Fantastic service from start to finish. We had a wasp nest in the cavity right next to our bedroom - they were getting in under the roof flashing, which was not a nice thing to discover! Paul came out and was brilliant, working up on some very tall ladders to sort it. Within 24 hours the wasps had settled down completely and stopped going in and out. So relieved to have it dealt with so quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend - very happy with the whole experience.

Called out to a wasp nest in our wall cavity. Booked in quick and easy, arived promptly when they said they would and checked for, then dealt with the nest. Less than an hour to sort. Exterminator was friendly and professional. Would Happily recomend.

We had Dave visit our property due to spotting rats in our back yard, which is a decked area. He laid baits and advised on how we can block entry points into the yard etc and checked that they wouldn’t be able to get into the property, which was what was really worrying me. This was followed up by a second visit to check the baits (all eaten but one in the box which means they’ve done their job!) and I now feel so much more at ease being out in my yard. Dave was really professional and friendly and it’s clear he really knows his stuff, he even made a report to our estate agents about our neighbors garden which we think is unfortunately attracting the rats. Highly recommend!

Had a really tricky squirrel problem that 4 other companies said they couldn't sort. Pest Company was a completely different story, they gave us confidence from the start that it would be solved. Took some real ingenuity from Dave as the squirrel was a smart little fella, but it is now solved! Also much cheaper than the other places we tried with no ridiculous up front call out fees etc. If you want a job doing right, these are the guys for it.

Excellent company delivering a very efficient service. Dave arrived at the appointed time, quickly assessed the situation, fully explained his recommended action and set about the task of ridding my loft of the pesky squirrels. Three visits in all and all gone. He then gave me a quote for blocking the roof gaps where the blighters had been entering and did a great job of fixing so no more squirrels could enter in future. Very professional, friendly and discreet. I have no problem in recommending the Pest Company for this kind of service.

Dave confirmed that mice had been in my attic. He laid traps and caught one. He pointed out where they were gaining access through air vents and suggested sealing them with wire wool. This should solve the problem much to my relief. Many thanks.

Dave was professional and thorough. My house is semi-detached so he worked at mine and nextdoors to identify the entry points for the mice I had heard in the loft. He successfully rid the houses of them, blocking up the entry points as well. I would definitely recommend The Pest Company
