and within a couple of visits they were no more. I can 10000% recommend this person . His customer service and flea treatment is top notch. We Have had a major issue with flea infestation in our property and nothing worked . We tried everything . Excellent customer service skills, affordable rates, times that suited, knowledgeable staff are essentials and pro stop provide all of these. We had a problem with mice in all rooms so Pro stop attended that same day and explained what was happening. Within days, the problem had disapeared. Called with problem with ants came out immediately and dealt with it very quickly and at at very competitive price cheaper than others I rang .
