Great service and very quick to respond. Tim and his sister came to our house and diagnosed the issue very quickly and gave us an honest fix in how to prevent starlings entering part of our roof. Would highly recommend, they were professional and straight to the point. I would call them again if the issue arises

We had a problem with a very persistant squirrel nesting in the eves. Crittercall came and dealt with the squirrel. Tim was polite, efficient, on time and communication was very good. I would highly recommend Tim.

Very honest service. They came to check out scratching sounds in the walls at night. Checked all around the property for signs but reassured me that it was likely just one mouse that has found its way inside and offered advice on what to block up outside to prevent them getting in again. They recommend I stick with my trap approach as that is exactly what they would do in this instance. Declined payment for their time coming out, saying they would benefit from good karma in return which is a very nice approach. Even though they didn't do anything, I couldn't recommend them highly enough based on their professionalism, honesty and approach. Thank you Tim, the world needs more people like you!

Tim was very responsive, efficient and careful. Destroyed the wasp nest effectively and safely but after discussion with me, agreed there was no need to kill field mice nesting in a water softening unit outside the house👍Very happy to find a pest controller who only wanted to kill real pests, not animals sharing our gardens. Fantastic service from Tim & Sherry getting rid of some unwanted guests at our house. Extremely quick to respond, flexible on appointment times and extremely discreet (The company van does not have the company name displayed on it). I called Critter Call about a problem with mice and they attended the next day setting approprite traps having listened to where the problem appeared to be. The traps were effective within hours. Critter Call came back on 2 further occasions to check and were extremely polite and helpful also giving advice on other issues raised. I would throughly recommend them and were very reasonably priced

Contacted Crittercall when we discovered rat holes in front and back garden. Tim came out next morning and has dealt with our problem professionally and effectively over a period of several weeks.. Nothing seems to be to much trouble for this polite and friendly family firm. Thought they were reasonably priced too!

We have been extremely pleased with the service that we have received from Tim at CritterCall. From our initial call, the response was fantastic and they were onsite to provide a quote the next day. They were very clear with costs associated with solving the ant problem that we had. We have been using their service at different points over the last 12 months and I would highly recommend them if you want peace of mind with solving a pest problem.

We would highly recommend Critter Call to others. They came out every week for about 4-5 weeks to lay bait, traps and cameras to solve our pest problem. They phoned in-between visits to check if we had seen or heard anything and then they would come and check the cameras. They are punctual, polite and know what they are doing. Would definitely recommend.

I've used Tim two years running now. Very quick to respond, super friendly, professional, efficient. Dealt with a considerable number of wasps' nests in our loft the first time round. Second time, identified a bees' nest that we've agreed to leave alone. Good rates. No call out charge.
